My son 2 years old, suffering for birth expecia, now without support he was no siting & standing.

Pediatrician, Pune
Birth asphyxia might have caused damage to his brain, leading to developmental delay, requires physiotherapy + occupational therapy for rehabilitation.

My son is 5+ years old. When he is around 6 months old he had a problem of constipation and after 1 year I found he had inguinal hernia on left side. So he get operated when he was 2 year old but now I find that on his right side of penis there is bit bulge. I do not know whether its hernia again or something else. Is it possible that inguinal hernia will come again on opposite side? No other symptoms till now. What do I do? I get very scared when I think of all that phase of my son operation. Help me please.

There are many causes of crying. Hunger cry can be easily recognised by mother. Try to feed on demand.

I take long standing cold as running of nose continuously for last 3 months ie since 5 months of age. I advise to consult ent specialist too specially to check nostrils. Fever may either a co-incidence or super added nose infection. In the mean time, you may try phenergan syrup 2.5 ml 2 times in a day and paracetamol syrup 0.75 ml 8 hourly. For a day or 2.

I had my normal delivery using tools. And My newborn baby had its jaundice test when she was 5 days old and the bilirubin levels were high, so she was in phototherapy for 4 days. And as the doctor said it came to normal level, we was discharged. But now as she is 15 days old. I could still see her eyes are pale Yellow sometimes. Some said it is normal and will fade as she grows. But then am panicked. Is it normal? What should be concerned?

Eye clearance would take about 1 month, last site of clearance. Just recheked her Total serum bilirubin with blood or Transcutaneous bilirubinometer (a non prick techneque), If it is below phototherapy level, no need to worry.

My son is 2.5 months old baby his naval will swollen (hallow like) sometimes when breathing strongly and suddenly comes to normal stage after few seconds. He uses to urinate frequently means 15-20 times per day is this is normal please suggest.

Swelling of naval usually gets corrected on its own by passage of time. Urination 15-20 times is not normal. Consult pediatrician.
