In first 2 months of pregnancy if there is too much vomiting and not possible to eat any food what could be a solutio...
Vomitting in early pregnancy is very common. But then, are there any simple remedies that can give you relief from morning sickness: avoid stress as it is a trigger to induce vomitting, drink loads of water, One of the biggest signs of morning sickness is your body showing the need to rest. Make sure you don’t over exert yourself, as this is a sensitive time. You should get plenty of rest and make sure you sleep well. Tiredness only aggravates the symptoms of morning sickness, Eating regular food in the right dose helps ease the symptoms of morning sickness, aromatherapy can help you relax. Some essential oils that can help you relieve nausea are: Lemon essential oil ,Lime essential oil, Ginger essential oil.

I had sex with unknown person without condom. Now not in touch with the guy. Will I get sexually transmitted disease? Pls help.

You have made a mistake but there is no point in worrying now. It would be better to wait for a week and watch if any urinary symptoms or skin rashes develop. In case there is an unusual symptom, it is advisable to see a physician or skin specialist without delay.

Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery

MBBS, MS - Orthopaedics, FNB Spine surgery, Fellowship in Spine Surgery (AO Spine)
Orthopedist, Noida
Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery

Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery Traditional spinal surgeries usually require large incisions and stripping away the muscles of the spinal column just to get to a herniated disc. Now, new technology allows these complex procedures to be performed with the help of a microscope to magnify and illuminate the damaged area. Instead of stripping away the muscle, your surgeon can use a microscope to view the area through a much smaller incision and create a tunnel to the disc. This is done by splitting the muscle to pass the instrument through. Minimally invasive procedures result in less visible scars and shorter recovery times. A discectomy, or removal of the disc, can often be performed this way. However Not all patients are candidates for MIS. Whether the patient an undergo minimally invasive surgery or not is decided on the basis of clinical examination and MRI findings.

How can a female abort her pregnancy.
Which medicines should be taken for a month's abortion?
A MTP pills kit is available with instructions to take a course of 5 tablets during 3 days bleeding may start on day one if pregnancy is within 2 months. If bleeding doesn't stop after ten days, get checked by local doctor and make sure that no pieces are retained course of antibiotics is must and a minor procedure of menstrual regulation to be done under local or general anesthesia if bleeding doesn't stop after ten days pieces can't be sometimes detected by ultrasound, because these are tiny little bit of pieces.

Njavarakizhi - What To Expect From it?

Are you looking for a good body massage procedure, which will help in rejuvenating your senses and also lighten up your skin? You should go for Njavarakizhi. It is an effective Ayurvedic therapy with several benefits. It is especially good for people suffering from paralysis, arthritis, lethargy, body weakness, stress and trauma. It also helps in maintaining an ideal muscle tone and relaxes your mind.

Procedure
The procedure of the Njavarakizhi may take up to an hour. First, your body will be preconditioned using oil. After you are massaged all over the body with the oil, you will be allowed to relax and lie down for some time. While you relax, Njavara rice gets cooked with milk and some herbs. Herbs such as deodar, mustard, sida and even milk and ghee are used for preparation. After being cooked, the preparation is placed in cotton pouches and used to massage your body. The pouches are gently rubbed and pressed on your body for 40 minutes. Then, the rice is applied all over body while it is still warm. After wiping it off, another type of oil is applied on your body as you relax. For making the treatment more effective, certain oral medicines may also be taken, such as Leyham and Kashayam.

Health benefits of Njavarakizhi
There are several important health benefits of Njavarakizhi, which include the following:

  1. Your skin is kept healthy. The skin being the largest body organ, needs proper care. This treatment is very effective in improving your skin texture and making it bright and beautiful.
  2. The treatment enhances your muscle tone and strengthens your muscles. In case you are experiencing body-weakness in general because of aging, Njavarakizhi is ideal for you.
  3. This treatment helps in lowering body cholesterol levels. High cholesterol is a major health condition in modern day and the Njavarakizhi therapy is an ideal remedy. Because of the innate effect of sweat inducing, blood circulation is regulated and cholesterol levels are lowered.
  4. Njavarakizhi therapy is very effective for giving relief to stress. It helps you to relax and eliminates traces of stress. The mind gets to be at rest, which allows you to calm down and relax.
  5. Njavarakizhi also helps in easing pain and inflammation that is associated with arthritis. Moreover, regular Njavarakizhi treatments help in strengthening your muscles and hence, you are provided with long-term relief from arthritis symptoms.
