Eat a high-fiber diet. Get insoluble and soluble fiber. Limit foods that are high in fat. Choose lean meats. Incorporate probiotics into your diet. Eat on schedule. Stay hydrated.

What you are having is acute insomnia so don't worry for that. Causes of acute insomnia can include: 1. Significant life stress (job loss or change, death of a loved one, divorce) 2. Illness (Emotional or physical) 3. Environmental factors like noise, light, or extreme temperatures (hot or cold) that interfere with sleep 4. Some medications (for example those used to treat colds, allergies, depression, high blood pressure, and asthma) may interfere with sleep. 5. Interferences in normal sleep schedule (jet lag or switching from a day to night shift, for example) So first thing is to avoid any such cause, secondly eating healthy Balanced diet, regular exercise, drinking plenty water, with this have a fixed time for sleeping and waking, better early to bed and early to rise. But in spite of all this you can go for constitutional homoeopathic treatment which eradicates disease from root giving you the minutest dose of medicine which breaks up your tendency to have insomnia.

There is no medications to prevent thalassemia. There r various types of thalassemia. Mention your hb level. And your symptoms. You hv to beware during marriage. Your wife shld be obviously non thalassemic. As there is a risk of born of a thalassemic baby.

Nothing to be worried but if you are obese and family history of stroke or heart attack then need cardiological consultation with lipid progile and tmt.

First thing, quit smoking, by throwing your cigarette pack. Get your bp, lipid profile checked. We need to know your exact weight. A good nutritious diet cannot negate the ill effects of smoking.

Mosquito bite spreads the dengue virus. So use mosquito net and wear full sleeve shirts in the evening (as goes in the army in field areas: sun down. Sleeves down). Check for any mosquito breeding places. Wrap the septic tank and underground water storage tank's exit pipes with a thin piece of net so that the mosquitoes can't get entry there to breed. Unfortunately so far there is no vaccine nor any treatment available for dengue. Prevention is the only means.

Need to take a balanced diet 1. Papaya both the papaya fruit and its leaves can help increase a low platelet count within just a few days. In 2009, researchers at the asian institute of science and technology in malaysia found that papaya leaf juice can increase the platelet count of people diagnosed with dengue fever. Eat ripe papaya or drink a glass of papaya juice with a little lemon juice 2 or 3 times daily. You can also pound a few papaya leaves without the stalk using a pestle and mortar to extract the juice. Drink 2 tablespoons of this bitter juice 2 times a day. 2. Wheatgrass according to a 2011 study published in international journal of universal pharmacy and life sciences, wheatgrass can be beneficial in increasing platelet count. In fact, it can produce significant increases in hemoglobin, red blood cell, total white blood cell and differential white blood cell counts. This happens because wheatgrass is high in chlorophyll with a molecular structure almost identical to the hemoglobin molecule in human blood. Simply drink cup of wheatgrass juice mixed with a little lemon juice daily. Pumpkin pumpkin is another helpful food to improve your low platelet count. It is rich in vitamin a that helps support proper platelet development. It also regulates the proteins produced in the cells, which is important to raise the platelet level. In glass of fresh pumpkin juice, add 1 teaspoon of honey and drink it 2 or 3 times a day. Also, include pumpkin in your diet by adding pumpkin puree to soups, stews, smoothies and baked goods. 4. Spinach spinach is a good source of vitamin k which is often used to help treat low platelet disorder. Vitamin k is required for proper blood clotting. Thus, it reduces the risk of excessive bleeding. Boil 4 or 5 leaves of fresh spinach in 2 cups of water for a few minutes. Allow it to cool, and mix in 1/2 glass of tomato juice. Drink it 3 times a day. Also, enjoy this green vegetable in salads, green smoothies, side dishes or soups. 5. Vitamin c to increase your platelet count, you need to increase your intake of vitamin c, also known as ascorbic acid. A study published in 1990 in the japanese journal of hematology stated that vitamin c improves platelet count. Being a powerful antioxidant, high doses of vitamin c also prevent free-radical mediated damage of the platelets. Your body requires 400 to 2, 000 mg of vitamin c per day, depending on your age and overall health. Eat foods high in vitamin c like lemons, oranges, tomatoes, can notaloupes, kiwi, spinach, bell peppers and broccoli. You may also take vitamin c in supplement form daily, but only after consulting your doctor. 6. Indian gooseberries a popular ayurvedic remedy to raise your platelet count is indian gooseberries, also known as amla. The vitamin c in amla can help increase the production of platelets and boost your immune system. Eat 3 to 4 gooseberries on an empty stomach every morning. Alternatively, mix together 2 tablespoons each of amla juice and honey. Drink it 2 or 3 times daily. You can also eat homemade jam or pickles made with fresh indian gooseberries.

My child boys penis cover cannot remove back from birth time to till date, I ask many doctors they ask to throw water on it while the baby will get bath, just try to little force to push back. Even at age 5 some one doctor try to shape to wide by some gel etc. And say the skin at the sensitive area are thin so go for operations. We avoid the surgery. Till the time not solve the issues.

Your son has" phimosis" it is the inability of the fore skin of the penis to retract back. At age of 5 years you should not be worried too much about this unless - he has repeated urine infections or redness around the tip of penis - pain during urination etc. If he has no such problems you can safely wait for few years and later decide what to do? surgical correction by" circumcission" is a cure for phimosis.

I experience severe pain in my right leg heel when I get up from sitting position and lasts for 15-20 min. I don't experience this pain while standing/walking/working. I consulted one orthopedic doctor and without any x-ray or anything, he told it could be due to vitamin D deficiency which appeared very strange to me. Can someone pls guide me.

Ankle stretch calves get a custom made insole. Hams stretching. Sports taping. Hot fomentation. Keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

Hi, take tab. Dolo 650 mg 1-1-1 after food for 1-2 days. Keep recording your temparature. If it is too high, do tepid sponging. Wear loose cotton garments. Drink plenty of fluids. Consume light and easily digestable food. Drink boiled and cooled water.
