No time for gym? try these 6 amazing tricks to stay in shape

Who says you need to go to the gym to be in shape? people were much fitter when gyms did not exist at all. The key here is being active or moving your body, which given our modern lifestyle seems hard to achieve. Going to the gym at a regular time each day is a focused way of getting your daily exercise. But it’s not the only way. You can have a fit and toned body by making certain changes in your daily lifestyle which will be a more fun and holistic way of embracing exercise. It also saves your gym expenses!

Here are some simple and fun ways to stay in shape without joining a gym:

1. Start simple home exercises

  • Skipping, jumps, squats, burpees and lunges are few simple exercises that will give you a great cardio workout.
  • If you want to tone your muscles, do bench presses, stomach crunches, squats and burpees.
  • Yoga is also a great way to tone up muscles and build strength.

2. Walk more

  • Walk to work if possible. If you need to use transport, park your car 1 km ahead of your workplace or get down two stops ahead if you use public transport.
  • Walk briskly to feel your heart pumping. Walk while speaking on your mobile phone.
  • Buy a pedometer or download a smartphone app to count your daily steps for motivation.
  • Doctors recommend a minimum of 10000 steps a day.

3. Stay active at your workplace

Some time it genetically, but pathology of hair loss is when heat increas in your blood. Due to to this heat hair root get dry and it fall. Hello, take belladonna 30, 3 drops, thrice daily. Use euphrasia 10 % eye drop. Instill 2 drops in each eye twice daily. Wash your eyes with cold water twice daily. Revert me after 1 week.

The problem is not with milk but the way you are feeding. Avoid bottle feeding & give milk with katori spoon along with semisolid foods at regulr intervals. Take care of hygeine in feeding, cleaning always. May give antivomiting medicine if needed.

1. Drink 100-500 ml of tender coconut water twice a day for relief from hyperacidity Mix equal parts of powdered fennel, licorice root, basil leaves and coriander seeds. Have ½ teaspoon of this mixture with ½ teaspoon of powdered rock candy (or unrefined sugar) 15 minutes before lunch and dinner. 2.Make a powdered mixture of equal parts of rock candy (or unrefined sugar), fennel, and green cardamom. Whenever you feel heartburn, mix 1 teaspoon of the mixture in a glass of cold milk and drink. 3.Avoid tea, coffee, and carbonated or alcoholic beverages.Especially stop drinking bed tea. 4.Avoid using garlic, ginger, onions, tomatoes, and vinegar in cooking. 5.Curd should be strictly avoided at night. 6. Practice Yoga and Pranayama such as Vajrasana, Bhujangasana, Salabhasana, Bhastrika Pranayama,Shitali Pranayama and Shitkari Pranayama. 7.Drink plenty of fluids and water. 8. Avoid constipation. 9. Revert back after 10 days. Take Care.

symptoms of dengue fever.high grade fever,skin rash,fatigue,bodyache,pain in eyes.nausea/vomiting, you can take tab. Combiflaim twice a day . Tests..ns1,mp,cbc. After tests you can take antibiotics by doctor. Never take asprin medicines in fever and cold now a days. feel cold then cover body with warm cloths, avoid dust area, clean body, change cloths daily, change bed sheet daily, avoid stress.avoid non-veg.,avoid alcohol intake if smokes avoid also that. Cold sponging if get high fever. drink warm water, juice,green veg. Hi, bronchitis/ asthma can be treated well with homoeopathic medicines completely, only need to be regular with the medication and avoid those foods/ things to which you are allergic to for sometime. Keep taking your already on going medication, reduce it gradually and slowly once homoeopathic starts acting. Take bakson's astha-aid drops/ 10-15 drops in 1/2 cup water/ thrice d day for 1 month. Report me back after a month.

Lybrate-user, glucose levels mentioned are very high, showing he has uncontrolled diabetes. Ideally fasting blood glucose should be closer to 100 mg, pp 150 to 160 mg / ml& hba1c% <7. If such control is not achieved then over a period long term complications of diabetes set in. So it is essential to bring his glucose levels as close to the ones mentioned above. As regards eating fruits, normally fruits are advised to be taken when blood glucose level is in excellent control. Fruits permitted are water melon, pomegranate, orange, sweet lime, apple, pear, guava and papaya. Fruits to be avoided are banana, mango, grapes and chikkoo. Maximum daily recommended amount is 100 g a day that too when in proper control.
