Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then massage it and give hot fomentation. Take maharasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And mahayograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day. Avoid tea coffee. Fermented food. Junk food. Spicy food. Do exercises and pranayama early morning. Avoil alcohol consumption.

Low back pain is quite normal in pregnancy but not so common in initial days of pregnancy. This is because of hormonal change during pregnancy. You can prevent it by attending some local course of Physio and yoga for the same. Avoid medicine. Yes hot water fomentation will be helpful.

First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket . And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back . you may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * Gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * Surya Namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * In diet vegetable protein of cereal , B complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

I have suffering from back pain for last 5-6 month. Consult a doctor he Rx Medicine & gel when I used it then relif few time, after that again same problem what can I do?

Do hot fomentation twice daily. Postural correction- always sit with a small pillow at your low back. Sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises like bridging and bhujang asana x twice daily. Sleep on your back with a pillow under your knees. And get vit d levels checked. Go for regular walks follow 30-30 rule when at work. After every 30 min of work. Do 30 sec of stretching or stand and walk a bit.

My mother is suffering from renumatic arthritis please help what to do for my mom.

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) In this disease pain and stiffness start in small joints such as in hands (fingers) feet, and wrist joint. These methods are helpful to your mother: • Take half teaspoon of haldi in one glass milk daily. This will reduce inflammation of your joints. • Take 100 gm jaggery (gur) and 30 gm of dry ginger powder mix it and make 5 gm tablets and take a tablet daily with water in morning after meal. • If you have pain in joint massage it with lukewarm oil daily. • Move your joint daily and do some muscle streching exercise. This will reduce stiffness in your joints. • Avoid junk food and eat healthy food such as green leafy vegetables and fruits daily.

Dear you can do Joints pain k liye Jumping into a workout without first warming up your muscles can increase joint pain, especially after age 40, says David Kruse, MD, a board certified sports medicine specialist with Hoag Orthopedic Institute in Irvine, CA" Joints hurt more when muscles and tendons are stiff. As we age, our joint mobility and tissue flexibility decline; a thorough warm-up helps accommodate these changes. It doesn’t have to be long and it doesn’t have to complicated: Five minutes of light movement, like an easy walk, is all you need to get that blood flowing, warm up your muscles, and get them ready for the task at hand. Use a foam roller. Joint pain can feel worse when your fascia (the elastic, weblike matrix of fibrous connective tissue that supports, binds, or separates your other tissues, joints, and organs), becomes dry and brittle—something that happens as we age. Ideally, your fascia acts a cushion for your joints, and helps to protect them from impact during exercise, says Sue Hitzmann, an exercise physiologist and creator of The Melt Method. The more hydrated your fascia, the more cushion you get. Creating gentle compression with a soft foam roller helps rehydrate your fascia by stimulating its cells and helping fluid move back into that tissue, says Hitzmann. Dear user avoid fried foods sweets, pkgd foods, colas, juices, ice creams use skim milk n its products if non vegetarian den stick to chicken n fish, avoid red meats use of whole grains n pulses will help you in keeping sugar levels in control root veggies like aloo should be taken in moderation minimize use of fat, use refined oil go for exercise or walk daily try various types of veggies in salad form. Fasting n feasting should be avoided.

Hi take rest keep ankle elevated apply cold pack for 20 minutes/thrice a day apply compression bandage. Do ankle toe movement. Take ultrasound therapy at physiotherapy clinic. Still pain doesn't go get it xray done and consult me via lybrate.

Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.

Slip disc is a serious problem and can become debilitating too. Ayurveda has panchakarma to maintain such serious conditions. It can reduce the pain as well as its recurrence. Kindly consult some panchakarma consultant for best treatment. And consult yoga expert for exercises. Good luck.
