Hi. You have so much of weight, but what's your age and height? Read the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: Management: 1: Drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: Be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: Enjoy your favorite foods. 4: Have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: Do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous) . Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. 6: Eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: Eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: Choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: Cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: Don't skip meals.When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: Eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: Give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. Following exercises will help you to achieve this if you don’t have any other medical condition: 1.The Plank - Lie down on your tummy and then come on your palms and toes.Lift the knees off the floor. Draw your tummy muscles up and breathe deeply into the side and back of the rib cage. Aim to hold the pose for 30 seconds. 2.Static Tiger pose - Place your hands and knees on the floor. This is the starting position. Now lift up one leg and extend the opposite arm. Hold this Static Tiger Pose for 3 deep breaths. Come back to the starting position and swap sides, extending arm and opposite leg. You can look down towards the mat to keep the spine in line. This exercise will build core strength. 3.Sitting Spinal Twist - Sit on the floor and cross your legs. Place one hand next to your hip and the other on the knee. Rotate the spine and look over one shoulder into a Sitting Spinal Twist. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. Swap sides, rotating and looking over the shoulder. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. 4.Stomach Crunches - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Place your hands on your thighs, across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your knees until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 stomach crunches. 5.Oblique Crunch - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Roll your knees to one side down to the floor. Place your hands across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your hips until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 oblique crunches and repeat on the opposite side. Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance.

I’m Dr K.D Nayyar. I’m the senior consultant and head of the department, Akansha IVF Centre. This centre originated from the last 15 years. We have grown over a period of time and the main aim of this centre is to look after an infertile couple.

Infertility is growing every day, increasing number of patients. It is because the couples are not getting worried about infertility. Previously they never used to come out with their problem. But now they have become more perceptive and even an average middle class, lower middle class think of going for treatment for infertility. Generally speaking 12 to 15% of couples have infertility issues.

When you look at the causes of infertility, the important issue is either it can be a problem in the husband or problem in the wife or many times it can be a problem in both of them. Generally speaking, 40% problem is of the husband, 40 % time there will be a wife, 10% time it is combined both of them husband and wife and 10% we cannot find any reason and we label them s unexplainable infertility.

Coming to male infertility, the male person is responsible for 20 to 25% of the cases and in another 25 to 30% of the cases the male is the contributing factor. So if you look at it male infertility is responsible for nearly 50% of infertility.

At Akansha IVF Centre we are regularly doing the semen analysis and we are doing Sperm Fragmentation Test with the head of sperm media. At our centre, all these facilities are existing under one group. The whole team consists of a neurologist, embryologist, infertility specialist for taking out dreamer sperms. All the infertile couples should approach Akansha IVF Center for all their problems because infertility put a lot of stress on the couples. They cannot keep on going from living their life like that and it is always better to identify and approach a centre which can look after their problem. It means you have four dominant follicles in your right ovary, which shows the more no. Of eggs to fertilize in this cycle, so the chances of pregnancy are also high.

Dear, These are some instructions & methods for good sleep: • Frequent oil massage of head with oil relax your mind and enhances sleep. You can also do foot massage daily it destress you. * Eat food with a bowl of curd and after that off the light and go to sleep because after eating meal our brain become relax and sleep comes. • Drink a glass of milk at night daily. * Avoid the excess use of laptop and phone during night. They also cause sleeplessness. • Do not take caffeine, tea & alcohol in excess and these are stimulant,(activate) your brain result in lack of sleep. • Avoid drinking alcohol & smoking. • Do not take stress. Do meditation and long breathing pranayams to relax the mind.

Pimples are natural in the teens. They start after puberty (11-14yrs) and can continue till 25-30 years of age. However, not everybody is going to have them for all these yrs. The precautions that may help in decreasing their intensity include: - washing face regularly especially when back from outside (to wash away the dust and oiliness) - drink plenty of fluids - do not squeeze the lesions - do not apply oils/ creams/ cosmetics to the face - do not apply hair oils or if you do then shampoo within1hour - avoid foods that may aggravate the acne.

Hello, I am giving you some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning kindly follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity 3. Regular meditation/ yoga 4. Avoid tea coffee after 7 pm 5. You can take bath at bed time 6. Avoid day time sleep 7. You can use alarm and gradually reduce your waking time by 15 minutes consult physician if symptoms persist of worsen.

Please do morning/evening walk (brisk-walking)/ treadmill/swimming for at least 60 minutes daily. Keep moving as much as you can whenever you can. Keep meal portions small especially if they’re cooked. Limit your food intake which SHOULD be and ONLY be 4 times a day. Do never skip meals. Take a heavy breakfast. Avoid sedentary life/night watching/junk foods. The best way to burn more calories is to build muscle through resistance training. For each pound of muscle that you gain, you burn approximately 50-70 calories in addition per day (5 pounds of muscle gain equates to burning 250-350 calories a day!) That’s fantastic motivation to start a workout program. Please follow the above for next 4 weeks and revert for further treatment.

Use Rejuglow face wash/Episoft OC cleanser/Saslic DS wash, wash face 2-3 times in a day. Chemical combination peels to clear face/spots/dullness treatment done at skin clinic by dermatologist once in 3 weeks. Complete session 5-6 sessions. Increase intake of water/citrus fruits.

Advise deep cleaning, polishing, whitening (bleaching) procedures, artificial enamel filling or capping. Advance procedures can be done with laser. Use Snowdent tooth paste for whitening until then. Apply SNOWDENT paste on the teeth. Wait for 10 to 15 min .Then brush your teeth with the same paste. Applying it overnight for better results. Cause of discoloration – Smoking, coffee, tea, drugs, aging, staining food (wine, blueberry, etc) genetics.

kindly take sarivadhyasava, 3 tsf after meals in warm water twice a day. Take praval pishti tab, 2 tasb, twice a day, before meals with simple water. Do massage with bhahmi oil over your scalp, in the evening. Take ashbwagandha powder, 1 tsf in half a glass of warm milk, 1 hr after meals at night. Take dinner by 8 pm. Avoid tea, coffee, fried food, cold drinks etc after 7 pm. Avoid cold eatables in your routine like cold water, and other foods. Avoid using mobile phones, watching late night TV shows. Take liquid diet like daliya, khhichdi, veggie soup in your diet regularly. Avoid fried food and spicy food in your routine. continue the regime for 1 month. good luck.

For Typhoid you have to take a full course of antibiotic for 14 days after consulting doctor. If you have fever for more than 4 days 1.Do blood examination like CBC, Widal/ Typhidot test, Blood for mp and Dengue antigen(NS1) test after consulting doctor 2.Consult for further advice
