Excessive weight gain occurs only when calories intake is more than calories lost....So,,Dear to decrease your fat you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey in one glass of luke warm water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Drink 3 litres of water daily. 4.Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.....

First you reduce weight. Change food habites. Avoid too oily, ghee prepretions fast, spacy, junck foods. Take simpal veg home made food with salad, take fiber food. Reduce some soalt from your daily foods. Take calcium, vitamines, minirales. Take calcium k2 7 capsule with milk after dinner. Use knee caps. Do arobic excersices, yoga, walking, cycling will help.

Avoid lifting heavy weights, improve your posture, avoid sitting for long hours, you need to do spinal muscle strengthening exercises, and do it consistently, to get results, you should also try this - to reduce your back pain.

Type 1: This is called as Insulin Dependent Diabetes. It usually has onset in childhood. Patient in this Disease produce little or more insulin. They require continue life long treatment with insulin. Although commonly seen in children it may also be seen in adult too.

Type 2 : This is caused due to insulin resistance on insufficient amount of insulin. However patients do produce some insulin and can be managed by oral anti-diabetic agents, As the disease progresses the insulin production in the body can decrease, In this case insulin injections may be required.

Hello, is there any history of injury or hurt to the area? any underlying medical condition? medication: meantime, take homoeopathic medicines - arnica 200 and rhus tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply schwabe's topi-arnica and topi mp gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. And wrap crepe bandage over it. Get back to me thereafter.

Hello Doctor, Im Vijay 20 M Previously I suffered with a lot of acne and now they are almost gone but left with some shallow (mild) acne scars. Now, shall I use derma rollers on my own which are available on Amazon. If so, are they harmful and what are the precautions and after treatment creams and can I use the same roller for second treatment too and the duration and Intervals of the treatment. After the treatment should I clean the roller and how to do it?

Hello Thanks for the query. Dermaroller is the best treatment for acne scars. I have experience with LASERS as well as dermaroller. Patients treated with Dermaroller get better response with first session itself You can go ahead with it. Let me know if you have any other doubts. Thank you.

Seems to be frozen shoulder due to high sugars or other complication. See needs to go for physiotherapy and ultrasonic diathermy of shoulder joint for partial relief.

Hello. The flood has done so much of damage in south that one gets helpless in a situation of Natural Disaster! As there are so many water borne diseases which can be avoided by drinking only boiled water (bring water to a boiling point and then keep boiling for 5-10minutes), let it cool down and then only consume it. Sunlight is a natural source of Sterilization. So, exposure to sunlight for few minutes will help you and clothes to keep them away from any bacterial or fungal growth!

Hi Mr. Lybrate-user, kindly donot stop her current medication because of the side effects. Consult the diabetologist/ treating doctor for the side effects and if required shift over of medications. You may apply mixture of mehendi powder and neem powder made into paste consistency by addition of rose water to foot and scalp, keep it for an hour and rinse it. This might reduce the sideeffects and give her relief.

Hello, Before going for any one of them can try homoeopathic medicines for 2-3 months and see the difference. Apply Homoeopathic medicine – Thiosinaminum Q few drops mixed in a glycerin solution on scars that are visible (as it is less greasy, so is more easily absorbed into the skin). Also take Causticum 200 orally twice daily for 4 weeks.

Commonly dandruff or any other infection, genetic and lack of hair nourishment are the main causes for hair fall. This requires both local application for dandruff or any other infection and local massage with oil to increase circulation and internal consumption of herbal preparations as nutrients for hair growth. Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily.

Try few things for your back pain: - Apply Ice and Heat Heating pads and cold packs can comfort tender trunks. Most doctors recommend using ice for the first 48 hours after an injury -- particularly if there is swelling — and then switching to heat. You can use whichever you find comforting as long as your skin is protected. - Limit Bed Rest Studies show that people with short-term low-back pain who rest feel more pain and have a harder time with daily tasks than those who stay active. -Keep Exercising Activity is often the best medicine for back pain. Simple exercises like walking can be very helpful. But remember to move in moderation, Stay away from strenuous activities like gardening and avoid whatever motion caused the pain in the first place. -Maintain Good Posture most people have poor posture when going about their daily activities, putting unnecessary strain on their backs. -Strengthen Your Core Most people with chronic back pain would benefit from stronger abdominal muscles. If the abdominals are weak, other areas must pick up the slack. When we strengthen the abdominals, it often reduces the strain on the lower back. - Improve Flexibility Too much tension and tightness can cause back pain. By increasing flexibility you need to put an equal load throughout the body from the feet all the way up to the head. -Sleep the Right Way The amount of rest you get is important, and so is the position you get it in. Sleeping in a bad position or on a mattress without support can cause back pain. Back sleepers should put pillows under their knees. Side sleepers should place pillows between their knees to keep their spine in a neutral position. Stomach sleeping causes the neck and head to twist and can put undue stress on the back. -Use Relaxation Techniques Research shows that practices such as meditation, deep breathing and yoga, which help put the mind at rest, can do wonders for the back. -See a Specialist Developing an individualized exercise plan is essential to managing chronic back pain. Some patients need more core strengthening while others benefit mainly from stretching and improving flexibility. Please consult a Orthopedic Physiotherapist for the right exercise plan. Best wishes.
