Hi I can understand your problem 1) avoid activities that make your symptoms worse 2) apply ice packs 3) start physiotherapy treatment as electrotherapy will reduce pain inflammation 4) exercise and manual therapy will help in painfree movement. Best wishes.

I am suffering with pain in all the joints, shoulder and fingers, recently I had viral fever for few days.

Massage with your thumbs from the mid points of the shoulder blades on both sides towards the lower back of your head up to lower level of the ears. Use oil or water for massage. Rotate your head clockwise and anticlockwise, forward and down, left and right a few times. Do for 5 to 10 times morning and evening. Give pressure the dipping point on the portion between the thumb and the index finger on the back of the palm. Press and release for 15 times where the pain is more. This will solve the problem. Further do some wrist rotation exercise. Consult after 5 days. For further guidance and treatmen.

Most leg pain results from wear and tear, overuse, or injuries in joints or bones or in muscles, ligaments, tendons or other soft tissues. Leg pain can also be caused by blood clots, varicose veins or poor circulation. To relieve mild pain: stay off your leg as much as possible apply an ice pack or bag of frozen peas to the affected area for 15 to 20 minutes three times a day elevate your leg whenever you sit or lie down please go to a physiotherapist if: you have pain during or after walking you have swelling in both legs your pain gets worse your symptoms don't improve after a few days of home treatment you have painful varicose veins if you feel the pain is from muscle cramp then you need to drink a lot of water because poor fluid intake (dehydration) may predispose to cramps also low blood levels of either calcium or magnesium directly cause cramps.

Keeping your diabetic condition, fatty liver grade 3, you need to follow a 1700kcal moderate carbohydrate, moderate protein, high fibre, high antioxidant, high omega 3 fatty acid rich diet plan, you can schedule your meal timings from your wake up time, but make sure you are maintaining 2-3 hour intervals and consuming the mentioned foods and portions at the appropriate meals. Do follow it to the maximum for best results. Make flaxseed, drumstick leaves, curry leaves powder and sprinkle 30 gm daily on all the foods you consume throughout the day. Consume lot of leeks and lettuce smoothie which is high in fibre content. Also you can consume raw lady's finger water soaked overnight for your diabetes condition. Substitute multigrains in the place single cereal or millet like rice or wheat or ragi to increase the fibre content in your diet for your fatty liver.

Hello, Is there any history of injury or hurt to the area? Any underlying medical condition? Medication: Meantime, take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. And wrap crepe bandage over it. Malaria is an acute febrile illness. In a non-immune individual, symptoms appear 7 days or more (usually 10–15 days) after the infective mosquito bite. The first symptoms – fever, headache, chills and vomiting – may be mild and difficult to recognize as malaria. If not treated within 24 hours, P. falciparum malaria can progress to severe illness, often leading to death. Get back to me thereafter.

I am suffering from pain in my elbow of right arm in elbow joint from 1 month due to pick the high weight from this arm?
Mostly pain in elbow is due to strained or inflamed soft tissues like tendon. There are many other reasons why pain in elbow occurs so to rule out the exact cause you need to go for proper investigation. Pain in elbow is common complain of players or housewives. After looking to your pain I would recommed you for some care that you can take at home. If possible visit some physio who can give you several mdalities like US, IFT etc to cure the pain. Along with it we have a special program designed in case of elbow pain (tennis or golfer’s elbow) like PNF, Hold Relax etc just to get relief from pain. Precautions: 1. Avoid weight lifting. 2. Avoid doing twisting moments like supination-pronation which usally is done while playing badmitton or while washing clothes. 3. Give rest to your work for some days. 4. Wear forearm band to rest your muscles. 5. Avoid bending your elbow into positions that cause the symptoms. Treatment: 1. Give rest to your elbow. If severe pain you can use sling to avoid gravity pressure. 2. Ice and hot pack combo. Apply ice for 3 min and then hot for 2 min. There is very good result of both applications together. After 3 days of taking contrast therapy you can make the ice and hot ratio as 1: 1 mean one min cold and then one min hot. Start with hot pack and ends with cold. Take it for 15-18 min thrice a day for early recovery. Please make sure it should not be too hot or too cold. 3. Massage using your 2 fingers over the painful area. 4. Exercises: Start the exercise once your pain is decreased atleast 50-60% A) Palm lifting B) Elbow up and down in gravity eliminated position C) Strengthening of elbow muscles. * Take lots of High fiber diet such as green vegetables, fruits, corn, oats. Such diet soften the stools and avoids constipation. * Avoid coughing & if you are suffered with cough get its treatment as early as possible. As coughing increase the pain in Hernia & chances of emergency raise. * Do not sit on floor with legs bend because it raises the pressure in belly & it can increase your hernia. * During walk or working time wear the supporter as it support the abdomen & help the body to heal the hernia. * Drink a glass of milk with protien powder everyday so that the muscle gain the strength to get relief from hernia.

My age is 42 and working as back office employee in private company. I have vegetarian and normal physique. I diet is irregular timings and some times skipping the diet due to work load. From recent 3 months I am having bp of 140/100. My left hand from shoulder to bottom (wrist) is getting pain (an inner nerve) frequently. U have facing with painful syndrome in whole side because nerve compression in that area, go to the physiotherapist take a traction +tens + us for 2 weeks you will be able to come back to you normal activity.

To stay healthy at work and prevent back injury, lift with bent knees and tight stomach. And hold weight close to your body. Standing or sitting tall not only improves your breathing and prevents pain - you'll look and feel better. Keep computer monitors at eye level and the keyboard and mouse at elbow level. Take breaks to stretch and relax.

There is no as such the best age for Knee replacement. Surgery is advised depending on pain & discomfort of the patient and grade of arthritis. It can sooner from 45-50 yrs to 70-80 yrs or even later also depending on patients fitness. Pt starts to walk with support from 2nd day itself post op. & it takes about 1-2 mnths for complete recovery depending from patient to patient. Cost of knee replacement depends on place where it is done, the implant used, pt comorbidities and so on... So consult the doctor before final decision.

Hi, you can even think of giving homoeopathic medicines which are pretty safe and effective in treating such cases. Give her ledum pal. 30/ 3 times a day daily for a week.

A person should sleep from 10 pm to 6 am and for pain take tablet paracetamol and also start with Tablet folvite 5mg once a day for six months and tablet vitamin D3 60000iu once a week for six months
