Natural Ways to get rid of these black spots 1. Lemon Juice Lemon juice has bleaching properties that can help get rid of brown spots. Plus, it helps maintain soft, clear and beautiful skin. • Simply apply fresh lemon juice directly on the affected area. Leave it on for 30 minutes before rinsing it off with cold water. Repeat this remedy twice daily for about two months to notice positive results. If you have sensitive skin, dilute the lemon juice with water, rose water or honey. • Another option is to mix enough sugar in lemon juice to make a paste and use it as a scrub on your face, especially on your brown spots. Finally, rinse it off after 5 to 10 minutes. Do this a few times a week. You can also add some oilve oil in this recipe. 2. Buttermilk Buttermilk contains lactic acid that helps exfoliate the skin to remove blemishes and brown spots without drying out your skin.Apply buttermilk on your brown spots using a cotton ball. Leave it on for a few minutes before washing the area with water. If you have oily skin or acne, you can also add some lemon juice to the buttermilk. Another option is to mix four teaspoons of buttermilk and two teaspoons of tomato juice together and then apply this mixture on the affected skin.

Hi , I have hyperhidrosis of hands and feet I'm taking glycopyrrolate 1mg twice a day but not getting proper results ...
Excessive sweating is considered as a medical. Excessive sweating is referred to as hyperhidrosis. It is a condition where the body excretes sweat in certain areas and in higher quantities than expected. Doctors regard excessive sweating or hyperhidrosis as an inherited condition. It can affect a patient in many ways, including altering his or her social relationships, personal confidence and emotional levels. Hyperhidrosis can either be generalized or localized to specific parts of the body. Hands, feet, armpits, and the groin area are among the most active regions of perspiration due to the relatively high concentration of sweat glands; however, any part of the body may be affected. There are two types of hyperhidrosis: - focal or localized hyperhidrosis, where only certain parts of the body are affected, such as the armpits, hands, feet or face, and - generalized hyperhidrosis, where the entire body is affected. Hyperhidrosis can also be either: - primary idiopathic hyperhidrosis, where there is no apparent cause for the excessive sweating, and - secondary hyperhidrosis, where the excessive sweating is the result of an underlying health condition, such as an overactive thyroid gland. Secondary hyperhidrosis could be one of the following causes: - in people with a past history of spinal cord injuries - associated with peripheral neuropathies - associated with probable brain lesions - associated with intrathoracic neoplasms or lesions - associated with systemic medical problems - menopausal state - due to drugs the good news is that hyperhidrosis is a very treatable disease. It is just a matter of finding and adapting the right solution for the particular problem you have. Medications antidepressant and anxiolytic drugs are often commonly used by allopathy, which produced drug dependency and have several side effects. And surgical procedure like endoscopic thoracic sympathectomy (ets) can be done. Which are quite expensive. Many more that suffer from sweating problems have found their cure for hyperhidrosis in the form of a natural homeopathic treatments that have helped many break free from profuse sweating or hyperhidrosis. Homeopathic way of treatment is different from allopathy. Hyperhidrosis is nothing but an expression of the disturbance in the inner hormonal balance and this is expressed in the form of the profuse discharge. Hence, it is required to be treated at the inner level rather than treating it by local application of cream and antibiotics. Homeopathy treats the person as a whole. It means that homeopathic treatment focuses on the patient as a person as well as his pathological condition. The homeopathic medicines are selected after a full individualizing examination and case analysis, which includes the medical history of the patient, physical and mental constitution and so on. Homeopathy provides natural constitutional remedies for treating this condition from the roots and not just working on the symptom but repairs the derangement which is causing this. It offers excellent treatment which is effective, harmless, and without any side effects. It is recommended in the most obstinate cases. Today homeopathic remedies are the best non surgical solution for hyperhidrosis or profuse sweating or perspiration.

I am having black spots or marks on my hand due to sun burn. It only happen on my hand instead of any other body part...
Hello Dear, Sunburn is one of the most common problems that people face during summer season. Sunburn is the result of overexposure to ultra violet rays. Sunburn can be immensely painful even though it looks very harmless. If not taken care of, it can cause serious burns. Being a difficult condition to treat, it is better to avoid getting sunburnt than try to treat burnt skin. But these are all hypothetical advices and may not be practical. If you get sunburn, it is important not to take it lightly as it can even cause permanent damage to the skin. Symptoms of sunburn may not surface immediately. The reddening, blisters, skin peeling and boils could surface at a later stage and are even capable of leading to cancerous lesions on the skin. There are home remedies that can remove sunburns naturally without medical intervention. Nevertheless, you must be very careful as to seek medical attention if you do not respond to home remedies. When the skin is burnt, the first step towards healing is to cool the skin form the effect of heat. There are a number of ways to do that. If you have aloe vera and vinegar in its pure form, apply either of the directly on the burnt area.  If you do not have them, mustard oil is another way to remove the heat from the skin. Rub mustard oil on the affected skin and let it dry naturally.

Scabies it is! From last two months I had itching, I thought it was due to sweating. Three days back I visited a dermatologist and he confirmed that it's scabies. He recommended permethrin during night and crotorax lotion in the day time, along with few tablets. I've been using them for the past two days but I didn't find any change. Instead those bumps got increased all over my thighs. Can anyone suggest any natural remedy please! Bath with salt in warm water? Is it recommended?

Dear patient, as you said you are suffering from that disease since 2 months and you are taking medicines since 2 days and you became impatient to take treatment. It's very strange that you are not giving time to medicines to act on you. Doctors can give you even steroid treatment to get rid of problem with in 24 hours. But no doctor does that as he knows the side effects of steroids. So don't worry be patient, stick to the treatment, follow the advice of your doctor and don't change the doctor or treatment frequently.

I used to booze and smoke. This habit was before 8 months. I lost all my fairness skin tone due to it. How to rectify? Please help me.

I used to booze and smoke. This habit was before 8 months. I lost all my fairness skin tone due to it. How to rectify...
Congrats for quitting both habits. This itself is amazing and commendable. In fact the skin tone is the least of your concerns because you have saved your life and perhaps that of your family if and when you start one. This skin tone is not likely to have been caused by your habits: tobacco will cause wrinkles; and unless you have drunk so much for a long time and caused damage to your liver you may have some patches on the skill due to that. So I do not really think that your attributing that to the habit is realistic. But you can do other things, for example, do not expose your skin directly to sunlight and apply lime juice, potato slices, and cucumber slices to the dark areas separately, regularly.

Home remedy:-1.Cucumbers have skin-lightening and mild astringent properties that help fix those raccoon eyes naturally. Plus, they have a soothing and refreshing effect. Cut a fresh cucumber into thick slices and chill them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Put the slices onto the affected skin area for about 10 minutes. Wash the area with water. Homoeopathic cream ANTIMARKS CREAM ( BIOVALLEY) Apply twice daily in circular fashion Lemon Juice A quick and easy solution is lemon juice. Lemons have vitamin C that can lighten dark spots on your face. It’s easy to apply. Put some fresh lemon juice on a cotton ball and rub it directly on the affected skin area. Allow it to dry and then wash it off with plain water. Continue applying this dark spot removal home remedy for at least two weeks to get the desired result. If you have delicate or sensitive skin, you can dilute the lemon juice with plain water, rosewater, or honey. You can also use lime juice to get rid of black spots, applying it in the same manner as described above. 2. Buttermilk Buttermilk is also beneficial in getting rid of dark spots. Like lemon juice, it also helps fade blemishes and black spots but without causing burning sensation. Take four teaspoons of buttermilk. Add two teaspoons of fresh tomato juice. Mix the two ingredients (both have excellent bleaching properties) and then apply. Wash it off after 15 minutes. The lactic acid in milk too, will gradually reduce skin pigmentation, and brighten and tone your overall skin complexion. So, if you do not have buttermilk, simply apply soak a cotton ball in milk and dab it directly on your spots. Leave it on for about 10 minutes and then wash it off Put milk on a cotton ball and dab it directly on your spots. Repeat this procedure twice daily for four to five weeks. You can also prepare a solution by mixing milk and honey and apply the solution to your dark spots, leaving it on for 10 minutes.
