Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Dear as you mentioned that pain increases in the morning. You have work stress you need to check your sitting posture sit in correct way adjust your chair and monitor screen -do hot fermentation 3 times in a day duration-20 min -do stretches 2 min proper along hold and relax do it for two days then I will tell you further program take care.

If the pain is only during working and not there otherwise then maybe its just because of weakness in muscles. If your x ray and other investigations are normal then you should srart exercising your back. Specially the core muscles.

You should immediately consult a neurologist as a thorough physical examination and a MRI brain is required in your case.Dont take it lightly.

Requires detailed examination and investigation. Preliminary investigations suggested: hb, tlc, dlc, esr, blood sugar fasting & pp, uric acid vit d urine r/e x-ray of the affected part. Anyway it may be tried sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Dear do bhujangasana, sarvangasana, shalabhasana, dhanurasana and natrajasana daily 5 min each pose properly in morning and evening. Also follow the tips they will help to relieve the pain.:: 1.Warm mustard oil or sesame oil (1 teaspoon) with 3-4 cloves of crushed garlic and 1 tsp of ajwain (carom) seeds until it roasts to a reddish brown colour. Ensure that it does not get burned. Massage this oil on your affected areas. After that do hot fomentation with salt potli (bag). 2.Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily. 3.Increase the consumption of vitamin C in diet. 4.Take fresh Ginger into pieces, place in the cup of water and boil it for 30 minutes in low flame. Cool for 30 minutes after boiling. Consume this solution with Honey. 5.While sleeping, lie straight on your back or with bent knees supported by a pillow. 6.Taking hot and cold compresses on an alternate basis can be quite helpful in relieving pain...

Back problems could be bacause of a lot of reasons, bad posture, muscle weakness, heavy weight lifting, trauma or accident. You should go to an orthopaedic surgeon and ascertain the cause first. If medicines are not giving you any relief may be you have weak back muscles for which you should learn some exercises and do them daily. Visit a physiotherapist and get your back assessed. Also maintain a good posture. Avoid sitting for a long time, take small breaks, get up and walk, do exercises for back, avoid heavy weight lifting.

Do the cat/cow avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretchingstretch.

Hi, thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. If you have localized back pain with - no neurological symptoms like numbness, paresthesia, weakness in limbs etc - no associated symptoms like fever, swelling etc, my advice initially will be - intensive physical therapy initially under supervision of a physiotherapist and then at home. - avoid forward bending, lifting heavy weights etc - take an analgesic like diclofenac or something which suits your body for 5-7 days - take muscle relaxant for same time as analgesic to relieve muscle spasm - ice packs at the site of pain, muscle spasm - local analgesic spray can be used but no massage is required your pain could be due to either reasons in spine, mechanical backache or something like vitamin d deficiency etc. Let me know in 2 weeks time how you are feeling and then we can suggest you some exercises for lower back muscle strengthening which you can do at home. I will actually ask you to get x ray of involved region of spine ( ap & lateral - flexion and extension views) since it is now 5 months since you have pain. Blood tests: esr, crp and serum vitamin d levels and send reports across to me so that I can advise further in a better manner. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance.

Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. Simple Knee Exercises would help to strengthen the quadriceps muscle which is the key muscle.

Take paris quadrifolia3x, 4tabs 4 times a day. Use neck collar to correct posture. Avoid using pillow, do not take much stress, don't lift heavy weight. Revert back with feedback.

Seems oa both knees. Pl send x ray reports and treatment done so far. Walking, fomentation of knees with hot water bath may be done. Before bath massage with mahavishgarbh oil - light massage - be done. Pl send reports. Consult for further advise and'janudhara' tips.

Near upper right jaw feeling mild pain and numbness. Nerokind tabletes are suggested by dentist when these are used feeling fine but after 8 hours when tab power lasts again repeats numbness at upper right jaw. How long these tabs should be continued.

Nurokind is form of vitamin b12 which is prescribed in many conditions. What are the tests you have undergone for this problem. Have you taken the full mouth xray (opg) or may be ct scan (cbct) for this. You can continue tablet for one more week and if symptoms doesn't improve do all the test necessary for diagnosis.
