More fluid intake is equal to more healthy life.

Water is the previous natural treat to mankind and every other organism. Our body is 60 to 70% water. we every day loose a lot of water like by sweating, urination etc

People should drink almost 2 liters of water per to keep themselves healthy and keep their mood refresh.

Drinking more water helps us in following ways:-

1.it keeps your body clean from toxins.

2.kidney work nicely.

3.keeps blood clean and thin.

4.keep you fresh.

I am 25years and have missed my periods by 8 days. What should I do I tried the home pregnancy test and its negative.

I am 25years and have missed my periods by 8 days. What should I do I tried the home pregnancy test and its negative.
You can repeat the test in a lab using the early morning urine sample. If two reports are negative, you are less likely to be pregnant. If you wish you may go to a gynecologist to get examined and the gynec may give you medications to get menses, after seeing your negative test. Home upt are generally not so sensitive or specific and hence a test done in lab is of more predictive value.

To detect the cause of your problem you need to do some blood tests and ultrasound of pelvis. After which you may need medicines if any report is abnormal. But you should first test urine for pregnancy if there is such chance.

Hello, If the pain is exclusively during menses then she does have endometriosis and if confirmed after diagnostic laparoscopy then the next best step would be to control her menses with Gnrh analogues. You may discuss with your gynecologist.

MD - Obstetrtics & Gynaecology

As you must have menses at least 3-4 times after having sex 6 months back you r not pregnant for sure. If you have sex and the next menses are missed then only you may be pregnant. Hormonal changes or stress also can delay menses.

Its occur only in children due to no secreting of insulin in the body. Type 2 diabetes. Its occur mainly in adults due to no secretion of insulin or produce insufficient amount of insulin from beta cell of pancreas. Other type of diabetes is occur in mainly in pregnancy.

First you must control the PCOS problems and regularize mens. Because if pregnancy occurs in PCOS< there may be some problem. If you control all these before pregnancy, we can start pregnancy treatment easily

Food and Your Bone

Food and Your Bone

Healthy bones are like banks, the more deposits you make, and the more withdrawals you can count on. Diet plays a major role in ensuring healthy bones. In particular, Calcium and Vitamin D need to be taken in the right amounts through life to build bone and slow down bone loss. Eating a healthy balanced diet, containing adequate calories, can help to improve your overall bone health not to mention your overall health.

The easiest way to obtain this is through the regular consumption of milk, cheese, and yogurt i.e. 3 servings each day from the milk group of foods. Teenagers and pregnant women need five servings each day.

A serving is equal to:

A glass of milk
An ounce {matchbox size} of cheese
A carton of yogurt

Tips to boost calcium intake
Dairy products are extremely versatile and can be included in the diet in many ways. Cooking does not destroy calcium, so it could not be easier to get your recommended number of servings each day. Serving suggestions include

A bowl of breakfast cereal with milk
Cheese on crackers or toasted cheese sandwich
Fruit salad with yogurt
A slice of pizza or lasagne
A fruit smoothie or milkshake
A frothy cappuccino or mug of hot chocolate
Baked potato with grated cheese

I don't like milk! What can I do?
If you do not like milk try the following to boost Calcium intake

Pancakes
Skimmed milk powder added to soups/smoothies/sauces
Porridge made with milk
