I have problem in my shoulder from 1.5 year ago. I had taken much medicine for the same but still the problem remain.

I have problem in my shoulder from 1.5 year ago.
I had taken much medicine for the same but still the problem remain.
Massage with your thumbs from the mid points of the shoulder blades on both sides towards the lower back of your head up to lower level of the ears. Use oil or water for massage. Rotate your head clockwise and anticlockwise, forward and down, left and right a few times. Do for 5 to 10 times morning and evening. Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Inform after 5 days.

Hello dear you have to break after every one hour and have a good deit like heavy protein and multi vitamin. Increase your drinking water level. Do regular walk and stretching exercise.

Dear lybrate-user, namaskar, continuous coughing may cause prolapse of the intervertebral disc in the spine (back, which may press the nerve roots, giving you pain in the legs. Consult a chest physician in your vicinity for proper investigation and assessment. Take care.

Most [probably it is muscle spasm. Do light massage of sesame oil, followed by some light fomentation. This will help relax the muscles.

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Ankle stretching. Ankle strengthening exercises. Avoid squatting. Quadriceps exercises. Core strenthening exercises. Stretch calves get a custom made insole. Hams stretching. Sports taping. Hot fomentation.
