Falling hair for last 1 year resulting in thin hair any treatment to stop hair fall and make it thicker.
Hair loss, also known as alopecia or baldness, refers to a loss of hair from the head or body. Baldness can refer to general hair loss or male pattern hair loss. Hair loss and hypotrichosis have many causes including androgenetic alopecia, fungal infection, trauma (e. G. Due to (trichotillomania), radiotherapy, chemotherapy, nutritional deficiencies (e. G. iron deficiency), and autoimmune diseases (e. G. alopecia areata. Hair loss severity occurs across a spectrum with extreme examples including alopecia totalis (total loss of hair on the head) and alopecia universalis (total loss of all hair on the head and body). The most common cause of alopecia is *Androgenetic alopecia (male-pattern or female-pattern hair loss) *Androgenetic alopecia is an androgen-dependent hereditary disorder in which dihydrotestosterone plays a major role. This form of alopecia may eventually affect up to 80% of white men by the age of 70 (male-pattern hair loss) and about half of all women (female-pattern hair loss). Other common causes of hair loss are *Drugs (including chemotherapeutic agents) *Infection (eg, tinea capitis, kerion, cellulitis of the scalp) *Systemic disorders (disorders that cause high fever, SLE, endocrine disorders, and nutritional deficiencies) *Alopecia areata Less common causes are primary hair shaft abnormalities, autoimmune diseases, heavy metal poisoning, and rare dermatologic conditions. Homoeopathy offers best and permanent solution for hair loss ,the medicine should be selected based on symptom totality and correct individualisation, some medicines such as Sulphur, Lycopodium, Merc Sol, Nitricum acidum, Calcarea carb, Graphites, acid fluoric are very effective in treating hair loss.

You might be suffering from Alopecia Areata. Try applying Minoxidil 5% lotion on the affected area everyday before you sleep for around 2 months. Local applications on Antifungal agents with Steroids may help in some cases. Please check if anybody else in your family has suffered from such ailment.

Hello lybrate-user its a very good thought. Prevention is always better than cure. Olive oil or coconut oil both are good for hair. Oil massage --> shampoo --> conditioning. Never use shampoos that contain too much of chemicals. (arnica hair oil - homeopathic is a very good oil for hair- you can use it once or twice a week) avoid too much of sun exposure. Protein vitamins minerals containing food are needed for healthy hair.

Tips for good sleep *Try to keep to a regular timing for going to bed *Avoid fried and heavy foods. Eat early and light food at night so that the food is almost digested by the time you go to bed. *Prefer fruits and green vegetables. *Fix daily work schedule and be busy with your work. Don?t keep pending problems in mind. Note down the points and leave them for next day?s action. *Don?t do stimulating mental work or keep watching TV which can keep your mind agitated or active. You may cover your eyes with bed sheet. *Drink plenty of water during the day rather than toward bedtime. *Don?t have stimulating drinks like tea or coffee We have good homoeopathic treatment without causing adverse effects If you are interested, please let me know- *Since how long you have this problem of sleeplessness? *. Suntan can make you appear darker than your normal skin color. Certain creams and ointments can also sensitize your skin to sunlight and thus darkening starts. Sometimes some drugs taken orally may also predispose to skin darkening. There are other skin conditions also which could result in skin darkening. If you are not on any medications and ointments, try using sunscreen spf 25 atleast for 3 months. If the darkening does not improve and continues to increase then please consult dermatologist. You keep a watch on your weight, if there is recent weight gain, you should try to reduce to ideal body weight. Certain hormonal imbalances also cause skin darkening.

Sea vegetables - if you have a thyroid issue sea vegetables are highly recommended for an underactive thyroid. An underactive thyroid can cause thinning of the hair and even the eyebrows. These sea vegetables include kelp, nori, and dulse (see the link below for the amazing health benefits of sea vegetables, also known as seaweed). If you east sushi it is often wrapped with nori. It is also sold in dried forms and can easily be sprinkled over foods. Add them several times per week. They are also sold in supplement form.
