Dear lybrateuser, -take a nutritious diet so that you don't feel exhausted & tired after the whole day, have 5-6 small meals which can include snacks such as fruit, sprouts, salad, sandwich, dry fruits, have 7-8 glasses of water -avoid more than 2-3 cups of tea, coffee if you consume more -do regular exercises walking, jogging, cycling for 20-30 min, also do yoga, deep breathing exercisesfor atleast 5-10 min in the morning. -drink a warm glass of milk before going to bed, avoid use of tv, mobile before bedtime, instead read or listen to music so that you fall asleep quickly -have dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime, keep your sleep & wake up time fixed.

Follow the following medication and guidelines----Start the treatment with single dose of Tuberculinum 1M.After 1 week of this take the below:- * First week- you should take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops , single dose, morning empty stomach. *second week- take Thuja 1M,drops, single dose , morning empty stomach. *third week- Again take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *fourth week- take Thuja 1M, 5 drops , single dose, morning empty stomach. *Take Rite -hite tablets from SBL,2-2 tabs , two times daily. *Bio combination no. 21, 4 -4 tabs daily , two times. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. * plenty of fluids, frequent smaller meals, yoga and exercise regime and adequate sleep is also important. 1.Take bland diet, Avoid spicy, oily, fried and Junk food 2 Eat and drink slowly. 3.Avoid carbonated Drink like soda/ Beer, chewing gum, sucking hard candy etc, 5.Avoid gas forming food like onion, bean , peas, lentil, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli,mushroom,whole wheat bread 6. .Avoid stress, anxiety 7.stop smoking 8. To lighten the appearance of stretch marks – 1.Scrub the area lightly once a day. You can use some natural ingredients like gramflour, turmeric mixed with some milk to scrub the area. 2.Apply Vitamin E oil or warm olive oil on the area. 3.Apply Aloe Vera gel once a day on the area 4.Cocoa butter mixed with wheat germ oil is also very good at maintaining the skin health and reduce appearance of the skin. 5.You can also apply creams like Elastoderm stretch mark cream to reduce the appearance of stretch marks. Apply this cream daily to see results in few months. 6.Consume diet that is rich in vitamin E, omega 3 and 6 and other skin friendly vitamins like vitamin E and A. 7.Keep yourself hydrated. Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water to keep your skin soft and supple.

I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months and for loosing weight few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast , khaari ,naan ,white bread . can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water

Hi previously I had a problem with sleep. Doc prescribed me antidepressants. I had left those last year. Now I m not taking any antidepressants from last 1 year almost. As I use to fear about its side effects in near future in pregnancy and all. Right now I use to feel very tired, low energy, very bad sleep so I m again going to start citalopram at a very lowest dose. I use to fear about its sideeffects in conceiving and all. Hi regards my opinion 1. Always keep a psychiatrist (good knowledgeable) opinion ready when you start and stop ny medications as the medications differs now and then, there are many new medications that has fewer side effects' as well no teratogenic potential. 2. When you plan to for pregnancy gett combined opinion of obstetrician, an md medicine and psychiatrist regarding medications and complications regarding childbirth. 3 most important. Why do you have depression. Treat it. Believe behavioural therapy is equally important as medications ir if will power allows you can be completely free of your symptoms. Get good counselling done and regular follow up. 4. You might be free of depression till your planned pregnancy or being a mother itself sure will make you free of your symptoms.

5 Ways To Control Lower Back Pain

The lower back region of your body contains many important supportive structures to carry your upper body weight and also transfer the weight to the hips and the legs. This weight is primarily carried by lower vertebrae of the spine along with muscles and ligaments. There are many important nerves running through the spine which perform important functions of the nervous system. Lower back pain could be caused if any of the above is adversely affected.

Causes of Lower Back Pain

If you sprain your ligaments or muscles it could cause lower back pain. Curvature of the spine could also affect the nerves within the spine, pressing up against them, thus causing pain. Some of the common causes include poor posture, arthritis, fracture, improper lifting, or a ruptured disk among others. There are no variable symptoms associated with this condition but only one, which is pain in the lower back.

Tips to Control Lower Back Pain:

  1. Restorative sleep: Getting lots of sleep or rest is a great way to correct lower back pain, especially the ones caused by muscles or tendon wear and tear. Paradoxically, irregular sleep might aggravate your lower back pain. Make a strict sleep routine and stick to it. Make sure to get at least 8 hours of sleep and more if prescribed by the doctor to reduce the pain and let the body heal itself.

  2. Exercise is the key: Your lower spine is supported by the muscles residing in your back and abs. These muscles need to be strengthened through exercise, during the period of a normal day. There are a wide range of exercises which can be performed for about 30 minutes to keep your core muscles engaged and provide relief to the nerves of your lower back.

  3. Heat Therapy: Heat therapy brings nutrients and stimulates blood flow to the affected area. There are several forms of heat therapy like a hot shower, heating pad, heat wrap, hot water bag, or soaking the affected area in a hot-tub which provides warmth and heals your lower back.

  4. Cold Therapy: This therapy helps to reduce the pain to a great extent. It is defined as a process of ice pack application on the affected area which decreases inflammation by slowing down the nerve impulses. It reduces pain and by allowing you to rest also help in healing.

  5. Correcting your posture: It is very important for you correct your posture as spinal deformities arising from years of bad posture is a leading cause of lower back pain. Try to sit in a corrective posture and slowly increase the time that you can spent in that posture until good posture becomes your default.

I feel very hungry even after eating full meal. The hunger causes lower back pain. I have done sugar test recently and it shows 180 fasting and 187 after food. Please suggest some method to reduce my hunger and pain. I am taking frequent meals also but that also not helping me.

this pain is due to indigestion of meal whatever you taken so first of all you should follow some basic thing 1.avoid=hot and cold at time 2.less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3.dont drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4.avoid late nght sleep take following remedies 1.triphala kadha 4 tsp before lunch and dinner 2.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach
