Ya you can try massage therapy. It s very effective and so many pt. Have used and get relief from back pain. If you want you can consult on line meanwhile for precautions pls follow some steps. 1 try to slip straight position and on straight and hard bed. Avoid firm bed. 2 try to clean your stomach no any type of constipation or gastric problem 3 avoid citrus food like lemon n butter milk. 4 avoid heavy weight lifting with hand or on shoulder. 5 try to sit in correct posture as much as you can. And for complete treatment and massage guidelines please inform hope this guidance will help you and feel relax. If you follow then definitely morning stiffness of back will go.

My left heel pain's for sometime after get up from the chair or bed, pain last till I walk 10 steps and then its normal.

The most common cause for this is what is called as plantar fasciitis. It usually occurs in middle age people who walk barefoot. The cure for this is to rest the leg until it heals. To fasten the healing use MCR slippers both inside and outside the house. For the pain use some pain killers like paracetamol. But it may take few weeks before the sole heals and the pain subsides.

I am a man of 50 years and have no complications except slip disc between l4-l5 which is ok if I take proper precaution. From last few months I feel considerable pain in my both knee after sitting on a chair for few hours constantly and then trying to move. When I am keep walking pain is not there. I have to sit in front of computer whole day long. Kindly advise.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part--knees rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back, knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

It seems that your neck pain has started at the age of 24. This is the common age when people develop mechanical neck pain due to poor postural habit during pronged use of laptop/desktop/study/ android phones etc along with inadequate exercise. Hence until & unless your posture is corrected & you follow proper ergonomics advices no treatment will benefit you. Also warm water fomentation + electrotherapy + kinesiology taping will help you a lot. You can visit any musculoskeletal physiotherapist nearer to you.

Go for fasting once a week. You can go for absolute fasting or rely on a liquid diet to digest ama (toxin). Fasting should be followed by hot fomentation or by taking a bath with lukewarm water or steam bath. After fasting and fomentation, mix powdered long pepper, black pepper and dried ginger in equal quantities and take 1 teaspoon of this powdered mix with lukewarm water twice a day. This will help you restore your digestive fire. Take one tablespoon of castor oil before going to bed, once or twice a week. It helps in cleansing ama (toxin) build up and balancing vata. Mix equal quantities of powdered fenugreek seeds, turmeric and ginger powder. Take one teaspoon daily in the morning and evening. For dry fomentation of the affected joints, take a cloth and fold it into four, fill it with hot and sand make a potli (bag) out of it. Use this bundle for the fomentation of different joints. This is very helpful in reducing pain and swelling.

Hello, Is there any history of injury or hurt to the area? Any underlying medical condition? Medication: Meantime, take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. And wrap crepe bandage over it. Get back to me thereafter.

4 Things That Lead to Arthritis!

Arthritis is a joint disorder featuring inflammation. A joint is an area of the body where two different bones meet. A joint in the body functions to move the body parts connected by its bones. Arthritis literally means inflammation of one or more joints.

Arthritis is frequently accompanied by joint pain. Joint pain is referred to as arthralgia. When four or more joints are involved, the arthritis is referred to as polyarthritis. When two or three joints are involved, it is referred to as oligoarthritis. When only a single joint is involved, it is referred to as monoarthritis.

Cause of arthritis

It is difficult to narrow down a single cause for it, but a combination of reasons may trigger this disease.

  1. Injury: A hurtful injury can cause your joint to get inflamed and may also damage the tissue around it leading to arthritis.
  2. Heredity factors: In many cases, the genetic make-up of an individual can also cause this.
  3. Diet and nutrition: Sometimes, consuming the wrong diet can cause your joint to either fall weak or affect the tissue around it. For example, sugar-rich foods are not good for your joints
  4. Less cartilage: Cartilage is a firm but flexible connective tissue in your joints. It protects the joints by absorbing the pressure and shock created when you move and put stress on them. A reduction in the normal amount of this cartilage tissue cause some forms of arthritis.

Symptoms of arthritis

Most common signs on the onset of this disease are stiffness, redness of the skin around a joint, pain due to inflammation, it might also affect your immune system causing a loss appetite if the disease is because of your immune system.

I play volleyball everyday and still continuing. Makes hard to stand for longer time. This pain was started when I was doing exercise.

There are many reasons for back pain like disc disease, injury, wrong posture, infection etc. You need to see an orthopedic surgeon for evaluation of your back problem and try to find out the reason. Timely diagnosis and management can help to get you back to normal activity.

Hello, first of all you should know what is backache and by which factors it caused and aggravated. The usual cause of low back pain is the sedentary lifestyle that we lead these days. There is hardly any movement. We remain seated most of the time and stand for very short periods of time. Unfortunately walking, running and cycling like activities are also not a part of our daily routine. To add to it, our diet consists more and more of junk food. Fresh fruits, vegetables and high fibre foods are consumed less and less. These daily practices lead to obesity. The increased body weight puts lot of pressure on the spine which has to bear all the extra unwanted weight. The back muscles which are already weak due to lack of exercise and wrong posture are unable to cope with this increased load. This causes pain in the back muscles. Management for Low Back Pain:-Along with medicines for relieving pain, one needs to identify the cause and correct it. You heel pain may be due to spur in your heel bone. Please use cushioned heel support or sole inside your shoe while walking. But to avoid severing of spur you need physiotherapy treatment for few days. Let not your pain stop your healthy life. May pain vanish soon.

Hi. You have knee pain. Most probably because of body weight. Anyways there is no use of any medicine for permanent cure. Best physiotherapy is the only way to get cure permanently. Well with proper treatment. Precautions are must. Do not do cross leg. Do not squat. Do not use stairs. Do not stand prolong or walk. These are common precautions and it depends on your condition as well. My recommendation is to go with precautions and do hot water fomentation twice a day. With all these you will get little bit relief and try to find a good physiotherapist where you need ultrasonic, ift and laser treatment (if available)
