I am a seasoned teacher with 16 years experience. I am 41 years old . I suffer from interiorised stammering and extreme nervousness and social phobia. I can not mingle properly though I have wonderful creative ideas to share . Stammering is creating a hell lot of problem. Pls help me holistically and remove my malady.

There is a wound under my mom's armpit for last 1 week. It has hardened and doesn't have any pus in it and also not getting pressed by hands or other simple means. If it could be pressed easily, an opening could have been made so as to apply some ointment to heal it. Please direct what kind of problem is that and how it could be treated in home. Hi, it's carbuncle in axila. Give her homoeo medicine: @ silicia1000-6 pills, wkly. @ heper sulph 30-6 pills, thrice a day. Apply hot water on the affected area, twice. Tk care.

Your problem can be due to stress / anxiety or due to physical cause. For physical cause you need to do some blood tests like sugar and hormones. Stop smoking if you smoke. If you are taking any medicine or nutritional supplement on regular basis then it may be due to side effect of that. To make your sex life interesting bring some variety in it.

Dear lybrateuser, - Do steam inhalation three times a day - avoid exposure to cold & dust, cold fluids - have more of warm fluids like water, milk( mix 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric in a cup of warm milk & have it twice a day), soup - take syrup Chericof, 2 teaspoonful three times a day - have 7-8 glasses of water for proper hydration - have a well balanced diet with more of fruits & vegetables including leafy greens & seasonal ones to boost your immunity.

Everyone is different. There's no set time, when you should have sex . The most important thing is to wait until you are physically and emotionally ready. You should ideally wait until any bleeding after the birth has stopped, which should be by about three weeks after your baby's birth. Take care .

Hello, you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem or may be Migraine Headache follow advises given below: You can take(If No drug allergy) : 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4.We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis consult physician for further management.

Getting enough quality sleep at the right times can help protect your mental health, physical health, quality of life, and safety. In children and teens, sleep also helps support growth and development. The damage from sleep deficiency can occur in an instant (such as a car crash), or it can harm you over time. For example, ongoing sleep deficiency can raise your risk for some chronic health problems. It also can affect how well you think, react, work, learn, and get along with others. Management: here are five tips everyone can use to help improve the quality of their sleep: keep your bedroom cool and dark put away/turn off all electronic devices while preparing for bedtime stick to a regular bedtime and wake time every day, even on weekends stop drinking caffeine by the early afternoon and avoid large late-night meals skip the late-afternoon nap, as it can make it harder to sleep at bedtime avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Do regular exercise. Go for a brisk walk in the morning. Medication: take schwabe's bacopa monierri 1x/ thrice daily and kali phos./ once daily at night for 1month. Insomni.

Boil 3 grams of fresh mint leaves or 1.5 grams of dried powder of mint leaves in 1 cup of water for 15-20 minutes. Take lukewarm with 1 teaspoon of honey at bedtime. Add ½ tsp of cinnamon powder and 1 tsp of honey with 1 cup of warm milk. Drink before going to bed. Massage your feet with lukewarm mustard oil 2-3 times a day and before going to bed. Take 1 teaspoon each of brahmi and ashwagandha powder in 2 cups of water, boil and reduce it to one cup and drink it daily in the morning. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of cumin on a sliced banana. Eat at night regularly. Drink plenty of fluids.

You are interacting too much about office work. You are neglecting your personal care. Everyone has personal office. Doctor has so many patients regularly. But always he takes very much care in all aspects. He does not confused. Doing work very systematically. He never takes his work into home. He relaxed when the work is over. He does not think about his patient's condition in home. Every day comes serious problems do or die situations. But he never take the situation in to home. Or never applied his personal status. It is professional life. So professional life is different from personal life. You are equating both professional and professional life status. Then it iscause of no sleep. It may affect on body also. So take rest when work is over. Relax very well in the middle of the work. Do not be tensed. Feel always comfortable. Be share your all feelings with your friends and family members. Be happy all the time. Do some good exercises. Practice yoga and meditation also. Ok all the best.

How to avoid sleep disturbance?

How to avoid sleep disturbance?
Ideal sleep duration is maximum six to seven hours a day.

The following tips help one to avoid sleep disturbance:

A) have bath regularly in evening after coming from work or before going to bed.
Early to bed and early to rise (awake) is a nice process for natural sleep cycle.

B) do not engage mind in active work or stressful talking at night before bed time.

C) do not engage mind in too much of computer work in night before bed time (for example, do not do stock market work in night).

D) do not read or view illicit or pornographic material at any time preferably.

E) do not take heavy meals in night. Best is to have heavy breakfast, lighter lunch and lightest dinner to maintain stomach rhythm which affects sleep. Vegetarian diet is best for good sleep.

F) do not over engage mind in television in night.

H) do not smoke cigarette, chew tobacco, tobacco containing masala, or similar intoxicants which can disturb rhythm of mind and disturb sleep cycle.

I) no tea or coffee in night (preferably cocoa and caffeine containing drinks should be totally avoided for best results).

J) listen to relaxing music and even then if you do not get sleep, then hear soothing stories or nice talks.

K) read books which not only calm the mind but also nourish the thinking process.

It is best not to depend on sleep medicines for sleep disturbance as in long run, they lead to dependency and increased disturbance.

Never rely on alcohol for sleep. Some people use alcohol to help them sleep, but that's not a good idea. At first, drinking alcohol may make you sleepy and help you fall asleep. But when you drink alcohol, you are more likely to wake up later in the night and have a hard time falling back asleep. This can leave you feeling tired the next day.
