1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like Egg, Yougurt and Lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5.Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6.Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7.You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8.You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain ph balance of your hair. 9.Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. Eat things rich in Vitamin C like amla and oranges. 10.Drink lots of water to flush out toxins from the body.

Dear, shampoos and oils do not make much change because, they hardly penetrate layers of skin, where roots (live part of hair) are present. Instead concentrate on food, if all other factors are fine. -protein rich diet, dry fruits-almonds, dates.

Acne is a common problem in your age group. With regular treatment, we can bring them under control. Avoid Oily diet, Junk food, Stress, Picking acne, Steroid application and Inadequate sleep. You should visit a Dermatologist for an adequate prescription. You may be advised some procedures also.

First we hav to work on ur digestive system...Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day...Follow up after 1week...drink plenty of fluids..avoid constipation.

Tips To Manage Your Hair

Hair fall and its management-hair strands falling more than 100 a day is called problem.

Try to find out the type and  reason for your hair fall:

There can be many types like male pattern baldness, female pattern baldness, alopecia areata, cicatricial alopecia, diffuse hair loss,

  • Take the help of your doctor ,go for some investigations if required as suggested by your physician.

Diet:

  • Take diet rich in protein and iron as it is the food for hairs.
  • Eggs, pulses, paneer, dates ,flax seeds ,kiwi is good for hairs, in some cases some nutrition  suppliments are necessary ask your physician.

Shampoo:

  • Wash  with mild shampoo 2-3 times a week minimum, in dandruff case use antidandruff one.

Combing :

  • Do not comb when it is wet, as wet hairs are more prone to breakage .
  • Avoid using blow driers, colours, sunexposure.

Here are a few tips to consider before starting abdominal exercises:

Tighten your stomach muscles by drawing in your belly button to your spine this helps stabilize your hips, pelvis and lower back as well as strengthening your deepest abdominal muscle (transverse abdominus).

Avoid lifting with your neck muscles make sure to keep your chin tucked in a neutral position with a space between your chin and chest.

Avoid flexion exercises if you have been diagnosed with osteoporosis. A standard abdominal crunch is an example of a flexion exercise that can be harmful on your lower back if you have osteoporosis. Please contact your doctor first before starting any abdominal exercise program.

If you can't do an exercise with proper form, wait until you are stronger and start with easier exercises. You can easily injure your lower back or neck if you try to perform exercises that are too advanced. Start with the exercises you can do with good form.

Discontinue any exercise that increases your pain. If any abdominal exercise increases pain in your lower back, abdomen, pelvis or hips, discontinue the exercise and consult your doctor or medical professional.
Remember to exercise your abdominal muscles like you would any other muscle about three to four times per week. There is no need to do 100 sit-ups everyday! choose about five of the exercises below or rotate them into your routine.

1. Eat healthy – eat fruits, vegetables, and a high protein diet 2. Destress yourself. 3. Sleep for at least 6-8 hrs a day. 4. Have an oil massage at least twice a week with coconut oil or any oil of your choice. Condition your hair after shampooing.

Start exercising everyday. You can start brisk walk for 20-3- mins. Repeat again in the evening. You can also learn Yoga (including pranayam and meditation) which can energize you and make you alert. Eat only healthy food and avoid junk food. Have fruits and vegetables everyday. Please maintain discipline in daily routine so that a natural rhythm is maintained. Have patience as it will take time for the body to set right the pattern. Sleep for 7-8 hrs at night (avoid gadgets at night time ). Your sleep pattern will get settled. You should also take good care of your overall health. So please go for a routine health checkup and some routine tests like CBC, ESR, blood sugar, Liver profile, thyroid test, and urine routine.
