Possible cause-age is less so factors may be 1 prolong sitting (bad posture) with wallet. 2. Difference in height of both legs. 3. Sciatica. Treatment- back strengthening exercises, knee slides and quadriceps, avoid wallet, take minimum 15 days physiotherapy sessions for better result.

Do avoid sea foods and seeded fruits and vegetables and do have proper follow up with rheumatologist and physiotherapist and take appropriate therapy and rehabilitation management best wishes.

Generalised body pain with high ESR could be due to arthritis specially in young males it can be due to Spondyloarthropathy (Ankylosing Spondylitis ). You need to undergo detailed evaluation and other blood tests too . Consult a Pain specialist or Rheumatologist. Physical therapy plays an important role in such diseases. 1. Get involved in exercise regimen like swimming and walking daily 2. Perform back stretching and strengthening exercises daily. 3. Avoid prolonged standing or sitting. 4.Apply warm fomentation on back muscles. Consult again for further queries.

Hello, I think you have neck problem, may be cervical spondylitis and that can give rise to pain in pectoral area felt as pain in breast. So you need proper evaluation and imaging and then it can be successfully treated with spinal manipulation.

Do the cat/cow avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretchingstretch.

It may be a meniscus injury or a ligament tear. Can't tell diagnosis unless examination is done. Please visit knee specialist. Get an mri of knee is possible. It should be 3 tesla mri, which has better clarity than 1.5 tesla mri.

You had cholecystectomy done. Because of that you are unable to digest fat. Fat is passed in faeces (toilet) and may have bulky foul smelling stools floating in water of pot. Along with fat fat soluble vitamins are also lost. Moreover Vitamin B-12 absorption may also be erratic. So take Vitamin B-12 (Neurokind OD) 1/2 tablet sublingual (under tongue) twice daily for about a year. Along with take Becadexamin 1 capsule daily for 1 year Do not take fats at all. Use skimmed milk. Take apple daily for iron. Do regular exercises or start playing badminton or tennis. Do dancing or swimming if you know. For allergies, take cetrizine or levocetrizine when required. You may get allergy screening tests done and if positive take specially prepared allergy desensitization vaccine. If this still feel weakness, take Flouxetine (Fludac 10 mg) once daily under medical supervision seeking advice from a qualified doctor.

. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Hello I am 33 years old and weigh around 159 kgs. I am over weight. I drink occasionally. I mostly prefer to eat chicken hardly eat fish meat or vegetables. I have a sitting job and in addition I drive everyday for 3 4 hrs. I have started recently working out light weight stretches and all. I never was hospitalized for any kind of sickness. And besides pain in my joints wrist and feet I have never suffered from any illnesses. Wanted to ask you doctor I get severe pain in my joints be it wrists or legs special toe area. They come and go. I normally have dolo 650 mg for 3 4 days and the pain goes away but this time its a different story all together mostly I get pain in my left feet but this time its paining continuously from last 2 weeks in my right feet. I went to doctor and he prescribed me medicines specially pain killers and also got injected with dynapar twice in 3 days as per as doctor instruction still the pain keeps coming back and grows till its unbreakable. Mostly I am have problem in sleeping as my leg is paining very badly during the morning hours of sleep. My doctor has told me to consult a hematologist so Kindly sir help me out and suggest me what to do? Also let me know is it a serious issue. I have family history of gout and arthritis. Requires detailed investigation and examination Presently investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d xray of the affected part. Anyway you may try sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head do hot fomentation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform.

Get her vit b12 levels checked. Deficiency can exacerbate such symptoms. Medicines like gabapentin and pregabalin are effective. Consult with a good neurologist.

Please check your uric acid. Apply gingely oil or Rheumatil oil on painful parts. You can follow some tips for weight loss in daily routine. 1. After every meal, drink 1 cup boiling water with spoon sip by sip. After half an hour you have taken meal do this daily. 2. Try to avoid eating heavy food after 7 pm. As it takes time to digest heavy food. 3. Drink 1 glass water half an hour before meal. 4. Try to do some exercise. Yoga and meditation are very good in losing weight and maintaining it also. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).
