Hi, We did sex on 6th day of my period. Please give me some suggestions to avoid pregnancy.
If 6 th day was counted from first day of bleeding then as such low chance almost nil for pregnancy so nothing to do and look for missed period.

Anal sex will predispose your wife for fissures , piles etc and its an unnatural way of sex and can apply lidocaine ointment for lubrication over the penis for normal sex

Hello, Please get an ultrasound pelvis done to look for any adnexal mass or collection which can often cause pain in the lower abdomen post delivery during sex.

I am 32 year old. In 2009 there was an miscarriage. After have separated for 5 years from husband now again we settle together after gapping of 5-6 years. Now again in jan 2015 I miscarriaged. My doc suggested some test. There was cmv igg is 3.20 and rubella is 6.30 which is positive. Dos prescribed torchnil capsules for 2 months. Kindly tell me when can I conceive and will my baby will be normal. I want to conceive n want baby to be normal. Please advise.

With due respect, I would say that the cmv and rubella cannot cause repeated miscarriage (that too at the gap of 6 yrs- 2009 and 2015). And pls be informed that these are old tests and obsolete tests. Only old books have written that these tests should be done. But the modern doctors don't recommend it anywhere in the world. If you continue to think about rubella and cmv, there is high chance, that other important cause of miscarriage will be missed and we will miss an opportunity to correct the cause of miscarriage. Moreover, igg high means you can never get these infections in future. That means, you might have got these infections at younger age (not related to miscarriage) but after that you developed immunity, so you and your baby are protected from this. Then why you wasting time with torchnil capsules and the obsolete torch tests? it's 2015. Don't take treatments which was advised in 1915.

Respected Doctors,
My wife has been advised to consume DESVAL ER 250 mg for the early stage of Fits by a neurologist....
Hi lybrate-user, please consult your neurologist to take alternative medicine for epilepsy. Desval er is not safe in pregnancy can lead to birth defects in baby. Please start folic acid tablet before planning for baby so that birth defects in baby can be prevented.
