Yes its regulate period. U should weight loss and avoid spicy food. Over weight gain may cause increase pcod problem. It will cause difficulty to take pregnancy.

Hi here are 6 ways to gain weight healthily: 1. Eating 5 to 6 meals a day in order to gain weight, start eating 5-6 meals a day by breaking them into parts. Eating a lot at once may cause indigestion if the body fails to absorb all nutrients. Eat in small amounts, even if you are not hungry and there will be an increase in appetite from day to day. The aim should be to have a generously portioned breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as two to three snacks in between. 2. Start weight training if you build your muscles through weight training, it will convert the extra weight into lean body mass and also stimulate your appetite. The extra muscle increases the rate of metabolism. When you start exercising you will often experience extreme muscle soreness but it goes away in 3-5 days. 3. Load up on protein besides weight training, a protein-rich diet can help you gain mass. Eating a meal heavy in protein shortly after finishing exercise can be highly effective in adding extra pounds to your body. However, a diet focused only on lean protein is not helpful. It is important to make sure that your diet has plenty of fat in it. Eat foods rich in protein like cheese, meat, eggs, etc to gain weight in a healthy manner. 4. Workout your entire body a lot of people focus only on training the muscles on their arms, chest and shoulders and this is a grave error. Firstly, it will give you a disproportionate body; and it will make you prone to injuries. Therefore, it's important to work out the entire body for a complete and balanced look. 5. Drink your calories to reach the calorie requirement only by eating may be tough. Drinking milk, milkshakes or protein shakes with little or no sugar can be an effective way to load up on the calorie requirements. 6. Be patient and believe in yourself gaining weight quickly in a healthy manner is unrealistic. Every body type is different and it takes months to gain weight. Living healthy by eating the right diet will increase your strength. It is also important to keep following the routine even if you don't see any gains. Caution: junk food and fried foods must be avoided; although have a tendency to add more fat to your body but are very low in vitamins and minerals which are essentially required to keep you really fit. Body gains weight due to different reasons like improper digestion, acidity, constipation, side-effects of some medicine, low physical activity. We provide 1 week diet that will help to reduce weight approx. 3-5 kg in a week. You can incorporate that in daily routine for maintaining weight. You can follow some tips in daily routine. 1. After every meal, drink 1 cup boiling water with spoon sip by sip. After half an hour you have taken meal do this daily. 2. Try to avoid eating heavy food after 7 pm. As it takes time to digest heavy food. 3. Drink 1 glass water half an hour before meal. 4. Drink 2 glasses of lukewarm warm daily in morning. 5. Try to do some exercise. Hello, we get it if we wear t-shirt/wool or any fabrics that sheds lint. The same lint gets collected in the belly button, specially if you have hair in that area. You can easily remove it. It is not harmful.

I have weakness from 5 days what should do I eats at morning at lunch time at night?

How to increase immunity and energy levels: instead of having one large meal, eat 5 or 6 small meals in a day. It spikes up the metabolism, so along with burning calories you also land up fueling yourself with energies. Also, people who eat two or three large meals a day suffer less from fatigue and can think more clearly than those who stick to regular 2-3 meals. These mini meals should consist of dry fruits, fresh fruits, tomato juice, carrots, beetroot and wholegrain biscuits. Unprocessed foods- like fried potato chips, soft drinks, instant noodles should be avoided altogether. Consume more of complex carbohydrates, which are rich in fibres like brown rice, jawar, bajra, oatmeal, sprouts, nuts seeds and dry fruits. Sprouts are another fantastic snacking option. They have high nutritional value. It is an excellent idea to consume seeds, beans and grains all in the raw form. When cooked the energy giving vitamins in the sprouts get destroyed. You can always turn to health supplements to make up for any lack of nutrition in your body. B-complex vitamin supplements are one such supplement. Not having adequate amounts of b-complex in the body can make you very weak and lead to fatigue. The supplement ensures full protection of the nerves and increases the energy level. The system also finds it very hard to convert food into glucose if there is a deficiency of b-vitamins. If you are not keen on taking dietary supplements you can add more of whole grain cereals, unpolished rice, leafy vegetables, banana, yeast, peas, dals and pulses in your diet. Also, if you are wondering how to increase immunity of the body, the answer is looking at you. Replace wheat with jawar, bajra or bran rotis. Wheat is not only hard to digest, but it can also cause fatigue. Try replacing it to observe the change in your energy levels. Tranquillizers should be avoided at all costs because even if they do help you sleep they do not eliminate fatigue. Every day make an attempt to drink a glass of carrots, tomato, beetroot or coriander raw vegetable juice. Along with increasing energy levels in the body they are great immunity boosters and anti-oxidants. Physical activity is also very essential for the body. You can increase your activity level by exercising at least for 30 minutes every day regularly. Stretching, brisk walk, swimming or indulging in sports are some of the best exercises for your body. Bring down the sugar intake because even if it manages to give you an instant energy boost, in the longer run it can reduce your life span and makes you lethargic.

Tips to avoid Heart Attack and to keep it fit :

The pressure of blood and myocardial infraction( Heart Attack) are two different matter many times. As per yogic science mind dwells in our heart. So, when we get stress it will directly affect on our heart.

One more thing; our gut starts from brain at least up to the end of our bowel. No one can exactly say where it ends. But one thing is confirm that if we think more, work more with brain the rhythm of intestines(peristalsis movement) will automatically brake.

Thus gas and acidity will make regular pressure on the area of chest and head. If the person is having tummy or apple shape stomach, the chance of heart attack are much more then skinny person.

Due to tummy or apple shape area of stomach it becomes difficult for our system to pass gas through lower area. Thus, gas make pressure on heart as well as on brain. When a person having acidic tendency ,acid makes attack on the back side of heart via food pipe.

In many cases when blood pressure was absolute i.E. 120/80 even then person got massive heart attack due to hyperacidity and obviously with heavy gastric condition. What is the remedy in such situation?

-One should eat slowly and masticate food gently. After proper mastication, food will go with the cover of saliva in stomach. Proper salivation means natural antacid cover.

-Second one: Always try to eat less in dinner and also take dinner before 8.30 max. Because our stomach will be empty 2.5 to 3 hours after meal. And also avoid citrus food, juices after sunset.

Last but not least, the mental status of us. Always do meditation before sleep at night. Meditation will directly affect on endocrine glands as well as on heart. Generally meditation is better for those person who work more with mind less with body. And more protein will also be harmful for those who work more with brain. Fruits and juices(in a day time) will helpful for such brainy.

my son is 20 years old and studying B. Tech 3rd year now. He was very soft and cute upto the age of 16 years. However, during college days and till now his behavior is changed a lot. He is always likes to spent with friends, not focusing on studies, more anger, irritated. Due to this, I am disturbed a lot and some times shouts on him. In general, he is very innocent. Because of the friends, he is neglecting studies and careless. Please advice what kind of measures to be taken with my son to bring back to normal.

You son is growing up. He is in a phase of his life, where he is evolving as a seperate individual. His hormone levels are high. He is full of youth and energy and hence will have curiosity towards life. He would like to experiment with various things and will be more adventurous than before. He will argue with you do not shout at him, be firm. But do not worry, if you have given him good values till now, he will know how to handle life. Presently, he will prefer company of his friends and he might say that you are backward, orthodox etc etc. Just listen to what he says. Have open communication with him. Do not judge him for anything. Let him enjoy the freedom of being a seperate individual. He will have different views and opinions about everything in life. He is getting angry with you probably because, you are trying to restrict him. It is high time, that he takes responsibility for his own behaviour. Make him understand that if he fails in the exams, his future will get affected. You do not take responsibility for his behaviour and studies. Let him responsibility for his life. At the same time, try to understand his dreams. Guide him properly. Take him to various successful people in life. Let him interact with them. Soon he will realise, how he needs to behave. At the age of 20, present day children are a challenge for all parents. You do not have to bring your son back to normal, because I think he is normal. He is just full of energy, youth, curiosity and plenty of dreams but no life experience. Keep a check on his friend circle, so that he does not get into any kind of addictions. Give him freedom, talk to him about your worries, listen to his concerns, view points, have faith in him, let him know that he is very valuable to you. At the same time, please do not let him manipulate you. Be in control of the situations as a father. All the best.

Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Consult after 10 days.

Dull skin may occur due to multiple reasons such as lifestyle factors and other environmental factors.   3. For combination skin: If you are a person who has the worst of both worlds; dry and oily, then you should opt for a procedure that treats both at one go. A balancing facial that exfoliates the skin using ‘micro-dermabrasion’ (a procedure that involves spraying crystals with exfoliative properties on the face in order to eliminate dead cells of the epidermis) and using a serum to add nourishment to your skin can prove to be very effective. This procedure results in a healthy and radiant complexion.
  4. Skin that has been affected by the sun: For skin that has been affected by the sun, you can opt for a de-tan facial that will remove the dullness of your skin. Micro dermabrasion is used to exfoliate the skin and then a de-tan process is done. Aloe Vera is used to soothe and moisturize the skin followed by application of a Vitamin C serum. A face mask with applied to lighten the complexion of the skin. This is also applicable for skin that has been affected by pollution. You have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time. …. 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day …2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals …. 3) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal…4) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods…. 5) avoid late night sleeping habits …6) avoid coffee and tea. A) take 30ml of triphala juice and 10 ml of honey early in the morning on empty stomach and at night before sleep. B) take 30 ml of DAAAIMAVLEHA after meals along with 30 ml of water. C) take 2-2 tablets of arogyavardhini vati and sutshekhar rasa after meals, D) take 30 ml of aloevera juice along with 30ml of lukewarm water at night before sleep. Do all things for 15 days. HI, Please follow these tips to get rid of constipation: 1. Drink 2-3 lts of water per day. 2. Consume lot of fibre in your diet like raw vegetables, fruits, whole grains, oats. Etc. 3. Eat one fully ripe big banana at bed time. 4. Drink one glass of hot milk with one spoon of ghee in it at bedtime. 5. Take your food at regular intervals. Avoid spicy and oil fried food. 6. Never curb the urge to pass stools. 7. Never put in lot of pressure to pass stools. 8. Take 1tsf of Isabgol powder with a glass of hot water at bedtime to get an easy evacuation. 9. Do sitz bath twice daily.

If you are underweight and really want to gain couple of kilograms to the current weight, I recommend trying some of these suggestions..Dont go for major changes in your diet a it will make thing worse for you.Start aiming small goals and move forward . Find the one that is suitable for your needs and use it every day • Banana milk shake • Banana 3 times a day • Muskmelon, 3 times a day • Mango with a cup of milk, or mango milkshake • Raisins, 30g daily • Dried figs, 2 times a day • Bran (100-150g) with fruits, ideally papaya • Fruit diet with milk • Cup of hot milk with some honey • Cup of milk, boiled with some almonds, anjeer and date palm • Mixture of white muesli powder, Indian ginseng powder and pomegranate seed powder put in a glass of milk or water and drink for a month • Eat more fatty foods (bitter, flour, rice honey, raisins, figs, dates, etc.)

For Pcos; Drink soy milk and lots of water. Take fish oil and salmon. Include more fiber in the diet. Use low fat milk, brown sugar, flax seed. Take good sleep. 10 minutes of sunlight for vitamin D.Have a regular meal pattern. Exercise regularly, such as walking, cycling, or swimming. If finding time is difficult, incorporate itinto your day. Eat small frequent meals. Avoid:Take less salt in the diet. No caffeine. No processed foods like instant noodles, pies, bread rolls. No artificial sugar, diet coke, sweetener. No alcohol, cigarettes, Don't eat too much red meat. Aviod spices and hot spicy foods. Do not take food high in fats and sugars .For weight loss. It is important to take frequent meals at regular interval of time. Empty stomach try to include 2 tsp aleovera juice+ 2 tsp amla juice in equal amount of water. In Breakfast you can museli/oats+ milk+ 1 apple /1 bowl green moong dal sprouts/1-2 besan cheela+ green chutney. In mid morning 1 cup green tea + 1 bowl fruits.
