Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Hi, I am 20 years old female, and I have backache from last 2-3 months, I wen to the civil hospital in chandigarh and Dr. Just gave the medicine to me for 15 days. After 15 days I get back to that pain again. And I also having huge amount of hair falling and m also very very skinny. Please suggest how to get out fro these three problems.

For back pain do heat fermentation twice a day tk rest and muscle relaxant medicine. Avoid long sitting and toward bending do stretching exercise of spine after relief.

Take rest properly. Avoid prolonged sitting and standing. Avoid forward bending and lifting. Do spinal strengthening exercises. Take hot fermentation. Consult any best orthopedic. If no progress.

I am 25 year old guy and from last two days my lower neck is paining. I don't know the exact reason for that. What are all the symptoms for spinal tumor and what can I do for this?

1. Take one tablet of crocin pain relief sos after food upto a maximum of 3 tablets daily 2. Apply volini gel twice daily 3. Give warm compress locally 4. Take rest if you have recurrent attack of neck pain a) take x ray/mri cervical spine to exclude spondylitis and consult orthopedic specialist b) sometimes it could be due to bad sitting posture while reading or working on computer. Adopt proper sitting posture, put neck rest, use soft pillow while sleeping c) do physio therapy and neck exercise after consulting physiotherapist.

My pain started since I was 17 in leg-hip joint region, over period it have migrated and now it's mainly on left shoulder where I can feel swelling in collar bone and shoulder cup. For pain take tablet paracetamol only and daily you need to exercise regularly and avoid pickles and papads and also take folicacid and vitamin d supplements

Do have complete master health check up to check all health parameters in good state for pain legs have hot and cold compression for 10 days of 15 min duration each followed by leg muscle strenghening exercises once pain subsides.

At your age the probability of cardiac pain is less and is more due to other reasons. Cardiac pain generally gets manifest and aggravated by physical exertion and relieved at rest. Confusing Cardiac pains with acidity and heart burn is a common mistake made by lay people. Hyperacidity is generally associated with upper abdominal discomfort and burning sensation in midline which is distinct from cardiac pain that is a compressive feeling in the chest and may also be felt in other parts like left arm, shoulder, below lower jaw, back. Cardiac pains may also present with sweating, giddiness, difficulty in breathing. It is better to seek immediate qualified medical opinion instead of wasting precious time in self diagnosis.

Hello, * u, should go for aerobic exercise under super super vision of a physiotherapist. * go for meditation for 30 mints. * correct your sitting posture. *homoeo medicine* @ rhus -tox 200-6 pills, thrice/day. Report fortnightly, take care.

It is called as rheumatic arthritis. If your pain is more in the distal joints, ie. In the upper limbs if the pain is present in the fingers/wrist and in the lower limbs it the pain is present in the toes/ ankle, then we shall definitely say it is rheumatic arthritis. Wear elbow brace and wrist brace which will make her to feel warm and that will make the joints become firm. Hot water fermentation will help.

You are too young. It must be investigated. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency. However you should sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Use no pillow u. Nder the head. Any way take caldikind plus (mankind)1tab odx10days paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days do back(spine) exercises contact me again if need be. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take.
