Hi. I understand your concerns. Asthma is chronic and a common problem causing symptoms. You will need to undergo a detailed examination and investigations like chest x ray to look for infection. If it's normal then you will need to undergo pulmonary function test which is needed for diagnosis and also to assess severity of asthma based on which treatemnt can be started. Consult a pulmonologist for the same. Thanks.

But this sort of depression does not stay for long. This depression gets cleared within a span of some weeks. The best option for you is to undergo counseling and depression related therapy. Hi… apply mixture of onion and lemon juice on the scalp, @take 200 ml of fresh buttermilk after meals, @take 30-40 black currants and 1 tsf of jaggery during meals, @take fresh juice of beet or pomegranate in morning instead of breakfast, @take 20 ml of BHRUNGARAJASAVA and 2 tablets of raktastambhak vati after meals, @use vatajatadi taila and rootz shampoo, do all these things for 30 days…it gives you good result…thanks.

Follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. Take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder with milk once a day.

1)By perusal of about 200 health related questions, asked by young people it is revealed that there are three major concerns for them. Namely a) Getting rid of Pimples b) Getting rid of Obesity c) Search of fuller and muscular body. 2)Most questioners seek treatment of Pimples in some creams, or lotions. They are informed that pimples are caused by oily skin and closed pores. So reduced oil on skin and opening pores will cure them. 3)But how erroneous is this approach is demonstrated by failure of the treatment based upon the above theory. The funny part is when nothing can prevent the recurrence the blame is placed upon hormonal imbalance for which there is no definite cure. 4)What is forgotten is that the skin is also a part of the body and therefore if skin is afflicted in any way, it must be a manifestation of the problem of the entire body and not just skin. 5)Once this principle is accepted the emphasis is shifted to whole body and not to just the skin. 6)And then the line of treatment becomes logical and also successful. 7)Almost all cases of pimples are taken care of by the health tips of this month’s News Letter. By adopting this line of treatment, not only the pimples will go, general health will also improve. HEALTH TIPS: Line of treatment for pimples: 1)Start with washing the face 5-6 times a day. 2)Take an enema for first 6 six days. 3)Eat only fruits for these six days. Still better course will be to sustain on plain water for 2-3 days and then start on fruit diet. 4)Apply steam on the face once every day for first six days and then twice a week. The method for applying steam is as follows: 5)Take a vessel (Topia or Pateela or Bhagona) of about 2 kg capacity. Fill it half by water and put it to full boil. When water starts to boil cover the vessel and put it on a table. The patient sits on a chair and covers his head, shoulders, upper back and the vessel by a thick multi folded bed cover. It should be large enough to not to let the steam escape from sides. Open the vessel cover a little at a time, keeping the face close to the vessel. Inhale steam through mouth and exhale through nose. Continue opening the vessel a little more at a time till it is completely open and the flow of steam stops. Wash the face with cold water. 6)Come back to regular food but completely avoid spicy, fried foods. Eat lots of salads (not less than 200 gms with every meal) and fruits. Avoid fried foods, sugar and maida. 7)If you continue this way not only the pimples will go, the general health will also improve. The patients will experience reduced bouts of cold and cough. Sinus congestion will also be removed. 8)The obesity matter is already discussed many times in the past. The search for fuller muscular body will be taken up later. CAUTION: 1)Dengue and rains have become synonymous in India. It stops only when the winter sets in. 2)The Municipal Authorities and Government health departments try to stop it by killing of mosquitoes and by distributing vaccines etc. 3)Whatever they do neither the reach can be wide enough nor the effectiveness is assured. 4)More over many people believe that the whole exercise is just futile. In recent years many virus are stopped but all of them are replaced by new ones, which are more potent and more dangerous. 5)This vicious circle is continuing unabated. 6)In fact all efforts should be towards improved hygiene and improvement of immunity levels. 7)When will the governments understand it and take proper steps, no one knows, but as an individual, everyone can do a lot to achieve better immunity levels. 8)Do not take antibiotics without proper advice. Once started do not quit them without completing the course. 9)Follow the advice from this NL for Navaratry routine, twice every year. It will surely improve immunity levels. 10)Rains call for Chai Pakoras. Please avoid them. These are doing no good to anyone. Eat light and exercise regularly. MONTH’S RECEPIE: Water melon juice: Prepare watermelon juice in a juicer which does not separate the pulp but converts it into semi liquid so that it can be taken as a part of juice. Cut some watermelon in small pieces of less than half inch. Mix with juice. Have some mint leaves, duly washed and cut. Pour the juice in glasses and garnish with mint leaves. Serve chilled. This delicious juice is a mine full of antioxidants, nutrients and fiber. If desired, one can also add some lemon juice and salt.

Hi, Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i. E. Cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. For body, use Schwabe's Skin care soap. Prevention: -Take healthy food only and avoid unhealthy ones (although sebaceous glands are not excretory glands then as well!) as what you eat is reflected on your face! -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension as it encourages secretion of stress hormone in the body as thus affects skin or any other tissue of the body. -Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water in a day. -Take 6-8hrs. Of sound sleep everyday. -Don't use others towels, handkerchief on your face as well as never share yours. -Never ever rub your face as it damages the skin (even towel should be dab on skin softly) and break outs of acne get worsened! -Maintain hygiene, wash your face 2-3times in a day, changes the pillow covers, bed sheet daily, use cotton bed sheet only (try to sleep on your back). Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 30 days.

Fever does not mean presence of infection. There are many situations where there may be fever without infection and hence needs no antibiotics.
Sepsis is a clinical syndrome, which results from the disregulation of inflammatory response to an infection. The temperature is between 36°C to 38.30°C. Heart rate is often more than 90 per minute.
Symptomatic inflammatory response syndrome means a clinical syndrome, which results from disregulated inflammatory response to any infections such as inflammation of the pancreas, inflammation of the vessels, clot formations in the veins.
Many antibiotics can cause fever; unless they are discontinued, fever will not subside.
Hyperthermia is a condition with elevated body temperature but it is not called fever. Examples are exposure to heat or heat stroke and in response to anesthetic drugs and anti?psychotic drugs.
Hyperthermia may not respond to anti?fever drugs.
When fever is more than 41.5°C, it is acute hyperpyrexia.
Hyperpyrexia is usually seen in patients with severe infections but it may also occur in brain hemorrhage. It responds to anti?fever drugs.
High temperature without infection is found in condition of hyperfunctioning of thyroid gland.
Recreational drugs such as Ecstasy can also cause fever without any infection.
Mild fever can also occur after exertion.

Hi. Dark circles can be temporary (means happens after any recent or chronic diseases or underlying medical condition, insufficient sleep, nutritional deificiency, working long hrs. On computer, lack of rest, stress/ tension, etc.) which can be improved by fixing the underlying cause or the problem or can be inherited from your parent's genes which can't be treated or cured! management: eat healthy and on time. Avoid junk. Drink plenty of water (as dehydration can cause dull or patchy skin). Sleep well. Wear anti-glare spectacles while working on computer. Reduce your stress/ tension through yoga, meditation or any other excercises (it not only improves your blood circulation, but also reduces the production of stress hormones by the body as well as increases happy hormones in the body). I advise you proper diet and, recommend you to take tablet daily (nutrilite) after complete evaluation get check eyes for refractive error it may be due to stress this problem can be solved by meditation you can go for regular physical exercise.
