Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Requires examination and investigation in detail. Presently investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d xray of the affected part. Anyway you may try sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head do hot fomentation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform

You will have to elaborate your problem as to a detailed discussion of your back pain which means duration of pain and mode of onset. I would also like to ask you if it is associated with any leg pain or any other neurological symptoms like numbness, paraesthesias ( electrical shock like abnormal sensations) or any weakness in limbs. Please also tell me about any associated symptoms like fever, weight loss etc. What medications you generally take and what has been your treatment history till now for existing problem. Hlo doctor . Actually I hv severe pain in my legs especially knees and toes . Evn I feel pain in my finger . Usually I wen I get up whenever I sleep . Not only that .i feel like my skeleton system is so weak . I feel tired n sleepy all d time . . I get depressed soon . Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

FlatFoot exercises. Do the following exercises barefoot: •1. First write digits 1 to 10 using your toes raised up in the air. •2. Sit on a chair, raise your toes and curl them •3. Pick up a small piece of cloth off the floor using your toes. •4. Still in a sitting position, point your toes and circle your ankles in a slow counter and clockwise motion. •5. Stand up from the sitting position and go on tip toe for 5 seconds.

Knee pain is a common complaint that affects people of all ages. Knee pain may be the result of an injury or some other medical conditions including arthritis, patellar tendinitis, acl injury, knee bursitis, torn meniscus, gout and infections. Try some home remedies for your pain- - ice is useful for the control of pain and swelling. It can be applied to the knee for 15 to 20 minutes as often as every two to four hours. The swollen knee should be elevated above the level of the heart while icing. -activities that cause pain should be avoided temporarily. -if the knee is swollen or sore, the following positions and activities should be avoided until knee pain and swelling resolve: squatting kneeling twisting and pivoting jogging aerobics, dancing playing sport you need detail assessment with a physiotherapist to find out what causing you this pain and pain management. Use a hard bed with thin mattress and a lumbo-sacral corset. Use commode, avoid squatting and stairs. Use local heat and a pain gel and take oral pain killer for 3-5 days. If of no avail call an ortho. Doc.

Apply prasarini oil or pranacharya restopain oil on affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha yograj guggul 1-1 twice a day after lunch and dinner. Take maharasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. Avoid tea. Coffee. Junk food. Spicy food. Fermented food. Take green vegetables. Drink juice. Eat fruits. Drink 7-8 glass of water in a day. Dear it seems you are suffering from stress fractures of tibia (leg bone). This is very common in young males who do race practice. So its better you do race practice under some trainer. That is first warm up ezercise for 10-20 minutes then gradual jogging and then sprint. Build up your race speed in 30-45 days. Dont try to run fast on day one.

I have a nerve spasm it occur frequently what to do?

Hi welcome to lybrate. Muscle spasms can arise due to low calcium levels which in town can be due to low vitamin d levels, get the following blood tests fasting: calcium, phosphorous, alkaline phosphatase, vitamin d levels and uric acid and revert back with reports. In the meantime start tab evion lc once a day for 1 month, tab mecobal od once a day for 3 weeks and tab corcium k2 once a day for 6 weeks.

Ya you can try massage therapy. It s very effective and so many pt. Have used and get relief from back pain. If you want you can consult on line meanwhile for precautions pls follow some steps. 1 try to slip straight position and on straight and hard bed. Avoid firm bed. 2 try to clean your stomach no any type of constipation or gastric problem 3 avoid citrus food like lemon n butter milk. 4 avoid heavy weight lifting with hand or on shoulder. 5 try to sit in correct posture as much as you can. And for complete treatment and massage guidelines please inform hope this guidance will help you and feel relax. If you follow then definitely morning stiffness of back will go.

There must be median nerve entrapment. Do contrast bath therapy twice daily, take hot water in one bowl & cold in another. First immerse your hand in hot water for 3min & then immediately move to cold water for 1min, keep repeating for 20min. You should end on cold water. Keep moving your hand avtively while it is dipped in water. Do hand stretches. Sit on chair & keep your forearm on side of table, hold about 1/2 kg weight in hand & move your wrist up & down × 20 repetitions twice daily Squeeze smiley ball hold till count of 3 then release, 20 repetitions twice daily

Goodevening your acl tear injury should not be ignored. Make sure you spend about half hour on the exrercises for the knee. You could start with knee bending exercises and then progress to straight leg raising exercises. All this will help you to improve your strength on the knee. Then you could also do with a improving on your quadriceps and hamstring muscles. Make sure you wear a knee cap while you are playing any sport. This will support your knee very well.
