I am suffering from constipation since 2 week and irregular mensuration cycle since 2 month and obesity.
1. Eat high fiber diet like fruits, vegetables, beans, boiled/sprouted moong dal, whole grain rice, whole wheat pasta, whole meal breads, oats. 2. Avoid foods which are high in fat. Choose lean meats like fish, chicken. 3. Eat on schedule 4. Drink plenty of water, 8-10 glasses daily, avoid alcohol/caffeine 5. Take regular physical exercise 6. Stick to a regular timing for going to toilet. 7. Take 2 tsf of softovac sf/naturolax powder with warm water at bed time for few days or syrup duphalac 15 ml twice daily.

Hello, this may be a gastric pain so follow these home remedies:- 1. Ginger -- cut one medium-size fresh ginger root into thin slices. Bring one cup of water to a boil and add the ginger slices. Boil for three minutes, and then simmer for another five minutes. Remove from heat, strain, and add honey to taste. Sip it slowly. Drink ginger tea two or three times a day to ease stomach ache and improve digestion. 2. Asfoetida:- simply add a pinch of asafetida to a glass of warm water, mix it well and drink it two or three times a day. You can also add a pinch of rock salt. This remedy is equally effective for both a stomach ache and gas.

need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects

Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. Penis curved towards right or left or downward is always normal and this can be seen with majority of people. This mostly happen due to masturbation. People who use right hand for masturbation, their penis will be curved to the left and the opposite with left handlers. There are other reasons too. This phenomenon is quite normal and there is nothing to worry. In fact, curved penis will give you more pleasure when you engage in vaginal intercourse than straight penis simply because curvature provides more friction. Enjoy your curve. I suggest online sex education. Take care.

There could be Stretch / tear in the ligaments either outside or Inside the left Knee joint. This requires consultation of Orthopaedic Surgeon Who will get X-Ray of Knee. then may advice Crepe Bandage/Plaster.Some time Nerve stretch in left leg could be due to Sciatica. Patient lie on her back and tell her to lift her Right leg up to 90 Degree. Then lift her Left leg up to 90 Degree. In Sciatica she will get pain if she lift beyond 45 Degree. While standing straight normal person can bend forward and touch her own toes with her fingers. In Sciatica she may not be able to touch her toes. Hard bed (with Cushion) , Hot fomentation of lower back may help. Patient lie on her abdomen. Flex (Bend) legs to touch thigh may help. Get it confirmed by Surgeon and take medication as per his advice.

If this occurs on a day when the stools are hard and you are constipated, then it may be the start of piles which get abraded due to passage friction and bleed. When the abraded pile closes by healing bleeding disappears for some time and may again bleed on next friction. Use plenty of salads nad fiber in diet. Drink plenty of fluids. If the problem does not resolve get examined by a proctologist. Surgeon.

This habit can affect daily life when person is addicted to this act and can over exert mind and body and also can cause extra genital organ trauma/ infection Better to concentrate in some extracurricular activities like music/sports/ yoga/ meditation etc.

As you have said you are obese. So reduce your weight first. And increase physical activity such as join yoga. Or dance class. Weight reduction by 10 % will bring spontaneous ovulation and menses. Go for newer and more effective medicines together with physical activity.

I work 11 hrs a shift from 2.30 pm to 1.30 am. 1st break @ 4.15 to 4.30 2nd 1he break at 6.30 to 7.30 3rd break 9.30 to 9.45 and last break at 11.30 to 11.45 I wake up @ 11. 15 am after which I exercise. Hi Lybrate user, As per the details provided by you; you seem to have a sitting job for a long duration. And you also crave for junk. To overcome this. Make sure that you have a healthy and a heavy breakfast in the morning so that you can overcome your cravings for junk. Stand atleast for 10 min after every 1 hr that you spend sitting at one place. And for muncing in btwm carry few nuts and dates with you so that it would be a healthy munching. And split your meals and try to carry your meals with you for every break you have. Hello, kindly follow health advises given below: measure your temperature and tell me reading 1. Avoid exertion 2. Take tablet paracetamol 500 mg after food as and when required for fever more than 99 f (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days 3. Lot of fluids to be taken 4. Take proper diet homemade food like moong dal dalia, chapatti etc. 4. Avoid wearing synthetic and tight cloths. Kindly go for CBC test and consult physician for further management and let me know what medicines you were taking and also tell me if you are having other symptoms like cough/ throat pain/ burning urine/ stomach pain so that we can confirm cause of fever.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.
