Put some waxolytic solvents in the ears this will dissolve the wax if you put this nearly 10-12 time per day, if wax comes out by itself than fine otherwise get it clean from ear consultant and remember you should not try it by yourself.

Go for a MRI for low back. And simultaneously get yourself evaluated by a good Physiotherapist. Low back since four years means something which must not be neglected. Pain coming at feet means lower Sacral plexus is getting impinged causing poor nerve supply to lower limb. Nothing to worry, timely Proper Physiotherapy and healthy lifestyle and diet can eliminate all Pain and sufferings. Hope it helps. Thanks.

Hi apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day.

Back pain is a general symptom caused by a large no of causes. In your age group it is most commonly postura ie due to wrong posture during work or wrong type of bed. For that you should sit straight in chair and use hard bed firm matters for sleeping. Avoind bending for lifting weights and do back strengthening and extension exercises. If still not relived you should get an x ray done to rule out other causes.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

For eye irritation pl go for triphala kwath eye wash and other uses of triphala such as triphala ghrit. Back pain will be addressed by triphala ghrit and other vatnashak choorna such as hingwastak if used as per directions. Ten herbal roots kwath will eradicate it.

For leg pain, please follow the below advise: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day.

Your seamen analysis to rule out you fit or not. And irregular cycle you need to get investigated to rule out any hormonal efficiency or any scan reporu to see any problem in ovaries. If every thing normal them she can have three course of oral contraceptive tab. After that she may have regular cycles.

Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretchingstretch do the cat/cow avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Apply hot fomentation piriformis stretch 1. Lie on your back. 2. Cross your left leg over your right so that your left ankle rests on your right knee. 3. Use your hands to grab hold of your left knee and pull it gently toward the opposite shoulder. 4. Hold for 15 to 30 seconds. 5. Relax, and then repeat with the other leg. 6. Repeat this cycle 2 to 4 times.

My wife is suffering from Joint pains and is not able to move around freely. The doctor nearby said it is early stage of arthritis or osterophosis. She did take medicines as suggested by the doctor but the results are just not there. Kindly advise.

Medicines won't solve the root cause exercises will help strengthen the muscles around the joint and also relieves the tight muscles thus decreasing joint stiffness arthritis which is wearing if joints can never be repaired except for surgery exercises are only way out to prolong surgeries or avoid them losing weight is also very important.
