It could be recurrent dislocation of shoulder. Kindly show me x rays of your shoulder. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Do hot fomentation any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days you will need other supportive medicines also. Do neck & shoulder exercises it may have to be further investigated make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Shoulder exercises can be done any time. It should not be done immediately after taking food. Do reply back for private consultation and detailed treatment plan.

Backache is normally two types: structural & mechanical. At your age is commonly mechanical back pain, due to bad ergonomics leads to bad posture finally ends into back pain. I would recommend you to see physiotherapy doctor n get it checked properly and take treatment. Tens, ultrasound therapy & heat therapy is best choice of treatment. After pain reduces start with mild strengthening exercises n stay fit.

I am 21 year old female and have backache for last 2 months. I have used pain relief ointment.
1) Do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min., afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. 2) Start natural calcium supplement. 3) Do regular stretching exercise 4) In yoga DO BHUJANGASAN, HALASAN & SURYANAMASKAR. This will give you relief in mild to moderate cases. LIFE-STYLE CORRECTION 1) Correct your sitting posture. 2) Take small pillow or back rest for lower back. 3) Foot should rest to floor easily. 4) Take small break after 1 hr & walk few steps. 5) Do neck & upper back extension, give feedback after 4 days.

Try this for joint pains try this. Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Consult after 10 days.

Myopathy is usually a progressive disorder but sometimes it is self arrested. Do physiotherapy to prevent contractures & deformities. Rule out diabetes & vit.D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Following may help Inj Dinabol 25 mg IM weekly x 6wks. You will need other supportive medicines also. This disease does not affect the intelligence of the patient Use your intelligence. You can work on computer etc. Keep your MORAL UP. Keep me informed of your progress & follow up. God bless you.

Possible cause-age is less so factors may be 1 prolong sitting (bad posture) with wallet. 2. Difference in height of both legs. 3. Sciatica. Treatment- back strengthening exercises, knee slides and quadriceps, avoid wallet, take minimum 15 days physiotherapy sessions for better result.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. If your pain is only a localized one, and since 2 days, you can start with - ice packs at painful site to reduce muscle spasm - gentle anti inflammatory medication like tab etoshine, tab diclofenac etc which suits your body - a muscle relaxant can be added to provide relaxation to muscle spasm - analgesic spray like dynapar qps can be used for local application after fomentation 3-4 times in a day - rest for 4-5 days, use hard mattress, avoid lifting heavy weight and bending forwards acutely we will initiate your physical therapy programme once your pain subsides. It requires detailed investigation and examination. Preliminary investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d urine r/e x-ray of the affected part. Anyway it may be tried sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back, knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure that patient is not allergic to any of the medicines that he/she is going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take For emergency treatment contacts your nearest hospital or family doctor. There are 2 kinds of tulsi leaves we come across. One is" ram tulsi" (which is lighter in shade) and the other one is" shyam tulsi" (which is darker in shade) you have to consume 10-15 leaves of" shyam tulsi" which means the leaves with darker shade. Take 10 to 15 leaves of shyam tulsi and grind it into a paste. Boil this paste in 200 ml of water until the water comes down to the level of 100 ml. Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. Actually pain at calf/leg region can be due to many reasons, commonly it is muscular in nature but it can also be due to tendons, nerves, blood vessels etc. My advise to you for initial 2-3 weeks will be: - ice packs application intensively with elevation of your limbs at night - take a short course of anti-inflammatory medication as per your body's suitability - stop your physical activity till pain completely subsides - intensive physical therapy, training and proper muscle conditioning once pain has subsided - slow resumption of physical activities with proper pre activity warm up and stretching of muscles and short increments in duration of physical activity each day as per pain tolerance. - we will get some blood tests for you - serum vitamin d and serum potassium levels, esr and crp once you have all these reports then you can contact me as I can advise you for proper supplementation do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance. Sir, I have muscles pain in mt legs and 99 fever from approx 2 weeks and when done some tests typhoid comes normal but esr is 56 mm per hour. So what does it mean does this rise in esr and fever is due to pain or something else there are no symptoms except these. Age 19 years male. I am feeling like muscles are torn from inside. Tk calcium supplements. Do hot fomentations. Muscular stiffness is your problem. For immediate relief tk tens therapy and quadriceps exercise you will fell better in a week.
