Hi lybrate-user, The following are some effective natural remedies for treating headaches: Rosemary: Rosemary is very effective for treating headache caused by cold. Take a handful of this herb and boil in a litre of water and store in a mug. Cover your head with a towel and inhale the steam for as long as possible. Repeat this process till the patient is relieved of the headache. Beetle leaves: Betel leaf has analgesic and cooling properties. It should be applied over the affected part to relieve of intense headache. Clove: A paste made of clove and salt crystals in milk is very useful natural cure for headache. Salt has hygroscopic agents which absorbs fluid and decreases tension. Ginger: Ginger is an excellent pain killer. Make ginger ointment by rubbing dry ginger with a little water on a grinding stone. Apply this over the forehead for relief from headache. Henna: Henna flower cures headaches caused by heat of the sun. Make a plaster of henna flowers, add vinegar and apply this over the forehead. Lemon: Squeeze juice from three or four slices lemons into a cup of tea and drink this to get relief from headache. Lemon crusts are useful in headache caused by heat. Pound the lemon crusts in a mortar and make a fine paste. Apply paste on forehead for relief from headache. Applying yellow freshly pared off rind of a lemon on each side of the temple will also provide immediate relief. Apple cider vinegar and honey: Boil a cup of water and add apple cider vinegar and some honey and when steam comes of this, inhale this steam. It is very helpful in relieving a person of headache. Cinnamon: Headache caused due to exposure to cold air, can be treated by cinnamon. Make a fine paste of cinnamon by mixing a little water and apply this paste over the temples and forehead to get relief. Apple: Remove the upper rind and the inner hard portion of a ripe apple and eat the apple with a little salt every morning on empty stomach to get relief from headaches. Continue this for about one week. Marjoram: Marjoram is very helpful in treating nervous headaches. An infusion made of the leaves of marjoram should be taken as a tea for treatment of this condition. Peppermint: Drinking a few cups of peppermint tea is also very useful in treating headaches. Peppermint oil is very effective in relieving headaches due to tension. Dilute 3 to 4 drops of peppermint oil into one tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil and apply a small amount to the temples when the headache comes on. Add three drops of peppermint oil in warm bathing water and soak the patient in the water for about 15 minutes for relief from headache. Water: One or two large glasses of water also can relieve the person of headache because some headaches may be caused due to dehydration also. So a glass of cold water is the easiest and also effective natural cure for headaches. Lavender oil: Mix the oil with water and dip a clean piece of cloth into this mixture. Place the cloth on the region of pain to treat headaches. Eucalyptus: Take a few drops of eucalyptus and add it to boiling water. Remove from fire when steam starts to come. Cover the head with a towel and inhale this for as long as possible. This is a very good natural cure for headaches due to sinus. Banana: Eat a banana whenever there is a headache. Grape juice: Drink grape juice regularly to treat headaches. Almonds: Add a few almonds to a glass of milk and drink this to treat headaches Hope this helps. Good Luck.

Young adults need atleast 7-9 hrs of sleep everyday. If sleep pattern is disturbed or inadequate sleep, it will cause fatigue, lethargy, and lack of motivation, moodiness and irritability. Maintain your routine...If not possible than take naps in the morning . Avoid coffee late in the night. Hope this helps u.

Sex Tips for Camping Trips and Penis Health!

Sex Tips for Camping Trips and Penis Health!

Summertime is the season when millions of people decide to "rough it" in the wilds of Nature - or at least a good state or national park. Many couples find that the fresh air adds a new level to their friskiness - which is good both for a guy's penis health (use it or lose it, after all) and the couple's sexual health. But a few helpful sex tips may be in order to make the camping bed-downs even more pleasurable.

A few sex tips for camping

- Pick the right tent. Experienced campers know this, but for the novices out there: tents are much smaller than their labeling leads one to believe. A "two-person" tent usually is just big enough for two people to lie side by side, with absolutely no extra room. It's possible to have lovely sex in such circumstances, but - especially for the more sexually gymnastic - selecting a bigger tent is the way to go.

- Bring an air mattress. Many movies make sex on a forest floor look primal and exciting, but the truth is that rocks and roots can cause a bit of discomfort, especially for whoever is on bottom. Having an air mattress (or two) not only makes sleeping more comfortable- it makes activities preceding sleeping much more enjoyable.

- Remember the silhouettes. Lanterns and flashlights are necessities when camping - but couples may want to turn them off when they start getting active. Unless, of course, they want their neighbors to observe their sexual technique via the moves their silhouettes make on the tent walls.

- Opt for sheets. Most men tend to work up a bit of a sweat during sex, especially if the weather is hot and muggy. Rather than getting a sleeping bag all soggy, bring along some sheets and place them over the sleeping bags and air mattresses to absorb excess fluids and odors. Then hang the sheets outside the tent to dry overnight.

- Use a condom. Even if a couple has been together a long time and no longer need to use any condoms, most sex tips experts would agree that condoms and camping go together. There's less likelihood of semen leaking out onto that expensive sleeping bag.

- Don't forget wet wipes and baggies. Tents are very enclosed spaces, and during hot weather, they can really emphasize odors. Having wet wipes handy to wipe off sweaty, fluid-laced areas of the body can help keep the air in the tent fresh. After wiping, put the used towelettes (and condoms) in a handy baggie, and leave the baggie outside the tent. (And remember to take it to the trash in the morning.)

- Consider the neighbors. The thin fabric walls of a tent are not exactly the latest word in soundproofing - so unless a couple is in a truly secluded spot, or unless they don't mind smirks and glares from fellow campers, they need to keep the noise to a minimum. It's probably not a bad idea to bring along some quiet music to play to help cover up some of the sounds that go with intense lovemaking.

The above sex tips can help make a camping trip into a romantic bonding experience. To be properly prepared, a man wants to make sure his own tent pole is in good shape, so he should regularly use a top notch penis health crème (health professionals recommend Man1 Man Oil, which is clinically proven mild and safe for skin). Since keeping odors to a minimum in the enclosed tent space is desirable, he should select a crème with vitamin A. Also known as retinol, vitamin A has anti-bacterial properties that can help prevent unwanted regular penis odor. The best crème will also include vitamin B5, aka pantothenic acid, which is required for cell metabolism and the maintenance of healthy tissue.

if you take alcohol then you have to stop drinking. you have to check your renal functions by doing appropriate blood investigations. because if your renal functions are not satisfactory then your uric acid will remain high

I have to avoid regular ejaculation (blowjob). I cannot able to avoid .please give me one solution for this bad habit...
You want to stop regular ejaculation. Daily and excessive ejaculation is definitely harmful for future sex life. It can cause Erectile dysfunction, early ejaculation, sperms count, size problem and body weakness and memory problem etc in the long run. Always remember, thinking about sex is anti sex and harmful for your future married life. Whenever thoughts of masturbation comes to your mind, replace them by good thoughts by saying or teaching your mind that regular ejaculation is bad for health and sex life. By doing this, slowly and steadily, you will win over your problem. For better guidance and natural, safe and permanent solution, consult privately.
