Eye strain, or asthenopia, is when the eyes get tired from excessive or intense use. It can be annoying, but it tends to disappear with rest. Although it’s not often a serious condition, eye strain could be a symptom of an underlying problem. Eye strain is known to cause fatigue, difficulty concentrating, and headaches Eye strain may lead to other problems, such as: • Headaches • Difficulty Concentrating • Irritability • Burning Sensation • Watery Eyes • Dry Eyes • Photophobia • Eye Pain 1. The first thing you can do is change your environment and work habits. By doing this you can relieve the pain without spending money on treatment. If you work on the computer, try taking more eye breaks by looking down the hall or out the window, or by closing your eyes for thirty seconds. You should get your eyes checked at least once a year, especially as you grow older. Routine eye exams give you the opportunity to discuss with your Eye Specialist any issues you may be having, and they may enable you to catch any problems in their early stages. If you work on a computer, taking eye breaks for five minutes every hour can lessen the strain on your eyes. Simply closing your eyes for a few moments can also do wonders. Try standing up, moving around, or taking a short walk to help regain concentration.Regular eye exercises that involve focusing on different distances can help prevent future straining. Blink often. Blinking refreshes and replenishes your eyes naturally. If you are having trouble with blinking due to the dryness of your eyes, try using Homoeopathic CINELUBE EYEDROPS ( HAPDCO) 3 times daily.

Is rhinoplasty really safe for perfect nose. If so then how must does it costs amd how long will it take for the entire process. And where could I get treatment for this one. I have also heard a lot about failures of rhinoplasty. Is that a myth.

** Surgery of the nose is called Rhinoplasty, all the surgery is done through the nostril holes so there is no scar outside. It takes 8 months to a year for best results and the results are lasting Yes some changes are possible with fillers which can be done in the clinic. For major changes surgery may be the only option Nose correction or Rhinoplasty is one of the most frequently performed surgeries and we are the pioneers in central India since last 30 years. We have to assess the nose from inside and outside to know its conditions. Surgery is the only answer. The surgery is almost painless because there are enough medications to keep the pain under control We need to examine the patient to know what is wanted and what can be done and to work out how much, when, where, etc

Hi, Your physician has given you the right medicine, i.e. For acidity. It seems to be because of that only. Stomach acids are necessary for the digestion of food. However, if too much acid develops in the stomach, it can cause acid reflux (heartburn) or a disease called gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). Obesity, pregnancy, and other medical conditions can also lead to increased stomach acid. Management: - Avoid fried, fatty, spicy food, chocolates, tomatoes and citrus fruits. - Eat smaller, more frequent meals. - Give your digestive system an assist from gravity by not eating too close to bedtime. Wait at least 3 hours after eating before you lie down. - Lose excess weight. - Avoid alcohol and caffeinated beverages. - Stop smoking. Smoking interferes with digestion and can damage the lining of the esophagus. - Wear loose fitting clothes. Tight waistbands compress the internal organs and may block digestion. - Raise the head of your bed 4 or 5 inches higher than the foot. - Get enough sleep. Try sleeping on your left side. - Avoid stretching or bending after meals. - Chewing your food thoroughly makes it easier to swallow and digest, thus reducing or preventing symptoms of heartburn. - Drink plenty of water. Water has a neutral pH, which can help neutralize stomach acids and help your body absorb nutrients easily. Medication: Take Homoeopathic medicine – Natrum Phos. 6X/ thrice daily 1/2 an hour after the meals. Revert.

Its always suggested that avoiding junk, outside, spicy food is not good for health at all.&u already started experiencing those adverse effects, you better to avoid those food items. Try to take more water (minimum 3-4 litres of water/day) that too intake of luke warm water in morning, with empty stomach effects well as cleanser of vital organs. Whenever you suffer from such kind of problem, try to gargle salt+turmeric mixed warm water 3-4times/day, take luke warm water, maintaon bland diet, consume more butter milk. Homeopathically you can try nux. Vomica r pulsatilla in 200 potency.

My daughter aged 17 years having trouble every time while eating basically while swallowing she feels some obstacles ...
She may have globus hystericus and need endoscopy to clear the doubts .There could be different factors that lead to an obstruction in your throat, such as: Swallowing Hard Objects: You may suffer from a throat obstruction problem, after a piece of food gets stuck in your throat. This is more common in case of chicken or fish bones. This is also very common in children, who could swallow a hard piece of candy without chewing it properly, or even other inedible objects. Infection: There are many small glands, like the lymphatic nodes present in the neck and throat area. These nodes perform the important function of protecting your body against infection and are a part of the immune system. If you are suffering from a throat infection, these nodes have the tendency to swell up, as they try to combat the infection-causing germs. Mucus:At times, you may feel the presence of a lump in your throat, which is actually an accumulation of excess mucus. While this is not exactly a major problem, it could lead to a sore throat or an infection. Abnormal Growth: A tumor can develop in any part of the body, including the throat. Some of these tumors are benign, but in other cases, a lump in the throat could actually be a symptom of throat cancer, which is a major cause for concern and should be treated without any delay. Enlarged Thyroid: In case your thyroid gland is enlarged, it could mean that your body is producing too many hormones, which causes the organ to grow more than normal. This may also be evident in the form of a lump on the thyroid gland, which presses on to the throat as well as the esophagus.

My brother is 23 years old. He has suffered from mucus problem by nose when sneeze. What causes of it?

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)
Homeopath, Hyderabad
Cold, nasal discharge problem can happen due to weather changes, exposure to cold air or rain, dust and pollen allergy and certain sour food. *. Mix some salt in warm water and do gargling early in the mornings. * Steam inhalation will relieve your congestion *. Drinking water frequently will eliminate toxins From the body and reduce congestion if any *. Avoid fried and oily foods. This can be treated by homoeopathy without adverse effects. Take Pulsatilla 200 –once in the morning and once in the evening.

The bleeding can be because of high BP. You have to check the BP at the time of nose bleeding. You can apply ice on the nose and pinch the nostrils when she has bleeding. You can Also apply nasivion nasal drops.
