Although there is no definitive cure, there are many simple and easy natural cures using common ingredients found in your pantry and refrigerator to prevent or minimize the problem. Orange-peel - the acidic property and high vitamin c present in an orange makes it a perfect remedy for acne. You can use the juice from the orange as well as its peel, but the peel can be more effective. 1. Put orange peel in the sun and let it completely dry out. 2. Grind the dried peel into a powder and add water to make a paste. 3. Apply the paste to the affected area and leave it on for 10 to 15 minutes. Then wash your face with warm water. Aloe-vera - the soothing and anti-inflammatory properties in aloe vera can treat acne in a matter of a few days. Aloe vera gel is also helpful in healing the scars caused by acne. You can buy aloe vera gel from the market or get pure aloe vera gel by cutting a leaf off an aloe vera plant and squeezing the gel from the middle. Apply the aloe vera gel to the affected area twice daily indian lilac, also known as neem, can be used for the treatment of various skin problems. It contains antiseptic and antimicrobial properties that help kill the bacteria that cause acne. Also, it soothes the redness and inflammation of skin breakouts? make a paste of tender indian lilac leaves by adding a little water. Add some turmeric powder to the paste and then apply it on the affected area. Leave it on for 20 minutes and then wash it off. Do this at least twice a week? you can also apply neem oil a few times a day until you see improvement. These simple and easy-to-follow natural treatments for acne can solve the problem to some extent. For best results, you must also live a healthy lifestyle. Avoid fluoridated toothpastes.make sure this area isn't smeared with cosmetics.if u have hair in this region u can have a pigmentation because of that too.stay away from bleaching agents and dyes in this region.Mix a tsp each of honey,curd,papaya and aloe,apply it on face for ten minutes and wash off without soap.if u r on medications like steroids ,u can have pigmentation here too.make sure to use a sunscreen for ur face,it'll protect from darkening.

It is claimed that it increases platelet count. There is no reliable proof. There is no medicine also to increase platelet count. If platelet is proved to be going down continuously, platelet transfusion is the only answer.

A migraine is one of the worst form of headache. It is reported that over 90 percent of people who suffers from a migraine are unable to work. The intense pain totally makes them vulnerable. A mammoth 113 million workdays are wasted globally due to this problem. This being said, if the pain is slowly starting to set in, it is possible to manage it at the workspace.

Here is a convenient guide to do just that:

1. Pain Medication: If you are a migraine patient, it is likely that you have your migraine medication with you. The first step is to try the medication. If on the other hand, the medication is not available basic painkillers can be given a shot to manage the pain. Basic pain medications, such as ibuprofen are easily available over the counter and are capable of providing temporary relief.

2. Educate co-workers: Despite awareness about migraine pain, many organisations continue to turn a deaf ear about the problem. Instead of fighting with the whole organisations, it makes sense to educate your immediate colleague about a migraine. All you require is 1-2 people who have your back.

3. Control the environment: With the onset of the pain, it becomes more and more difficult to resume work. 6. Get enough air: A centralized workplace can be claustrophobic and intensify the pain for many. Get out of the workspace to get some fresh air. A sudden gush of oxygen can be a welcome relief from the monotonous and crowded office floor.

7. Apply water on the skull: While this might sound like a crazy idea, applying a small amount of water in the middle of the skull can give temporary relief from the throbbing effect of a migraine. If ice is available in the office pantry, make no hesitation in applying it on the migraine side of the forehead. Overweight is the cause for all these problems. Reduction by at least by 10 kgs will help. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Press the point on the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from toe in the foot 20 times by pressing and releasing with a blunt edge of a pen. Further rotate your foot clockwise and anticlockwise 10 times. Massage your leg with both hands.

Which one is good? Wheat vs Jowar. What is the difference between them,? Wheat chapati or jowar rotte?

Hundred gm of jowar contains 339 Calorie. Whole wheat contains about the same number of calories. Wheat contains more protein, dietary fibre, calcium, phosphorus, potassium, niacin, riboflavin, and thiamine when compared with jowar. Practically the only thing jowar beats wheat at is in iron content, and that too by the tiniest of margins. Diabetics will be pleased to note that wheat is a better food for them than jowar. The chapati has a lower glycemic index when compared with jowar roti, which means that it will release sugar into the bloodstream at a slower pace. Jowar may be tougher to chew but, surprisingly, wheat is much higher in dietary fibre. Wheat has a better amino acid profile when compared with jowar. Jowar also contains anti-nutritional and toxic principles that can lead to other nutritional deficiencies on prolonged consumption. Wheat is not recommended for the minuscule part of the population that is gluten-sensitive. Jowar, which is relatively gluten-free, is undoubtedly a better food for them. So, do not despair if you find it too hard to knead jowar dough; it really isn't worth it unless you are doing it for the taste.
