HI i Had an injury and I am having stitches on my leg, went to the hospital but that lady said its healing so we dont need to clean it. Should I do rest of the dressings at home itself?

1. Start with Physiotherapy treatment. 2. Learn knee and spinal exercises. 3. Avoid sitting on floor. 4. Do hot fermentation twice a day. 5. Apply volini cream before sleeping. 6. Don't do forward bending 7. Take calcium, vitamin D 3 and Methylcobalmine supplement for one month minimum.

I am Suffering with plantar fasciitis. Had phisiotheraphy for two weeks. Again the same. Tried pain killers and anti inflammation drugs. Feeling contionous burning at a point below the heel. Help me out! please. Very much annoyed.

Your calf muscle may b tight. do stretching exercise. For that u have to learn from good physiotherapist. wear comfortable footwear, I mean which have comfortable sole. For example sports shoes. Avoid prolong standing. Try to do your majority work in sitting position. This problem start with continues pressure on sole muscles. so u have to take couple of more physiotherapy sessions. For pain take tablet paracetamol 650 mg and I will suggest you to take injection vitcofol 2cc intramuscularly every alternate days for five pricks over the buttocks through a health professional and follow up on completion

Advice…. Hot Fomentation x twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction. Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x twice daily. Bhujang Asana x twice daily. Back Stretching.

I am having a cold problem & back pain since long time. so, please suggest what to do?

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

I am having pain in lower back, cervical, it moves down to calf, knee and meta tarsal. 6 years I had injury, breaking my meta tarsal, since than pain started. I had shown to at least 20 to 25 Dr, but they only keep me on pain killer. Can anybody help me. I have mri, xray done, negative results for peta scan, h*** test, I am just tired of showing it to drs, it's been 6 years & now entire left body of section has a pain.

Make her to lie on abdomen - place two pillows under hip region - ask her to lie for 15-20 minutes daily or you may repeat 2-3 times daily. It may help reduce sciatica. Ask her to do lie on back - bend knees - 1. Take towards chest and relax - repeat for 25 times, 2. Take the knees towards sides - repeat for 25 times; this may relieve from spondylitis. Follow diet controlling thyroid problem - do regular walking for 30 minutes.

Hi I can understand your problem. # relax & stay positive. # take hot and cold foementation. # learn posture care exercise. # use lumber support. # take break every 20 minutes. # do strengthening exercise of back and core muscles not all back pains are same. Visit a local physiotherapist and take regular treatment. They will use physical modalities to relieve pain and will also guide her about the muscle strengthening excercises. Strengthening is must in this case. Without that medicines can only suppress pain but not the root cause.

Dear lybrate-user you have a flexible flat feet and need no treatment. You have to accept the fact and no surgery is needed. You can do foot exercises to prevent any injury but it can't restore arches.
