I am get tired by walking some distance on the road steps then what do please tell some information.

PGDD, RD, Bachelor of Home Science
Dietitian/Nutritionist, Mumbai
Hye, Thanks for the query. Tiredness is often due to poor nutrition. It is important to know that just eating two heavy meals a day will not fulfill your nutrient needs. Most often we skip meals especially when at work or in college. We start our day on empty stomach but our work or stress or activity is never reduced. This causes weakness and lack of energy levels. Food is our source of energy and if you don't eat well as per your needs you are going to get deficient in many nutrients. So, start by eating the right foods at the right time. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Sleep well.    Exercise at least thrice a week.

Follow these best tips to get thick hairs and to prevent hair fall ; • Add protein containing items in your foods for healthy hair growth such as take a bowl of cereal daily and a glass of milk or 100 gm cheese or 1-2 eggs.. • Practice Yogasans like SARWANGASANA only under the guidance of Expert. • you can use MAHABHRINGRAJ TEL of BAIDYANATH COMPANY and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. It increases blood circulation in your scalp and enhances hair growth. • Avoid the excess use of products such as hair colours or shampoo. * Apply the egg yolk to the scalp atleast once a week. It gives nourishment to hair root and enhances hair growth.

In general, most cases of fatigue \weakness \ laziness may be attributed to three areas: lifestyle factors, medical conditions or psychological problems. A thorough assessment is needed in all three factors to get to the actual cause of weakness. Your diet and day to day life style also is very crucial for right diagnosis.

I am 19 year old male. I have these headaches, these are due to gastric problem or tension. My eyes start paining very easily after using laptop for few minutes and sometime I also have this anxiety problem. Like sometime when I am with my friends or family. It feels like am I really belong here, and then it become hard to breath. And I also have this suicidal mind more than 10 times a day I feel like ending my life. I already lost interest in my classes/studies. I do not like to do anything new. And sometime I become depressed but sometime not very frequently. So I am asking that it is possible that these all problems are made up by my brain. Because when I become angry I harm myself like I punch on the wall, or scratch myself till bleeding or beat myself up with stick. That make my headache low. But sometime I do it these thing without any situation. Sometime my hand shake, I think that is due to my smoking habit but I am not chain smoker. So please tell me is there any problem or just my mind playing with me.

You are indulging in self-harm which is providing you temporary relief from headache. Has something traumatic happened in your early life? I will suggest you to visit a psychiatrist as soon as possible. You may need some medications to stabilize before you can begin with psychotherapy. You need to go for counselling to talk about the real issues bothering you deep inside. Do help yourself.
