You should reduce the habit of masturbation including humping masturbation The boy is in his transitional stage of physical and psychological human development (teenage). Masturbation is only considered a problem when it inhibits sexual activity with a partner, is done in public, or causes significant distress to the person. It may cause distress if it is done excessively, compulsively or interferes with daily life and activities. Within 15 days if you masturbate you will not have any side effect. The side effects of excessive masturbation cause changes in body chemistry as: Fatigue Hair loss Memory loss Blurred vision Body pains Groin/testicular pain ageing erectile dysfunction premature ejaculation drowsy feeling and many more problems so you should reduce your habit of excess masturbation. You should masturbate once or twice within 15 days FOR WEIGHT GAIN- 1.Consumes additional calories: start consuming an additional calories. Even you have to consume more calories, don't go for junk food or any other bad item, stick to nutrient food. What I mean is that you can consume extra calories by eating food which have high content of calories as well as nutrients. This will help you in preventing from health problems. 2.Eat more Drink more: you should start eat a total of six times a day, taking a small meal at a time. If you can not each much, you could add snacks in between your two meals. 3.Include carbohydrate: Carbohydrate is very essential to increase our weight. Accordingly, various starchy food like rice, wheat, oat, rye etc. Fresh starchy vegetables such as potato, carrot etc. And fresh starchy fruits like banana, apple, pears etc. Should be included in your diet. You need fat. So include chocolate, ice cream etc. But note it should be consumed limited. 4. Take sufficient rest and sleep at least for six hours daily. Not only sufficient eating is enough for gaining weight (muscles), you have to digest it properly too for more queries contact us.

To get back into the shape yo need to indulge yourself in physical activity like running, jogging, brisk walking, or gym. Try eat healthy diet like include good amount of fibre, proteins etc. Reduce the intake of fatty food, junk food etc. Include fresh fruits and salads in your diet.

Hye, Thanks for the query. You cannot work on a specific body part. You have to work on overall fat loss and toning. But, dietary changes can speed up the effects exercise has on your belly fat and love handles. Commit to a lower-calorie diet. A pound of fat equals 3, 500 calories, so when your body burns that much off and doesn't replace it with more, you lose weight. Create the deficit with your exercise and increase it by choosing smaller portions of whole, unprocessed food. Cutting out soda drinks, pastries, burgers is one way to quickly eliminate unnecessary calories fast. Also, refusing refined grains -- such as in white bread, pasta, pizza and baked goods -- and avoiding foods high in saturated and trans fats helps you trim calories and shrink belly fat. Choose white fish, egg whites, skinless  chicken and beans, dals, low fat paneer and sprouts as examples of lean protein. Fill up on fibrous, watery vegetables; cauliflower, spinach, lettuce, peppers, green beans, pumpkin and cabbage. A small serving of whole grain roti or unpolished rice -- about 1/2 to 1 cup of rice or 1 roti -- rounds out your meals. If you find yourself hungry between meals, resist the chips, snack mixes and energy bars. Go instead for a piece of fresh fruit, some nuts or plain yogurt. Quit smoking and reduce stress to help you target belly fat and love handles for loss. Stress can cause you to make poor food choices, overeat and release a hormone called cortisol, which makes your body more likely to put on fat in your midsection. Adequate sleep, more than five hours per night and less than nine, correlates with slimmer bellies. Drink about 2 liters of water per day. Try to eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals.   Drink a glass of lime water in the mornings to lush out your system & avoid bloating. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Include exercises that tone your back and abdominal muscles too. Lastly be committed.                        Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing.     It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called fad diets and only doing singular ab exercises or ab machines alone will not give you targeted results. The fats will remain as it is. It's all about overall work out and balanced diet.

Don't try to reduce weight fastly. Your age is also less. Just follow good tips & weight will b in control for treatmnet of obesity, you firstly stop causative factors from your life style. Like drinking too much cold water, eat too much sweets, day sleep, water after meal, lack of exercise, curd, menda etc. I will need your detail history. Till you can follow this * start drinking hot water * stop day sleep * start any exercise in morning, like suryanamaskar, walking, joging, sports * drink juice of turmeric n ginger with honey * take jau barley, instead of ghenhu wheat. * use cow ghee n milk only * boild rice in open pot, don't use cocker. Withdraw water of rice. I need detail history for better medication.

You friend is going through extended grief reaction, which is normal after loss of a loved one.
