Hi. You mean gas formation? Give him Natrum Phos. 6x/ thrice daily after meals. For Hypertension: Few lifestyle changes can help you in controlling and preventing the high blood pressure, even if you're taking blood pressure medication. Eat healthy foods. Consume more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, poultry, fish and low-fat dairy foods. Eat less saturated fat and trans fat. Decrease the salt in your diet. So, avoid eating processed foods, such as canned soups or frozen dinners which contains extra salt in it. Keeping a healthy weight, or losing weight if you're overweight or obese, can help you control your high blood pressure and lower your risk of related health problems. Increase physical activity which can help lowering your blood pressure, manage stress, reduce your risk of several health problems. Get indulged in regular exercising (if your doctor allows you). Limit alcohol. Even if you're healthy, alcohol can raise your blood pressure. If you choose to drink alcohol, do so in moderation. Don't smoke. Tobacco injures blood vessel walls and speeds up the process of hardening of the arteries. Reduce stress as much as possible. Practice healthy coping techniques, such as muscle relaxation, deep breathing or meditation. Getting regular physical activity and plenty of sleep can help, too. Monitor your blood pressure at home. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Essentia Aurea/ thrice daily which is a cardio-tonic which helps in maintaining blood pressure, improves muscle tone of the heart and narrowing of blood vessels.

Use oil control face wash. Avoid oily food cheese chocolates and caffeinated drinks avoid direct sun exposure. Peels available at a dermatologist clinic will help.

Too much precautions 1. Don't eat sweet, fattty oily food 2. Always wear sleeper or sandle in foot to prevent foot injury 3. Eat schedule should be fixed. Breakfast at 8am, lunch at 1pm, dinner at 8pm 4. Use sugar free gold instead of sugar in tea, coffee or any other food 5. Regular exercise 15-20 min walking in morning.

Dear Please cheer up and begin with saying to yourself that you will lose weight. Take small steps towards healthy eating choices and portion control week by week. Do not follow any quick or fad diets. It takes a lot of determination to lose weight and taking it as a challenge is the best thing to do. Drink about 3 liters of warm/hot water every day. Begin your day with lime-honey water as this will boost your metabolism. Include a cup of green tea everyday and try to eat 5-6 small portions of food than 3 big meals. Also, after 6 pm, try eating more natural foods such as fruits and vegetables. Be strong!

1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc. 2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day. 3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether. 4. If you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch. Get up and move a little after every 30 minutes. 5. Try to work out for 20 minutes each day. You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. You can incorporate some pretty powerful exercises in your daily routine like - squats, skipping, surya namaskar and core exercises. 6. Do not eat for 3 hours before you go to sleep. Eating before going to bed is one of the main cause of rapid weight gain. 7. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday but remember that tea/coffee are not substitutes for pure water.

Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

Only medicines won't work. You will have to do some intensive work with a psychotherapist. She will be able to help you understand your deep seated insecurities, complexes and help you resolve from unconscious conflicts. If you try, everything is possible.

Hye. There is no special variety of bananas for diabetics. Bananas are a moderately low glycerin index fruit. You must understand that to maintain sugar levels the ideal way to take any fruit is as a mid meal or as an early morning snack or after a strenuous activity. Avoid fruits after a main meal or with meals. Stick to a moderate amount of any fruit and avoid their juices.

There is in ayurveda mention pinda swed. It is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner. 1. Boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2. Apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night. By doing above thing you will get good result.

Hi Age-46 yrs (male) urinary problem hai. Stomach khali ho tou urine ki speed phir bhi thik hoti hai, lekin agar stomach bhari ho tou urine ki speed slow ho jati hai. Rg stones se 2 saal pahle check up karvaya tha. Koi rukavat ya pain nahi hai. Usi time 3 months lagataar tab.

Ideally,gastro intestinal system has no direct relation.But if you suffering from severe flatulence,then there may be compression on ureter so you will be having difficulty in urine passing,Better you go for good sonography of abdomen at empty stomach in the morning,and also uroflowmetry with good urologist.Till that you may take Isapgol husk with water at night.

Dengue fever is caused by virus transmitted by a particular type of mosquito. It is a clean water mosquito, black in color with white spots on it and usually stings during the day. Common symptoms are high fever, headache, fever, severe weakness, severe muscle and joint pain. In some cases it may also cause rash on the body. As the disease progresses, platelet count starts dropping. After a certain level, hemorrhage starts, which might bleed the patient to death.

Please note the following in respect to your queries: hibiscus flowers and leaves can be very helpful in preventing hair loss and to promote hair growth. Hibiscus flowers are used as an effective cure for split ends and dandruff as well. - heat 12-15 hibiscus flowers in 2 tablespoons of coconut oil. - strain the solution and collect the oil. Apply this concoction to the scalp and hairs, leave overnight and wash in the morning. To use the hibiscus leaves, grind them into fine paste and apply the paste to the scalp and hairs. Leave it on for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Rinse off with plenty of water. This controls the hair loss automatically and promotes hair growth.

I am getting fat I do not know why while I do not eat mote and I do not eat fatty food. Now what should I do?
It's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight. Management: 1.Take 1 glass of Luke warm water with lemon juice and honey in the morning daily. 2.Drink at least 2 litters per day. Lukewarm water is best for drinking. 3.Avoid cold drinks and alcoholic drink like beer as they contain more calories. 4.Don't skip meals. Avoid heavy meals. Take light meals. 5.Must have 3 main meals per day – In between main meals take fruits & green salads. 6.Eat seasonal fruits & Fresh vegetables. Fruits and vegetables contain fibres to help you feel full quickly. 7.Avoid sweets, oily, spicy, junk food, chocolates. 8.Eat more whole grains and cut carbohydrates. Choose proteins instead of fatty ones. 9.Cut salt from your diet. 10.Eat home foods. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 11.Avoid sedentary and lazy lifestyle. 12.Take small frequent breaks for a quick walk in between as sitting for long hours together encourages the accumulation of fat in the body. 13.Do regular exercises daily. Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Brisk walking for 15-30 minutes daily is good. Jogging, running, swimming & cycling are good options.

Yes, this is normal in diabetic patient because this is cause by no up take of glucose by tissues so to have 1/2 teaspoon methi dana seed powder empty stomach daily it will increase your glucose into body tissue and than your body uptake glucose and utilize in proper way.

Dear lybrate user, pimples/ acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease which develops due to blocking of the hair follicles in skin. These blockages occur due to 4 abnormal processes: 1) excess sebum production due to androgens 2) excessive deposition of the protein keratin leading to comedone formation 3) infection of propionibacterium acnes (p. Acnes) bacteria on the hair follicles 4) local release of pro-inflammatory chemicals in the skin. Neither can you stop the overproduction of androgen or keratin protein nor can you stop the release of pro-inflammatory chemicals because all these processes takes place internally in your skin. However you can stop the accumulation of p. Acnes bacteria on your skin by preventing your skin from getting oily. Always keep a handkerchief with you wherever you go outside. You should wipe off the slightest amount of sweat from your face as soon as you perspire on entering your room from outside wash your face with an oil-free, non-moisturizing face wash. Take a low carbohydrate diet. Do some exercise daily. Drink a lots of water to avoid constipation. Avoid pricking the pimples or popping the sebum as it may lead to black pigmentation & permanent scar formation. You can also take homoeopathic calcarea phos 200, 5 drops, thrice daily, in empty stomach also you can apply homoeopathic mother tincture berberis aquifoium q on the dark spots on your skin which are produced after the resolution of the pimples.
