For your age excessive Urination could be due to 1.Drinking lot of water/ excess tea/ coffee/alcohol 2.Urinary Tract/bladder infection 3. U have to improve your food habits do 1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning 2. Take more water in day 3. Take meals at fixed hrs 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day. 5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. 6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad 7. Avoid constipation 8. Use nibu pani (lemon water) 2/ 3 times a day do for 7 days you will feel better.

Hye. You can eat 3 slices or so of mango. Soak mango in water before you consume. Avoid eating it along with a meal. Eat it as a snack. Do not overindulge. Avoid taking it late at night.

Quit these things for always. They cause very serious oral condition like cancer leukoplakia submucous fibrosis. You may have submucous fibrosis because of chewing tobacco amd beetelnut products. You need to go for thorough investigation and biopsy to know about any transformation. Maintain proper oral hygiene by brushing properly morning and night.

check your BP. Check your eye sight. take crocin pain relief in case of severe headache. take good sleep and rest. avoid stress. inform if not ok.

Incorrect eating habits might not only affect your body functioning, but could also have other undesired effects on you. This is why it is important to eat correctly, while keeping track of your daily activities. Listed below are some simple and effective tips to gain weight. Put together a schedule Like most other things, it is essential to put together a detailed and achievable schedule that will help you gain the numbers you want. Haemoglobin 9 is ok. You have missed periods so expect pregnancy. Do urine pregnancy test. Infection can be treated.

You should not. Thats not something very serious. However it may be due to some minor problem which can be sorted out. Get yourself checked up if its bothering you too much. In the mrantime simple anlgesics may help.

Hello, you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem or may be Migraine Headache follow advises given below: You can take(If No drug allergy) : 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4.We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis consult physician for further management.

Chest pain at your age could be due to stress and anxiety.Avoid stress.Go for regular exercise,play some games. Take bland diet,avoid spicy and junk food,drink plenty of water.Have sound sleep in the night for 7-8hours daily. Sometimes chest pain could be due to myalgia.Take one tablet of paracetamol500mg sos after food.If you have recurrent attack of chest pain then take ECG and Consult doctor

Hi Soak 10 almonds over night in water. On the next day, peel off the skin, and blend the almonds in a blender with 1 cup of cow hot milk (or crush them in hot cow milk) and add a little bit of saffron, ginger and cardamon to it.
