You have airway reactivity, also called asthmatic tendency. Your immune system is reacting to harmless environmental factors like dust, pollen, cold air etc. To keep your immune system calm and focused on bacteria, germs etc. Improve your diet. Discuss diet with an intelligent MSc in biochemistry, or learn about food from healthy ninety year olds. Or give me a call. Best wishes.

Dear lybrateuser, tragedies come in everyone's life and all of us have to face them. Learn to accept facts of life. To overcome depression do not isolate yourself. Keep on having interactions with friends, family members or well wishers. Have a hobby, do some work which gives you pleasure.

Hello lybrate-user, Myocardial bridge is a problem only when it's very severe. A Good part about it is even in most severe form 90 % we can manage on medication. To know if its physiologically relevant, ideally try getting a Stress thallium, if not available onky a stress test is fine. Based on the result we can determine the treatment. If normal at certain level of activity (10 Mets) at your age, Generally no treatment for is required.
