Hello Mr. lybrate-user, you have to feel the exact location of heel pain, is it in whole heel, or side of the heel or in middle of heel. As you discussed that you started morning walk, check your shoes if you are wearing shoes, before start walk do proper stretching for fore foot, and suggest Contrast bath you can carry on. If still your pain is not relieving you can consult any specialist.

Specific knee exercises will also help ie. Keeping ball underneath the knee and keep pressing it. That's the simple exercise which will help you to strengthen the knee Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. Severe back pain after lifting heavy weight is because of muscle spasm. You might have sprained your back. You will need some medicines to heal that sprain. Take rest. Apply ice daily 5 times 10 min every time. Do not lift weight or do not bend forward.

Hi pain or soreness in the foot, that eases with time during the day, is generally indicative of plantar fasciitis. The first step you take generally after sitting or standing for a long time or when you get up from the bed is painful. As you start walking the pain clears up. Plantar fascia is a ligament that connects your heel bone to your toes. Other causes of foot pain can be rheumatoid arthritis, faulty arch, ligament tears, fractures, and gout. +wear soft padded footwear. +do stretching of calf muscles +learn strengthening exercise of ankle +take contrast bath at physio clinic. Dear Sir I have been suffering from ankle feet pain in left leg since 2 month. The pain starts when I walk after sitting sometime. At start it pains high then comes down after 3-4 minute but little pain consistently remains. I am regular doing morning jogging around 2.5 km.

Let I take the medicine for leg pain or eye pain and further I am suffering from an ear problem?
Keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

Neck Advice Hot fomentation x twice daily. Neck Exercises. Neck Stretching. Postural Correction. Shoulder Shrugs . Core Strengthening Exercises. Take frequent Breaks at work Use cervical pillow. Use Back Support. Self Massage the back of neck.

Exercise regularly including stretching, yoga and exercises by lying on back. Do not sit at one place for longer time, avoid bending and lifting heavy weight. Apply orthomove oil or orthomove ointment over back twice daily. If didn't re-leaved, you may need internal medication.

Joint pain can be due to lot many reasons, most common being the early degenerative changes in the joint causing arthritis. Symptoms can be pain, swelling in the joint, locking in the joint. If these symptoms are present then better to consult a doctor and take physiotherapy treatment to bring the pain down.in the long run exercises to strengthen the muscles around that joint need to be done for better management of pain and mobility. Also better would be to rest and keep the knee joint supported (in a brace etc) avoid climbing stairs up and down, avoid squatting on the ground and using indian toilets.
