What is the medicine of migraine and how to make my pennis in correct direction it is turn to right.

What is the medicine of migraine and how to make my pennis in correct direction it is turn to right.
Migraine is a disorder characterised by headache, specifically affecting one side of the head (i.e. unilateral side). Migraine headaches are mostly throbbing or pulsating in nature. Common accompanying symptoms are nausea, vomiting and sensitivity to light and noise. The intensity of a migraine headache may vary from moderate to severe. Homeopathy offers excellent scope for treating migraine. Homeopathic medicines for migraine are reliable and safe. They offer effective treatment for migraine. In fact, they work wonders for acute migraine attacks or even chronic migraine. Homeopathic medicines for migraine are selected as per individual case. Individual symptoms are studied in detail and the appropriated medicine prescribed. Homeopathic medicines identify and attack migraine at the root. Migraines with or without aura respond wonderfully well to Homeopathic medicines. Top ranked Homeopathic medicines for migraine are Belladonna, Glonoinum, Iris Versicolor, Epiphegus and Nux Vomica.you can consult me for homoepathic treatment without side effects.

I am a 24 year old man. I had this problem for a very long period of time but It didn't really concerned me. Lately I am little worried about it. The problem is with my penis. The foreskin of my penis is too tight and it hurts when I try to pull it back. But I can pull it back when I don't have the erection. It didn't concern me earlier but recently I when I tried to penetrate my partner my foreskin cracked and I started bleeding. I guess the fact that she was too tight so when I pushed it in the foreskin was forced and it cracked. The penis head has never been exposed. I need to know what is it that I need to do to fix this. I kinda feel like the foreskin is still attached at the bottom of the tip.

Dear Lybrate User, You may be suffering from a clinical condition called PHIMOSIS. The most conventional method to get rid of it is surgery. However, if you are unwilling to undergo surgery then you can try the following process at home. 1) Buy Betamethasone cream from local allopathic shop. During buying you should check the composition of the cream to confirm whether it contains 0.05% Betamethasone in it. If you cannot find 0.05% Betamethasone cream then you can buy any local Anaesthetic Gel (e.g. Lidocaine, Lignocaine, Xylocaine) from allopathic retail shop. 2) Apply a little amount of that anaesthetic gel at the lower part of the prepuce of penis where the foreskin remains attached. 3) After application of the gel, retract the foreskin backwards as far as you can. Due to the anaesthetic property of the gel you will be able to retract the foreskin backwards to some extent more than you can do in normal condition. 4) Release the foreskin when you feel pain 5) Again repeat the same process. Do it continuously for at least 30 minutes in a day. Within a month you will feel that your foreskin has become loose.

How can I Use tea tree oil for skin and scalp psoriasis and give me a shampoo for scalp psoriasis.

How can I Use tea tree oil for skin and scalp psoriasis and give me a shampoo for scalp psoriasis.
Hello, you can try tea tree oil. Tea tree oil is considered the ideal skin disinfectant. A solution of 5 percent tea tree oil applied topically, after a thorough cleansing of the area, offers the same benefit as benzoyl peroxide, but without the same drying effects and irritation. Look for commercial products or make your own solution by combining 1 part tea tree oil with 20 parts of olive oil. Commercially prepared tea tree oil soap is another alternative. Hope this helps.

Head ache can be of many reasons and the commonest is visual refractive error of eyes, Checking eyes and correcting errors can cure headaches, similarly the cause can be migraine and tension. Tension relieving methods and migraine medication can sure these. Check your eyes first of all and do a blood CBC & TSH and inform me personally This includes the blood vessels, muscles and nerves of the head and neck. They may also result from changes in chemical activity in the brain. Primary headaches can occur when pain-sensitive structures in the head do not work properly. Common primary headaches include migraines, cluster headaches and tension headaches. Headache is a broad term that encompasses many different things. Headaches are pains that occur in any region of the head; they can occur on both sides the head or be isolated to a certain location. Headaches can radiate across the head from a central point or have a pincering vise-like quality. They can be sharp, throbbing or dull, appear gradually or suddenly and last for multiple days or less than an hour.4 There are multiple ways to define headaches. The International Headache Society (IHS) categorize headaches as primary headaches or secondary headaches, depending on what has caused them 1) Primary headaches Primary headaches are stand-alone illnesses caused directly by the overactivity of, or problems with, structures in the head that are pain-sensitive. This includes the blood vessels, muscles and nerves of the head and neck. They may also result from changes in chemical activity in the brain. Primary headaches can occur when pain-sensitive structures in the head do not work properly. Common primary headaches include migraines, cluster headaches and tension headaches. Some types of headache can be both primary and secondary as they may be an isolated issue or a result of another condition or illness. Such headaches can involve:  Direct physical stimuli, such as temperature and external pressure  Pain over the scalp (epicranial)  Physical exertion  Other miscellaneous headaches. 2) Secondary headaches Secondary headaches are headaches that are symptoms of another condition that stimulates the pain-sensitive nerves of the head. There are a vast number of different conditions that can cause secondary headaches, ranging in severity from an alcohol-induced hangover to a brain tumor. Secondary headaches can be the result of serious conditions such as stroke, but can equally be a consequence of eating cold food too quickly. In addition to those two examples, the following list should serve to illustrate the variety of different conditions that can cause secondary headaches:  Blood clots  Brain freeze (ice cream headaches)  Carbon monoxide poisoning  Concussion  Dehydration  Glaucoma  Influenza  Overuse of pain medication (rebound headaches)  Panic attacks  Stroke. As headaches can be a symptom of a serious condition, it is important to seek medical advice if headaches become more severe, regular or persistent. For example, if the headache is more painful and disruptive than previous headaches, worsens or fails to improve with medication or is accompanied by other symptoms such as confusion, fever, sensory changes and stiffness, a health care provider should be contacted.
