It has many reasons few are in balanced diet and hyderation lack of warm up and stretching exercises or physical activity pathological reasons injury or trauma etc do take balanced diet and hyderated avoid stress anxiety and anticipating the things do regular physical activity and breathing exercises and strengthening and stretching exercises from neuro physiotherapist for about 15 minutes duration each time regularly best wishes.

I am 23 years old I have pain in all joints of my body from about 7 years now I tried pain killers relief sprays and tablets but to no avail my doctor from homeopathy medical gave me some medication to but they do not to long term relief what should I do my body is in pain 24/7 please help.

You need to reduce your weight Do general aerobic exercises Go for morning & evening walks Have plenty of fluids Have bath with warm water adding salt to it Apply hot fomentation when feel pain Get calcium & vitamin D levels checked

Good Morning, My mother age is about 50 yr. She faces problem in her right leg during changing her position for last 3 or 4 days. She tell that an unbearable pain arise during sitting or standing. She tell that pain is not muscular pain. The pain is related to nerve. So I kindly request you to provide me some home remedies or prescription or oil for massage for the pain. Your mother is probably suffering from a condition known as sciatica. The pain can be reduced by following some simple measures like not bending your back, sleep on a stiff mattress, keeping your back straight and doing hot fomentation.

You need to improve the tone of the muscles in a rhythmical manner. If you do that with proper diet restriction nothing will happen to you. Body pain is there after gym activity due to tiredness and you need to consume good protein and iron diet in your body which will help you to break the fatigue and body pain. You have to reduce the weight by walking minimum 3-4 kms per day. Slowly reduce the weight and slowly avoid adding salt in the diet which will help you to prevent water retention in the body. Excess salt in general leads to water retention in the body which might be the reason for you legs to pain as the leg will automatically become oedematous. You have to take good diet along with rhythmical gym activity which will help you to have six pack in a month or 3 months. You need to improve the tone of the muscles in a rhythmical manner. If you do that with proper diet restriction nothing will happen to you. Body pain is there after gym activity due to tiredness and you need to consume good protein and iron diet in your body which will help you to break the fatigue and body pain.

I am 66, male, suffered a ligament tear in 2014 and cellulitis in on my right leg during 2016. Even though necessary treatment's were taken, I feel my right leg has become very sensitive. An orthopaedic surgeon after ascertaining I am not diabetic said it could be vitamin deficiency. Though I have been talking vitamins yet after continuous standing of 20/25 minutes, my leg starts paining in knee and nearby.

I believe proprioceptive rehabilitation is not done for you. Kindly undergo proper therapy and pain will vanish I 5 weeks and stability will return back. As you are non diabetic nothing should stop you from recovery.

Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings.

Please do not sleep under direct exposure of fan/ac. Take a glass of milk daily. Do morning exercise daily. Take good sleep 6-8 hours/day.

Last 2 month. Ok tk x-ray and calcium supplements. Change your foot wear. Do calf stretching exercise. And heat fermentation with warm water gentle massage of foot. Otherwise tk physiotherapy treatment.
