Sir/madam I have preparing for physical test, but due to running I have pain in my right leg. please suggest me?
Hard running surfaces, doing too much too soon, inappropriate shoes and body shape can lead to over-use of muscles. Treatment at first includes regular ice, do it for 20-30 minutes every 3 to 4 hours for 2 to 3 days, or until the pain is gone, together with reduced mileage or rest. Addressing the causes is likely to include ensuring that shoes have adequate cushioning and stability, and building up training mileage slowly. Take anti-inflammatory painkillers. Do range-of-motion exercises. Go to physiotherapist to identify and treat issues in your legs or running mechanics that may be causing pain. A therapist can also help ease the pain and guide your return to sport. Best wishes.

My father had fever notching upto 102, around 3 days ago. He got well a day after, with no fever but developed some pain in his left shoulder. He did not have any fever for 2 days but today all of a sudden he had 101 fever with pain in his left shoulder, left knee and thumb joint of right foot. Hello there are many reasons of pain you should go through proper investigation. Physiotherapy is the best treatment for this condition. There are many reasons for this type of pain- 1. Overuse of muscles, 2. Deficiency of vitamin d3 or calcium, or lack of water in the body, 3. Postural stress, 4. Muscle strain, etc. Please send me all investigation reports if available. Hot fomentation x twice daily. Neck exercises. Neck stretching. Postural correction. Shoulder shrugs. Core strengthening exercises. Take frequent breaks at work use cervical pillow. Use back support. Self massage the back of neck.

That may be due to lack of proper nutrition. First try a healthy diet including vegetables, eggs, milk and other protein rich foods like legumes. Don't opt for vitamin tablets, supplementary foods and pain killers for minor issues.

To build muscles and to remain healthy, you should follow 3 steps in your life 1.BALANCED DIET 2.EARLY MORNING BRISK MORNING WALK for 30 minutes and 10 minutes evening walk after Dinner 3.DRINK 6-8 Glasse of water daily. As 60% of our body is made of water, it acts as a carrier of essential nutrients inside our body. Loosing as little as 5% of body's weight as water can cause headache, fatigue and lower your muscle strength. To stay healthy, an adult should drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday. Hello, Your symptoms are non specific, probably due to delayed onset muscle soreness. Meaning not serious. You should check your vitD levels and correct it appropriately. It should solve most of your symptoms.

Try this for joint pains try this. Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Consult after 10 days.
