Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

Follow these best tips to get normal and natural pink lips:- 1. Moisturize your lips you must keep your lips moisturized if you want them to stay healthy and therefore pink. If you are going outside, try applying a bit of petroleum jelly or lip balm and if you are inside, use some milk fat (ghee). 2. Crush up the pomegranate seeds and mix it with some milk cream. If you apply this home remedy to your lips regularly, you will start to see them becoming redder and fuller. * slice a cucumber, rubbing it against your lips to allow the juices to soak on. If you do this for five minutes each day, you can lighten dark lips to a beautiful pink color. * simply soak some rose petals in milk for a little bit of time. Then use the petals to make a paste, adding a few drops of both glycerin and honey. Apply the paste on your lips and wait fifteen minutes before gently rubbing it off using milk. This remedy can produce amazing results. * cut a thin slice from the lemon, sprinkling a bit of sugar on top and rub your lips with this combination each day. This works well because lemon works to naturally bleach your lips, returning them to their light, pink color while sugar works to exfoliate dead skin cells. * mix sugar, honey and a little bit of olive or almond oil. Apply this to your lips, massaging it in for ten minutes.

Hi! You are what you eat. Nutrition plays an important role to keep you glowing inside out. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains. Try to limit intake of junk, smoke and alcohol as these harm your skin the most. One key point I would emphasise here is to exfoliate your skin regularly. Here are some tips for how to handle your back pain: -stop normal physical activity for the first few days. This will help relieve your symptoms and reduce any swelling in the area of the pain. -Apply heat or ice to the painful area. One good method is to use ice for the first 48 to 72 hours, and then use heat. Take pain relievers medicine. --While sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. -Find a mattress with back support. A good mattress should provide support for the natural curves and alignment of the spine. Medium-firm mattresses usually provide more back pain relief than firm mattresses. -Do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back for the first 6 weeks after the pain begins. -Avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -Good posture plays a key role in your spine health, helping to prevent additional back and neck pain and even injuries to spinal structures. Try to be aware of your posture and make good posture part of your normal routine. -head up, shoulders back, rear tucked under -Stand and walk with correct posture -Sit with support -Lift and carry carefully -And finally, keep moving:-Maintaining a static position for too long—more than twenty or thirty minutes at a time—is hard on the back. Prolonged static posture can slowly deplete elasticity from the tissues. By simply moving—be it a change of position, a stretch, or a short walk—the tissue elasticity needed to protect your joints can be restored and the associated discomfort reduced. -Stretching and strengthening exercises are important. But, starting these exercises too soon after an injury can make your pain worse. -Some Physiotherapy treatment like IFT current can give you relief. -Consult a Physiotherapist for detail assessment and management of your back pain. Weight gain depends on many factors such as genetic, hereditary, previous weight records and many more. Help yourself with more of milk products & nuts in diet. Only 3 meals will not be enough to gain weight. Include high calorie snacks in between your main meals such as nuts, dark chocolates, cakes, soy sticks. Even medicines & supplements will not work in isolation. And to gain weight it's necessary to be in positive energy balance, I would suggest you gain weight under the supervision of diet expert so to be in positive energy balance and to get desirable results.

Hi. there are no pills for burning fat. Weight gain is due to imbalance between calories consumed and calories utilised. When you consume more and utilise less, you put on wt. Besides this there could be other causes for wt gain like thyroid problem, improper life style, improper diet , lack of exercise and sleep and low vit d levels. We need to find the reason fr wt gain and treat accordingly. It would be a combination of proper diet plan, excercise and correct any associated cause.

hello.....if your has same pain like before angioplasty...then need to address this third artery also...if different kind of pain then need to see cause of it... doctor need to monitor his ecg and can step up some medication so he can feel better ... beside this u need to be very regular with medication

I am working in night shift (night 10 Pm to morning 7: 30). I am not getting good sleep in day time, I can only sleep minimum 2 Hrs to Maximum 4 Hrs day, I go to bed at every day 8: 30am, I am not taking any medicine, Please help me how to sleep atleast 8Hrs a day for healthy life?

Take hot water bath after you return from the job and have your breakfast. Keep your bedroom noise free and dark when you go to bed. Switch off your mobile or mute it till you get up. Listen to soothing music till get sleep.
