I am 26 year women my skin is totally oily having lots of pores, please suggest some good moisturizing cream for daily use.

MD - Dermatology
Dermatologist, Pathanamthitta
Avoid cosmetics and over the counter face products. Overwashing won't remove pimples or spots. You need to use cold water and wash face with a salicylic acid containing wash twice a day and not more. It vil help reduce the oiliness to a large degree. U can also use a natural face pack of orange, honey and curd for fifteen minutes once a week and wash it off. This vil decrease the oil, whiten and moisturise ur skin.

Hi, My age is 20yrs, 5.2" Height, body weight 47kg, My boobs are so small, I want to increase it. How can I increase it without Surgery? Is there any way works?

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)
Homeopath, Ludhiana
First of all try to increase your weight by 7-8 Kg as you are underweight according to your height and age----------------- Exercises for increasing breast size--- 1. Build your pectoral muscles. Building the pectoral (chest) muscles underneath your breasts with regular strength training exercise can help improve the size, firmness, and perkiness of the overlying breast. Below are two sample exercises you may want to try out: •Chest presses: Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor. Hold one dumbbell in each hand with your elbows bent at a 90 degree angle. Use your chest muscles to lift the weights up toward the ceiling and touch them together. Lower the weights to their starting position slowly and smoothly. Do 3 sets of 12-15 reps 3-5 times per week. •Push-ups: Get on your hands and knees. Stretch your legs behind you and balance on the tips of your feet. Bend your arms to lower your body toward the ground. Use your arms and chest to return back to the original position. Keep your back straight and your hips elevated so that your body stays in a straight line. You can lower your knees to the ground if standard push-ups are too hard. Do 3 sets of 12-15 reps 3-5 times per week. 2. Also focus on your back and shoulder muscles. Your chest muscles aren't the only ones you should work. In general, when strength training, you'll want to ensure that you exercise all of your major muscle groups each week to ensure maximum total-body strength and prevent injury. In addition, toning muscle groups besides those in your chest can also have positive effects on your bust size. For instance, strengthening your shoulder and back muscles can give your upper body a toned, firm appearance and make it easier to maintain pert, erect posture. Both of these can make your breasts appear bigger and more shapely. Get started working your back and shoulders with the sample exercises below: •Y Raise: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Hold one dumbbell with each hand in front of each thigh. In a smooth, controlled movement, raise the dumbbells out in front of you and over your head into a" Y" shape. Keep your core firm and maintain an erect posture as you do this. Complete the exercise by lowering the weights back into their starting position slowly. Do 3 sets of 15-20 reps 3-5 times per week. •Renegade Row: Grab two dumbbells and get into push-up position with straight arms. Keeping your hips stationary, pull one dumbbell from the floor up to your chest, keeping your elbow tucked against your body. Lower the dumbbell back to the ground and repeat with the opposite arm. Do 3 sets of 12-15 reps 3-5 times per week. 3. Don't worry about becoming bulky. It's a common myth that women can become bulky, muscle-bound, and unattractive from strength-training exercise. In fact, it's almost impossible for women to get big, burly muscles without becoming professional body builders or using steroids. Women don't produce as much of the hormone testosterone as men, making it much more difficult for them to naturally put on big muscles. While women are perfectly capable of becoming stronger and more toned, they generally have to have the schedules of professional athletes (or use steroids) to even begin to appear muscly in a masculine way. 4. If you are thin, consider gaining weight. Breasts are comprised primarily of fatty connective tissue. Like the rest of the fatty tissue on the body, this is eventually lost as a woman loses weight. If you are thin and have small breasts, putting on just a few extra pounds of fat can help fill out your breasts. However, you'll want to avoid an all-out weight-gaining binge, as the negative effects of rapid weight gain and obesity are numerous. Your best bet is to increase your calorie intake moderately for a week or two, then judge your results. If you don't like any changes you see, return to your previous diet. •However, it's important to note that all women carry their weight differently. Some women gain weight in their thighs, belly, or elsewhere before gaining weight in their chest. •It is important to follow a healthy diet even if you are trying to gain weight. Increase your intake of lean proteins, healthy fats, and complex carbohydrates, rather than foods rich in unhealthy fats and sugars. In addition, always remember to stay active. I recommend about 2 hours and 30 minutes of aerobic exercise per week along with at least two sessions of strength-training. 5. Don't believe the" spot-reducing" myth. It's an unfortunately common belief that it is possible to burn fat in certain areas of the body by selectively exercising those areas. In fact, there is no such thing as spot-reduction — you can fat or lose fat from your body as a whole, but you can't gain or lose it just from certain areas.] This concept has been repeatedly debunked by scientific research. So, if you're trying to get bigger breasts, don't waste time trying to spot-reduce in other areas of your body. It just won't work! •While you can't selectively gain or lose fat by targeting certain areas of the body, you can selectively build muscle by targeting certain areas with strength training exercises. However, keep in mind that most people look their best (and are less at risk for injury) when they have a balanced, varied workout routine. Homoeopathic medicine SABAL SERR Q (Dr Reckeweg) Drink 20 drops in 20 ml fresh water 3 times daily B-SHAPE CREAM (BAKSON) masage with this cream twicedaily.

How to cure vitiligo? Actually I got my hand burnt with fire cracker two years ago and now it appears a lot like vitiligo ie there are white patches in my hand. I am using melbuild and tolenorm oil but the impact is ver less. Because it's been 2 years and much of the area is still white.

BHMS
Sexologist, Noida
While red clay aids in re-pigmentation, ginger juice serves to increase blood flow to the affected spots. VI) Copper treated water: Drinking water stored overnight in copper utensils is effective in promotes production of melanin by melanocytes and is effective in toning the skin of a vitiligo affected person.

5 Natural tips to prevent hair loss

BHMS

5 Natural tips to prevent hair loss
It's better to use natural products to stop hairfall than to go in for expensive parlour treatments, that may not help the problem. 1. Hot oil treatments: take any natural oil - olive, coconut, canola - and heat it up so that it is warm, but not too hot. Massage it gently into your scalp. Put on a shower cap and leave it on for an hour, then shampoo your hair.

2. Natural juices: you can rub your scalp with either garlic juice, onion juice or ginger juice. Leave it on overnight and wash it thoroughly in the morning.

3. Get a head massage: massaging your scalp for a few minutes daily will help stimulate circulation. Good circulation in the scalp keeps hair follicles active. Circulation may be improved through massage by using a few drops of lavender or bay essential oil in an almond or sesame oil base.

4. Antioxidants: apply warm green tea (two bags brewed in one cup of water) on your scalp and leave this mixture on for an hour and then rinse. Green tea contains antioxidants which prevent hair loss and boost hair growth.

5. Practice meditation: believe it or not, most of the times, the root cause for hair loss is stress and tension. Meditation can help in reducing that and restore hormonal balance.

I want to do something from now. Because I know all thing effects slowly.

MBBS, MD - MD- Skin & VD
Dermatologist, Ahmedabad
Hello, you are in your 7th month, please stop worrying about your appearance for some time. These changes are just normal during pregnancy. If husband is not satisfied, he should understand that you have his baby inside you and such changes should be welcome. Please do not stress about these things, any strong cream can affect the baby. I am sure the medicines suggested by the doctor would be mild, to avoid causing complications like weight fluctuation. You should practice yoga (very slow practice), apply body butter on all your problem areas like butt, inner thighs and stretch marks. Once you deliver the baby, you can start taking care of your beauty once again, you can even go for laser treatments later to make your skin as smooth and radiant as it ever was. Just be patient, this is a difficult time but you have to deal with it.

Chicken pox marks can easily be controlled by implementing below given methods in your life style.Being a homoeopath I will suggest you a cream alongwith which will help you along with this natural applicators. • Tomato and Lemon Juice. These fruits have natural bleaching properties which greatly reduce and whitens black spot marks. To use, simply apply a small amount using a cotton applicator (Q-tip). Apply the juices on the dark spots only and avoid touching the surrounding skin especially if you have a darker complexion. You don't want to bleach the surrounding skin.. • Aloe Vera. The aloe Vera is one of the most effective natural remedy to remove black spots caused by chicken pox. The aloe Vera efficiently nourishes the skin and enhance the regenerative properties of the skin. To use, simply apply the aloe Vera gel on your skin. • Hydration. Taking enough fluids (10 to 12 glasses) will make your body properly hydrated, which also enhances the functions of the cells in the body. • Vitamin E supplement. Vitamin E greatly enhances the ability of the skin to regenerate and efficiently makes it healthier. A daily vitamin E supplement will help you remove the dark spots on your skin. .ANTIMARKS CREAM ( BIOVALLEY) Apply at night in circular fashion on spots. Report after 2 months
