After how many days after having unsafe sex, can pregnancy kit results be reliable?

PGD IN ULTRAASONOGRAPHY, Non invasive cardiology course, MD - Medicine, MBBS

If you have irregular period or are not sure when you ovulated, you can do a urine home pregnancy test 14 days after you last had unprotected sex. However for accuracy of result, it is recommended to do the test 21 days after intercourse. For those of you who want to test earlier than a urine test, you can visit your doctor for a blood pregnancy test which can help you determine if you are positive within 3-4 days after implantation or about 6-8 days after fertilization and ovulation.

Health tip: don't skip your breakfast. Breakfast skippers tend to gain weight. A balanced breakfast includes fresh fruit or fruit juice, a high-fibre breakfast cereal, low-fat milk or yoghurt, whole-wheat toast, and a boiled egg.

Polycystic ovary syndrome is a problem in which a woman's hormones are out of balance. It can cause problems with your periods and make it difficult to get pregnant. PCOS also may cause unwanted changes in the way you look. If it isn't treated, over time it can lead to serious health problems, such as diabetes and heart disease. Most women with PCOS grow many small cysts on their ovaries. That is why it is called polycystic ovary syndrome. The cysts are not harmful but lead to hormone imbalances. Early diagnosis and treatment can help control the symptoms and prevent long-term problems. The cause of PCOS is not fully understood, but genetics may be a factor. PCOS seems to run in families, so your chance of having it is higher if other women in your family have it or have irregular periods or diabetes. PCOS can be passed down from either your mother's or father's side. Symptoms tend to be mild at first. You may have only a few symptoms or a lot of them. The most common symptoms are: •Acne. •Weight gain and trouble losing weight. •Extra hair on the face and body. Often women get thicker and darker facial hair and more hair on the chest, belly, and back. •Thinning hair on the scalp. •Irregular periods. Often women with PCOS have fewer than nine periods a year. Some women have no periods. Others have very heavy bleeding. •Fertility problems. Many women who have PCOS have trouble getting pregnant (infertility). •Depression. Abdominal sonography and blood tests of hormones should be done for diagnosis. Ayurvedic and Panchakarma treatment regular exercise, healthy foods, and weight control are the key treatments for PCOS. Treatment can reduce unpleasant symptoms and help prevent long-term health problems. Take 1) Kumari asav 20 ml after food with water 2) pushpadhanwa ras 500 mg twice day Feel free to consult privately for any queries or treatment guidelines. Thank you.

Hi my weight is so much and can I get diet plan please due to that got a periods problem.
Hello, Generally, for teenagers, ie, 16 to 19 years its 40 to 45 kgs, 20 to 22 years its 45 to 50 kgs and for 23 to 45 years 51 to 55 kgs can be okay (in consideration with height). Since you haven't mentioned your age height and present weight I am not been able to tell you what can be your ideal weight. Yes, obesity and/or over weight do hamper monthly cycles, infact in today's scenario more and more cases are coming up with the exact same problem you are facing. The only solution is to get rid of the extra fat as soon as possible. It is better to live your life with a proper functioning body than bearing it. To get rid of fat, firstly you need to cut down your fast food intakes, refined food intake and/or having deep fried foods. Next even if you are having food outside home go for such a food preference that consists of least amount of harmful fats (or fats that are difficult to shed off from our body). Some fats from mutton and/or red meat, butter, full cream are difficult to shed off. Also, the oil in deep fried foods possess threat when consumed regularly. All the best and remember self help is the best help so start helping yourself out of this situation, tell your heart that you can and take a step other steps will follow there after. Take care. I hope this will be helpful to you. Thank you. Have a nice day!
