It would involve some sort of diversion procedure either with a shunt out endoscopically if she is symptomatic for the hydrocephalus.

My 5-year-old daughter has asthma. What is the effect of using an asthma preventer long-term? I heard that using it for years might cause bone shrinkage. Is it true?

MBBS

If steroids are given orally for long periods of time than only it will cause bone shrinkage but if given through nebulisation than it won't have any side effects

The medicines he is currently taking are tacrolimus, cellcept ,nodosis ,emmerset, ulgel and some other medicines with regular insulin. Creatinine and potassium is increasing continuously and pus cells are observed in the report. He is not able to digest anything and vomits as soon as he takes food moreover on and off fever is observed and sometimes traces of blood and bulgam are observed in the vomit. Dear Lybrate user sorry to know about the condition of your father. He is suffering from END STAGE RENAL DISEASE. Sometimes kidney transplant may not solve the problem. He needs to have dialysis for increasing creatinine and pottasium levels. Vomitings are due to uremia. Blood percentage decreases in such cases. Transfusion of blood may be required during dialysis sessions. Contact a dialysis centre who can do dialysis at an affordable price. Hope for the best. Take care.

Hi... Ideally the answer is yes it can be.. but is not the only disease having the same symptoms... so instead of directly reaching on to such grave conclusion you should get properly examined... and get diagnosed... even cancer is curable now a days if diagnosed and treated in time...

Premature ejaculation is a common problem faced by many men. But the solution is really simple- please get an in person consultation with sexologist. All you need is sex counseling, sex exercise, to follow some sex tips and drugs as prescribed by doctor. Also avoid smoking, alcohol and anxiety.
