First of all taking these tablets has its own side effects. I t is temporary solution since how long you r having irregular periods what is the reason for this has to be ruled out and now so much of work load stress and tension has direct effect on hormones. So it is neccesary to understand the root cause of it.

NO HARM IN ABORTION BY MEDICINES. BUT YOU SHOULD DO IT UNDER DOCTOR'S SUPERVISION, AND ONLY AFTER ULTRASOUND. NOT ON YOUR OWN.

hi. beta most likely they are fibroadenomas which is not a cancer. if size is big (>2cm) then it may require surgical removal else they may also dissolve with time. i advise you get one ultrasound of breast followed by FNAC to confirm diagnosis and know the size.

Around 15% of pregnancies gets miscarried, that is nature's rule. You should avoid next pregnancy for 6 months from the last abortion. Chances of repeat abortion or pretem delivery increases if one becomes pregnant within 6 months of miscarriage. Also if abortion/ miscarriage was caused by any viral infection, then it will get cured automatically within 3 months time. Use contraception for 6 months. Best one to use are oral contraceptive pills.

I want to take medicine to dry the breast milk. Dr. suggests cbline. Now should I release some milk if breast get engorge? If yes how much and how many times a day. And if I lead to non release then does it have chances of mastitis?

FMAS, MS
General Surgeon, Gandhinagar
Respected lybrate-user hi yes you can take medicine surely. It's advisable to release the milk by circumferential gentle compression of breast area 3-4 inches surrounding areola 3-4 times a day with each session of around 4-5 minutes. If you do this if you have no pain in doing that it's better otherwise don't worry of getting future mastitis by not releasing milk. Thanks regards I hope you got your answers still some query you r welcome at anytime dear.
