I am not sleeping well for 3 days due to exams. Now I feel a severe cold and feverish. I suffered head ache yesterday night but today I got relief from headache after a long sleep. As this is exams time I cant sleep much time. I stay in hostel. What to do? Thank you in advance.

follow health advises given below: measure your temperature and tell me reading 1. Avoid exertion 2. Take tablet paracetamol 500 mg after food(If No drug allergy) as and when required for fever more than 99 f (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days 3. Lot of fluids to be taken 4. Take proper diet homemade food like moong dal dalia, chapati etc. 5. Avoid wearing synthetic and tight cloths. 6. steam inhalation carefully by steam inhaler twice a day for 2-3 days Get checked CBC test consult physician/me for further management

I feel heavy head in the morning. I want a diet chart in order to feel active and energetic full day. I am 32 year old, with a height of 5.8 feet. I weight around 72 kg. Please help me to be fit and to feel energetic.

1. Exercise daily for 1/2 hr 2. Drink 3 litres water daily 3. Have small frequent meals at 2-3 hr interval instead of 3-4 large meals. In between balanced main meals (comprising of whole grains, whole legumes/fish/chicken/egg, fruits, vegetables, low fat dairy product), have healthy snacks- coconut water w/o cream, nuts, oilseeds, boiled egg, roasted chana, roasted makhana, muri with veggies, roasted chirwa, whole fruit with green tea. 4. Eat slowly chewing your food well 5. Avoid junk, processed, refined, sugary foods & drinks, alcohol. 6. Be active- take stairs instead of lift, walk instead of taking transport 7. Avoid skipping meals 8. Sleep & wake up early. 9. Have light & early dinner. 10. Find out the trigger for your headaches. Try chewing ajwain post main meals.

Good morning every body I feel sleepy every day after taking my break fast . In my working days I feel little problem but on holidays just like sunday I enjoy and take a good sleep after breakfast and feel fresh after that. I just want to know is there any problem in my body, why I feel sleepy just after breakfast .

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Avoid to eat spicy food, besan, bekary food, overeating, junk food. 6. Every 3 day in month eat mung dal and rice for whole day.

Hi, This is called vertigo which is caused to the fluid imbalance in the inner ear. Sudden change in the position of the head gives rise to vertigo. Consult a good ENT specialist for further treatment.

His penis is small. I advise him to do kegel and jalqing exercises. Learn these exercises from the internet. Take proper balanced diet. Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet. Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily. Take dry fruits in your daily diet.

Hi Naman, ankle pain maybe due to sprain. Use crepe bandage for ankle and wrap it like figure of 8 around your ankle. Exercises for ankle: draw alphabet from your great toe with ankle movement but your leg should be static while making alphabet. It will maintain your strength of muscle connected with ankle.

hello. get relax from or during work. at night forget all stress.avoid it. bath at night before bed. take dinner on time.take salaad in dinner,fiber meal, low fatty/oily foods. green veg.,take low diet at dinner. massage you head and body. talk to family members what activity they did during day. enjoy with children if you have and wife.and other family members. it reduced stress of whole day. go for evening walk after 1 hour after dinner with family members or as you like if you live alone. take 1 glass of water before bed. you can watch T.V. PROGRAMME. THESE acitvity may be reduced stress and you can sleep proper way.

Avoid masturbation, if you can not control do once a week. It can spoil your marriage life you can not do sex more time with wife. It is bad habit. It you can not control you can do it once a week. My problem is pain in testis when I was heat up then my testis is very heard pain what can I do.

Avod work in standing for long time and long time driving. Use pure cotto undergarments. Elevate testis for 5minutes at night when your in supine position. Cold sponging for 10mts at night also helps.
