Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicine sulphur 200 (4 drops in little water) every morning for a week and revert. Apply jaborandi hair oil. Make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. Eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, egg, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. Avoid stress and anger.

Hi, don't drink chilled water, drink normal water, reduce intake of rice, potatoes, sugar and early morning have lemon lukewarm water and most importantly do yogas which help in reducing fat from tummy which are bow pose, cobra poses, mandukasana, kapalbhati but do it under yoga instructor. For pain take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and I will suggest you to eat nutritious home made food with adequate fluid intake and Get your blood checked for CBC and follow up with reports.

Gum of my one of teeh is receded so much that its roots are now exposed and senstivity can be felt on touching it. I used to eat non smoke tobacco and still often consume it. I will stop eating it can my gum recover, is their any gum transplant to recover it. please advice.

Good Afternoon ~ Social Anxiety Disorder is the extreme fear of being scrutinized and judged by others in social or performance situations: Social anxiety disorder can wreak havoc on the lives of those who suffer from it. This disorder is not simply shyness that has been inappropriately medicalized. Although they recognize that the fear is excessive and unreasonable, people with social anxiety disorder feel powerless against their anxiety. They are terrified they will humiliate or embarrass themselves. Symptoms may be so extreme that they disrupt daily life. People with this disorder, also called social phobia, may have few or no social or romantic relationships, making them feel powerless, alone, or even ashamed. Hello, you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem or may be Migraine Headache kindly follow advises given below: you can take(If No drug allergy) : 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4. We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis consult physician for further management.

It may be because of over heat in your body. Reasons may be many. Immediately consult a ent specialist. Meanwhile, consume body cooling fluids like buttermilk, sago water, barley water, lemon juice, mint and tulsi water, tender coconut water, sugarcane juice, fruit juices etc.

I am a 36 yr old male. I am non vegeterian. My height is 5ft 7 inch and weight is around 68 kgs which comes under ideal bmi. I exercise regularly and have no bad habits like drinking, smoking. I am quite diet conscious and do not binge on fatty products / cold drinks / snacks etc. However, I do like to eat out and try good dishes preferably non veg. Hi select lean cuts of meat prefer grilled, barbequed or baked meats. To reduce fat on belly:- avoid dinner after 8 pm don't hv rice for dinner you can take soup n grilled chicken/fish for dinner. Let me know your progress.

I have been suffering with excessive mucus for 6 months. I expectorate a lot sometimes every minute without coughing. Just splutter without cough. I do not know where this phlegm come from? I take antihistamine and montelukast medicines but there is no improvement. JUST once taking Apidone syrup (dexamethasone 0.5 mg plus chlorpheniramine maleate 2 mg) for 7 days then get some better but after stopping this medicine my condition return to deteriorate again. I sometimes feel shortness of breathing. ALTHOUGH I have suffered with these symptoms for 6 months But I have not got correct diagnosis.

Since you have not mentioned anything about the tests that you have undergone, I will advice you to meet a good Chest Specialist. Basic Investigations needs to be done. 1. Distract your mind by fixing eyes on horizon/ listening music, 2. Choose the middle seat (Least movement experienced), 3. Use pillow/head rest to keep head still, 4. Close your eyes or look at a stable object in horizon, 5. Open window to get fresh air, 6. Listen music/counting backward from 100, 7. Stay calm during journey. 8. Don’t read/play games/watch TV/video while driving, 9. Sit on front seat of car, 10move your head as little as possible, 11 eat a light meal before travelling, 12 don’t eat/drink anything while travelling, 13. Try to avoid strong odour.
