Best is get your wisdom tooth extract because it is vestigial have no function in chewing. In most of cases we have to extract the tooth if cause problem repeatedly.

Hello doc,
I want to ask if my separated teeth can be joint or filled with something that looks natural not antique. ...
If your age is above 35 and you need fast result then composite veenering is best. If you r younger and want natural treatment then go for orthodontic treatment.

I am 21 years old. I have a gap in between the front incisors and near the canines. I want to fix my teeth with braces or any other method so that I can get a perfect smile, but as I am a student I do not think I can spend too much on the medication. Space can be closed depending upon the extent of it. If it is minimal then it can be treated with filling & reshaping in one or two visits. This will be quite affordable. If not then it may go for braces that cost you more but still you will have option to pay up in installments over 1 years period of time.

Bad breadth occurs due to many reasons. In most cases, it is due to plaque or calculus over your teeth. You should check if there is any yellowish or grayish layers around the teeth especially near gum area. For the proper diagnosis of the reason, you should consult a dentist near by and take a deep cleaning of your teeth, it should be done at least once per year. However there may be some other reasons for bad breath. Brush twice properly, use mouthwash, properly clean your tongue, gargling after eating especially after eating sticky or sugary food or drinks will help you reducing it, but to get it diagnosed the proper reason for bad breath is necessary and for that consult a nearby dentist.

I'm suffering from mouth ulcers since 3 years. I have consulted many doctors they told Vitamin b deficiency and I have used many medicines and ointments. But they show results at that specific point of time. But I'm unable to get rid of these permanently. These mouth ulcers occur frequently every month. May I know what is the reason for this? Due to this I'm not able to eat anything? So please kindly help me to get rid of this disease. Please give me the permanent solution and prevention measures for these mouth ulcers.

Lybrate-user ulcers can be because of many factors other than vitamin deficiencies too. As you have been suffering for 3 years in-spite of taking vitamin supplements you need to get your teeth examined for any sharp edges of you are getting ulcers only at specific locations. Stress also plays a big role in moth ulcers. If you have any stomach related ailments that too can cause the problem. Try drinking lot of water and continue with vitamin supplements as advised by your doctor. Try some lifestyle changes which can help you cope up better with stresses which have become a common word in these modern times. For more help explain the cycle of ulcers and also post some pictures of the ulcer which may help us understand your problem even better.

I have so much pain in my teeth when I drink anything cold. Suggest me what I have to do.

I have so much pain in my teeth when I drink anything cold. Suggest me what I have to do.
It can be either due to decay or sensitivity. Get your teeth x-rayed to determine the cause of pain. Decay can be removed n cavity can be filled with cement with or without rct depending on the proximity of decay to the nerve endings. For sensitivity, use desensitizing toothpaste like sensodyne twice daily.
