I am Suffering from dizziness from last 1 month, there were variety of problems occurring in this one month, and all were not standard varying. Like headache, Back Pain, Stomach pain, Throat irritation (from last 3 months). I went for several blood test also. But all were normal. HIV test is also non reactive.

tab pan 40 empty stomach daily morning for 15 days, drink 3-4 litre of water daily, isabgol in a glass of water at night, if required get u/s whole abdomen done and back with report it will help. thanks

Heel spurs, which are bony growths that develop on the heel.
Inflammation of the fascia, known as plantar fasciitis.
Excessive pronation, or inward tilt of the foot as you walk.
Achilles tendinitis, in which the tendon at the back of the foot becomes inflamed.
A deformity, injury or chronic disease, such as rheumatoid arthritis.

Dear lybrate-user, kindly get same examined as it might be postural lbp or pivd. Kindly improve your sitting posture. Avoid slouching or sitting without back support for long duration. Avoid long hours of continuos sitting. Take break after every 1 hour & move around. Take proper diet/milk & do 10 minutes of back strengthening ex's.

Feeling pain in both knees and it goes from knee to shin. If I sit on my toes and get up, i feel some pain. Though, I get temporary relieve when I implement oil. Can you suggest some alternate?

Use hot ware , dip your kegs at night before sleep with Salt in it for 10-15 minutes and then wipe this with towel and apply any veg oil below all over.

Please do not push-pull yourself too much so as to continue the pain. please do hot and cold compresses alternately to relieve pain Take proper sleep/rest Also take Mag phos 6x - thrice daily 4 tabs Also a x-ray of the affected are needs to be done - to rule out any bone deformity.

Hi = relax and stay positive. = increase fluid intake. = eat seasonal fruits for natural vitamins = do streching of hamstring, quadriceps, and calf muscles. = if you are overweight, reduce weight by cycling or swimming as it gives low impact on joints. = do check your calcium and vit. D = apply moist heat pad to affected joint and muscles. If still you dont get relief consult physiotherapist as there are various causes for leg/ joint pain and some test may be required for further investigation. Best wishes.

Investigations advised - hb, tlc, dlc, esr, sugar f & pp, uric acid, vit d3 urine r/e x ray of the affected part. Anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomentation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform me. Stop smoking & drinking.

Prolong sitting and bad posture leads to tightening of some very important muscle groups. You need to do some stretching exercises to stretch the tight muscles. Consult a physiotherapist who can assess your condition and can prescribe tailor made exercises for you. Start doing yoga regularly once the pain subsides.

hello U can start wid d ayurvedic medicines 1. yograj guggul 2 tablets twice daily 2. maharasnadi kadha 2 tsp twice daily wid warm water after food 3. do apply mahanarayan oil externally gently followed by hot fomentation once or twice a day Avoid sour food items for sum days, bakery products. : keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.
