Last week I had sex with a married women with any protection for about 3 minutes. Do I need to fear from any disease? Please reply to it it's very important. Is there any chances of happening STD disease? Please reply to this question as soon as possible.

MBBS, Diploma in Psychological Medicine
Psychiatrist, Surat
Getting STD depends on the status of your partner. And also on your past history of STD. If you and your partner both did not have any such history then there are hardly chances of getting infection. Your question not much informative - as I could not make out whether you used protection or not. But if you used protection then you should feel relaxed as most of the time protection prevents from STDs.

In Ayurveda:

Complete definition of a Healthy person. This is more precise than WHO approved definition.
It literally means:
Equilibrium in body humors, metabolic activities, body elements ( dhatu) and excretions and Happy Soul, Senses and Mind is the State of Health.

WHO approved definition is:
WHO definition of Health ( amended many times)

Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.

Hello- Start ayurvedic treatment ASAP. Antibiotics use inner body strength to fight against sexual infections and hence reduces immunity which is why you are getting recurrent infections every year. This pattern will increase the strength of infection and will make them sensitive towards antibiotics one day.

Hi, Minocycline can cause staining of teeth and infant diarrhea. Usually it is not advised during breastfeeding. And there are other safer options for acne.

Hye, thanks for the query. You need to understand that you are diabetic and are looking to plan pregnancy. Your body is not receiving the energy it needs and you also need to maintain good nutrition for the coming baby. So crashing your intake or trying to follow some weight loss plan will not help. You need to have a well planned diet to maintain blood glucose levels as well as maintain nutrition for the pregnancy. As for belly fat, a sensible diet will help. For a diabetic it is best advised to have a diet planned as per the sugar levels, lifestyle and history. Though you can follow some guidelines - the sugar levels will fluctuate depending on what you ate or did not eat, stress levels and activity levels. You have to try and manage a balanced carb intake. Have small frequent meals. Do not fast for long hours. You have to eat 3 main and 3 mid meals. Your diet must include whole grains, seasonal fruits, vegetables, small amounts of nuts and dairy and pulses or dals or lean meats like chicken or fish and egg. Starchy vegetables need to be planned into the diet. Avoid a very heavy meal at one time. Avoid fruit juices, aerated drinks or sugarcane juice, honey, jaggery or sugar. Avoid junk foods. Exercise and stay active. Avoid exercise if sugar levels are above 250 mg/dl. Do not attempt to try out too many remedies as you could go into hypoglycaemia. Sleep well. It's all a matter of discipline.

Dear lybrate user if your periods occur every 28 to 30 days and your pregnancy is 2 months. If heart beat is not present, it suggests missed abortion d&c needs to be done. If your periods occur every 2 to 3 months then better you wait for 15 days and repeat ultrasound.

Licking the vagina can cause infection in the one doing the licking and in the vagina. Diseases and bacteria can be passed by contact with sexual fluids and saliva. Sexually transmitted diseases like herpes, gonorrhea, syphilis, and hiv can be passed between partners performing oral sex.

No sympathies for a person who is so worked up. What for? decide you want to be healthy or wealthy through overwork or both. I would suggest both. Your weight is just higher side. Go for simple walk for half an hour or walk stairs in place of lifts. I am not suggesting cycling or other heavy exercise which will tire you more than you can bear. Cut down on empty calories like sugars and sweets. Munch an apple or any other fruit. Do write back after a month.

This prolactin level is near normal. Your weight is normal, as you said. There is no need to push sperms hard. Rather, try normally without taking any stress. If still difficulty, consult doctor and find out the solution

Hi. As long as there are 2 lines, it means you are pregnant. the colour does not indicate the safety of the pregnancy.
