1. Is there any treatment for eggs allergy? I get stomach pain when I eat eggs. 2. As a model my body is my carrier and to get protein I have to have egg whites. The best treatment for any food allergy is to avoid the particular food item as your body reacts against it. Other simple good protein alternatives- tofu, paneer, curd, milk, buttermilk, lassi, channa, nuts, oilseeds, sprouts, nutrella, soyabean, fish (steamed), chicken stew/ boiled- in salads.

I had a left knee pain and swelling 15 days back and now the swelling has come down but the pain is still there and i feel the stiffness and unable to fold the leg completely. Some doctors said its Arthiritis and some said soft tissue tear and some said nerves problem. Please Guide me in this regard.

How to ignore sleep and focus on study's during night time and making level best on it?

When you concentrate on the subject you studying, the sleep automatically runs away, because increased attention levels are just opposite of sleepiness. Other things that might help are: always sit on a chair &table to study, not on bed or sofa, study in a bright light, make notes while studying because when you read as well as write down things your attention level has to increase.

I am 30 years male. Recently I have facing a problem lack of sleep at night. Why this is happening to me pls help me to cure this problem.

Dear Lybrateuser, -Your cough & cold is due to seasonal change & allergy -you have to build your immunity by consuming a well balanced diet, doing regular exercise & decreasing your stress levels -to build your immunity include foods like citrus fruits, vegetables especially green leafy ones, garlic, ginger, have 1-2 cups of milk with 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder daily, have 1-2 cups of green tea, have a teaspoon of honey with breakfast, have a handful of mixed nuts which provide essential nutrients to the body -keep well hydrated with 7-8 glasses of water a day -do regular exercises like brisk walking, jogging for 30-40 min, also include yoga & deep breathing for 5-10 min in the morning -avoid exposure to dust, pollen or pet ,if there in the house -avoid cold fluids including water, aerated drinks.

15 years I was suffered with Type 2 diabetes used allopathy medicines, inoculation morning 35 evening 22,, cloistral tab night BP medicine 1tab morning, ISTMATE 500MG1 M&1N Used, sugar levels fasting 110 after dite 190, bp 80/140, Iwas change the medicines in Ayurveda medicine we get suggestion what used medicines.
